I have been only buying my meats there for the last 2 months. I buy the bundles. I have never had any problem and they are wonderful people. The meat is fresh. And I would recommend going there to anyone.

This review is mostly in regards to the hot meal/deli section of the store. I visited with an out of town group, and we were recommended to stop here for a good lunch. The food was good and came out quick!The service, however, was rather poor. While standing in line, someone from my group asked for a menu. While they were looking at the menu, one employee rolled her eyes. Then, when this same group member ordered their food, they asked a question. A second employee who was taking their order laughed and also rolled her eyes. I guess she found it a dumb question and didn't bother to hide her annoyance.So, to cap, there were two employees who rolled their eyes and were derisive in attitude towards a group member even though we all were acting with kindness and politeness.

This review is for the Deli. I have been to the deli many times. I have a couple of comments...The service is ok. The young people need more training.The fries are always white. Please cook the fries until at least a little brown.A "all the way" hamburger does not mean you put everything in the kitchen on it! I don't blame the young people working, it is the manager in charge fault for not training them properly. The Place has good potential just need to do more training. But it seems this day and time anything goes, and poor service is the new normal. But it does not have to be. I think it is just turning into an excuse.

I can always find what I'm looking for. And everyone is so nice and willing to help if I'm looking for an item. All their products are in stock and have a large variety to choose from. I'm always pleased to shop their. And their meat selection is always have good nice meats, and their deli is really good food and choices. A happy shopper I am!

I like the store and is usually stocked well with decent variety. Meat department today didn't meet my customer service expectations. Felt like I was bothering them. With 50 years in the business smelled like the fat barrels in the meat room need to be cleaned. Had a bad odor in the meat area. Nice store just needs a little fine tuning.

This store is unique because it has so many different items. The meat can be cut fresh for you if you'd like. The prices are not bad either. It reminds me of a little country store from days gone by.

Fresh Cuts' deli fried chicken is tender and juicy inside and crispy outside. And their butcher shop is outstanding! We ended up bringing home a whole beef brisket, beef back ribs and some wonderful bacon.

I must say this is a refreshing new avenue for lunch in this area. I work about 10 minutes away and come to eat often. The food is like eating at your nana's and you can even chose a "fresh cut" salad on the bar. Even grab a couple chicken strips to add if you like. It is also a nice place to grab a couple grocery items if needed. I give Fresh Cuts a two thumbs up!

We are from Greenville SC but had made a trip to Boone and we’re headed to the beach. The food was amazing and even gave my three year old free ice cream. So much better than typical roadside fast food. If you’re in the area, it’s worth the stop!!

Nicest place in this isolated community for a decent selection of quality foods, including southern style deli items, and even nice tables for sitting. Just wish they had fresh-brewed coffee, and I would have given them five stars. :-)

I'm only reviewing the "deli" here. The store itself seems well stocked and has clean bathrooms although obviously understaffed. The deli on the other hand offers a limited selection of poorly fried chicken, fried chicken, and fried chicken. Although they have deli meets on display they seem to only be in place for decoration. You can have a rather sad salad or cheese covered fried sides as well. But offers very little even when compared to the Hardee's around the corner. The "deli" staff (notice the parentheses again) were rude, short in temperment, and belittling to a couple Hispanic patrons not to mention us out of towners. BTW I grew up right down the road from this little town. If you need a grocery stop this may be your place but I'd avoid the deli in the corner.

Great people and great service. Many of the prices are more expensive but you are helping a local small business. The prices on select items such as meats is competitive, good quality and you can get off on a good deal if you buy in bulk.

I went to fresh cuts today for the first time because I heard good things about the meats there. I went in and it took 10 minutes for the guy in meat dept to even ask what I wanted. I was going to buy 4 t bone steaks to grill out. I looked in the meat case and saw most of the grilling steaks dark and needed to be reduced. The show case of meats had old meat that should have been reduced and taken out because it made the rest of the case look bad. I asked if he could cut me the 4 steaks I wanted. He said he didnt have anymore shortloins to cut as I watched the other guy just lift a case of shortloins on the table. Now I'm an ex meat cutter of 30 years and when I asked about the shortloins on the table he then said oh were not cutting anymore meat today. As I looked in the show case where the seafood was at also the large fresh shrimp was not fresh. The tails were black and the legs also. They were so dark grey in color I knew they were bad. The salmon had an obvious film on it and I knew it was bad. Fresh cuts you should be ashamed to have such product in your cases for customers to choose from. I will never set foot in that store again. You need to change the name to fresh cuts 3 days ago.

I Love this store . I am so glad that they opened up in Seagrove . I use to have to go to either the Walmart in Asheboro, Or Biscoe to shop ...Now I can get meat and have it cut the way I want it ( Butcher in back ) ,Buy Groceries or Get something to eat ...they have a little Diner in there also ...GREAT PLACE
