The lady here at family dollar Nisha helped me with a deposit to my cash app... Check this out it's worth the read : It's very refreshing to see people working hard to earn a legit and humble wage just be genuinely honest. I handed this Fair Lady $345 and told her I needed to deposit $325... Without even blinking or giving it a second thought she pointed out that I had given her two extra $10 bills... Speechless I managed to squeeze out a thank you... I proceeded to exit to help a busy line by getting the heck out of the way..I came in a second time and complemented her honesty... A remarkable attribute to have...I came back a third time to get her name so I can give her a proper shout out on maps...Yes! they still exist! Blessings to all.

The wait in the cashier's line is literally 10 minutes plus. There are off the clock workers drinking on the job and playing loud rap music outside. I mean the guy just comes at his job and hells at the workers and customers saying he'll yes! It new years eve, let's get turned up, let's go,,,,!!

Sometimes out of stocked items but can usually find what you need. Employees sometimes friendly, sometimes not. Salesfloor ALWAYS cluttered with carts, and carts with items they are stocking. If you do find what u want u have to move the darn carts out of the way. Alot of disorganization and general clutter everywhere! Whoever is district manager is they need to clean house! I gave 3 stars only because usually i find the items im looking for there even if i have to work to get them off of shelf. Ill take photos on my nxt visit to prove my point.

The prices on the shelves on certain items be different from what it is on the register..and when u tell them this they think u are lying so they hold u up by going to check 2 make sure...so to kill that holding me up I take a picture if the item and the price and take it to the front area. If u not paying attention they will cheat u every time u shop there... for example I bought a dog treat for 1.00 that was posted on the shelf and got up front they charged me 1.30 plus tax...I let them know because I already did calculations in my head on the estimate of what I would be spending...they are slick...all I can say be careful and be aware when shopping here.

Very very bad service today with the dark skin guy at 6pm he was so rude and was trying to scare us by saying “y’all don’t know what I do outside this job, I’m only here on the weekends “ he was going back and forth with 2 girls giving them attitudes for NO reason and saying bad words, they should put the cashiers on check!!!

Last 3 times I shop there and I put in my phone # and scan the app and STILL end up NOT getting my discounts . They won't correct it and I am overpaying and no free spin each time. They don't care and by the looks of the place it is getting messier and more unsafe each month. Do Better !

Some cashier's are rude and have to wait for them to come to the register... Always only one register open line out the aisles, & Most of the food is old and stail... Carts are in the aisles for days not being unloaded and stocked. Most of the munchies and freezer section is empty..

Hate that I was ordered to leave my bag up front like I was a thief. I was embarrassed and really dont want to go back but its literally walking distance from my house. Clean and well stocked otherwise but dont have a bag from another store with you. I wonder what would happen if I had a big purse or tote.

This family dollar store has just been redone.. It's already back in bad shape .Floors are dirty. Shelves are empty all over the store .Full cases of merchandise are stacked upOn karts and the floor all over the store .There is out of date meat in the coolers. In my opinion family dollar needs a new store manager and employees that will work.

The staff rarely smile but if you ask them a question they will try to answer. Store was cluttered but the cashier was helpful after hearing my fone conversation about no help available.

Even though the item didn't have a price, the cashier went above and beyond to get the price. He did it without an attitude, which was very appreciated!!! I wish I had gotten his name.

Stopped to use the restroom and grab a drink and a snack and the lady didn't greet me when I walked in. I asked her where the bath was and with an attitude she said it don't work and walked away!
