This is your typical Big Lots. We purchased some Christmas items that were on sale for half price. They have good deals if you can find something you need here. They have everything from clothes to food to health and beauty items, home decor, dishes and other kitchen items, furniture, mattresses, dvds, outdoor items, toys, etc. It's always fun to see what they have

The passage is too narrow, the neighboring store should leave more space, equipment is parked on both sides, this is dangerous.

Picked up two nice outdoor vases. Good selection of items and they also have cold items as well as cereals, drinks, nuts and more. The patio furniture they just received is of nice quality too. They also have furniture at the location.

Went in for a return and after looking around, you know I came out with some great items. Slacks, small folding table, and more. Everything was reduced. I couldn't be happier ☺.Would have gone back later but the sudden rain changed my mind. But I will return tomorrow.

Cashiers not very pleasant. It's really nice that they are saving bags for the company. My entire order was put into one bag (approximately 12 items which 9 were boxes with corners that tear the bags). I almost made it to the car in the pouring rain before my items started falling out of the bag thru the holes that were torn by the boxes. This is definitely the last place on my list to shop.

The store is physically appealing. I visited the store to see if I could get a piece of furniture. We looked around to see which was best and eventually decided on one. I am walking around looking for an employee and due to him facing the opposite way I am thinking of a polite way to get his attention and making sure he works there. I ask “do you work here” as he turns around. He mocked me and said “this mans just said did I work here” as we proceeded to walk back repeatedly. I was telling him my perspective and he kept mocking me. My brother heard it and asked me about it, to which he even found uncalled for. Now, I look at the store policy. Masks are still required, and he is visibly laughing at me which he cannot hide very well since he isn’t wearing his properly. I brush it off. At this point, I just want my couch and then leave. My mother found one she liked, and we tried to purchase it (she doesn’t speak English very well). He was mocking her English by speaking broken English. We let him know the couch we were interested in, he said he would be right back. 15 minutes pass by as my family is shopping and checking up on me as I waited in the area. Another employee came up to me asking if everything was alright (which I appreciated as he made sure I was not in need of assistance). I let him know I was waiting on the other guy to come back waiting for a couch. He lets me know if I need anything else, he’ll be around. He eventually shows up. It was not available.

Good variety of products, however the pricing of some items are high for the quality. I often find great deals on food items but on my last trip some of my items were expired! The current were mixed in with the old. Just be careful to check dates!

Bought something from this store that another store in my hometown was sold out of. The staff and store manager were very nice and helpful. It made my visit to Smithfield/ Selma much better than the previous when I went to the Liwes in that town 2 nlocks down from this store. Big Lots was Nig HelpThanks !

If you need help with anything don’t walk… RUN to the Hispanic boy with curly hair he came up to us with a smile and greeted us as soon as we walked into the furniture section, he helped my husband and I while we were having complications with our lease and walked us through every step and got us the exact furniture we needed and did and amazing job loading it. Will be returning

Store has been renovated and things are kept stocked and organized so much better. They have also hired more associates who actually try to help you find things. It is a pleasant shopping experience.

Store is being redone on the inside and will take some time to find things but they are very helpful and they have a good supply of Christmas decorations. You must stop in and pick up some. Have a good time. I know I will go back.

Plenty of parking spaces. The area is clean, organized, neat and spacious. Staff was friendly, curteous and helpful. When I couldn't find something I was looking for staff brought me to the area and later checked to see if I found what I wanted.

Trying out recliners and young male salesperson basically ignored us . When we got his attention and asked if the recliner we liked came in other colors, he said , "not here, if it did we would have to charge a lot more for it",then walked off in a hurry. Lost sale because we came to buy a recliner and liked that one.😯
