Placed an order online. I usually just go into the store and several of the workers are super cool. Today I didn’t have time to go in so I placed my order online. When I got there, Darcy said I needed to have my id. I’m pretty sure online says I can also show my order confirmation as well. Wasn’t gonna write this review but they lied twice, one about being new to the store, wasn’t till I saw them that I realized they had helped me before, more than a month ago. Lied the second time when I asked if there was anyone else working, they said no, with an attitude, but when I went in, there was another person working. I got my $90 back and I’ll just call to see who’s working before I go back, cause I spend too much money at this store for that type of service. Gave two stars because I do like other people that work there and usually always have a good experience. This was a first.

Their flower is top notch and definitely worth the price, the effects always are a hit and never a miss. The customer service is exquisite and what truly brings us back, always feeling welcomed and helped no matter what questions you have. Please stop by and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Your syrup works absolutely perfect for me. Doctor's wont help me so I decided to help my pain myself. I'm trying not to use narcotics. I bought some syrup here yesterday and I finally got some sleep last night, completely pain free. My anxiety and racing thoughts didn't keep me awake, even my husband's snoring didn't keep me awake (🤭) Thank you for easing my pain so I could finally rest. Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming. I loved the experience in the store from start to finish. I will gladly drive up here from Goldsboro any day, you've got yourself a new regular customer. Thank you for the amazing quality of your product and the wonderful and inviting atmosphere of your store.

EDIT 3/2/24: my review is now 4 stars because they changed their hours to closing at 7pm on weekends. Hire me Hempies and I’ll work the night shift for you. Serve the night owls.Cut off your plug now!!! Hempie's weed is always fresh and sticky (they refrigerate and pressure-lock their bud), you're always sure of the strain you're buying, and there's deals for buying in bulk. Store is always clean and service is so friendly and helpful! They have cool smoking accessories too, but the star of the show is their bud. I want to work here.

Just went there today and I honestly have to say they have the best selection of delta 9, delta 10, delta 11, THC-A products I had ever laid my eyes upon. Place is very clean for a small store. It's a good small store. Also the fact they refrigerate their flower to keep it fresh. I definitely recommend this store.

I go to this particular location quite regularly. I go with my service dog quite a bit in the staff is so amazing everyone there is super knowledgeable and if they don't know something they do admit to it so you're not stuck with wrong information. They're super kind. And this is one of my service dogs favorite places to go we're on a walk just because of how nice everyone there is everyone there goes above and beyond

I recently visited Hempie's again and I'm still impressed. Product quality is on point and prices are reasonable. Good customer service too - the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Plus, they offer free delivery - which is a big bonus. All in all, a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Hempie's to anyone looking for top-notch hemp and CBD products. They got it all! I absolutely love hempies. I have suffered with Rheumatoid Arthritis for the last several years. After the medication the doctors were giving me starting causing other problems and wasn't really helping with my pain I chose to try and find something on my own. Hempies has been my life line to getting back to my old self with little to no pain. I have found the CBD and cbn gummies help the most. The gummies with THC tend to make pain worse so I stay clear of those. I am thankful to all the employees that helped me find out what works best for me. I'll see y'all next week.

I have been shopping at hempies for multiple years now. I have watched their products go from good to better to best through the years. I have not found another shop that sells products of equal quality to hempies. Their customer service and employees are fabulous and they take the time to learn who you are and what you like. I will continue to shop soley at hempies for all my hemp needs. Thanks Hempies

This was my first time visiting this store, I was pretty disappointed experience not sure if they scale you all use for weighing the flower is inaccurate or what but paying 4 grams and receiving just about 3 is pretty ridiculous. Won’t be returning
