Service was awesome! Ordered the salmon plate, BBQ wings, and the nachos, everything was phenomenal and portions were great!Huge shout out to andrea for helping my fiance with a drink selection as well as providing excellent service to us! She made the experience wonderful! Definitely will be back before our vacation is over!

Stopped by for a to go order during lunch. Enjoyed the hotdog and slaw and also picked up a chicken wrap and onion rings for my favorite man. Service & food were both good.I have ate dinner here several times before and really like sitting on their deck overlooking the mountains. It’s a cool place to chill out with friends and family and it’s a little ways out from Cashiers so it’s not as crowded.

Great service. Nice atmosphere. Great food. They unfortunately need to take a bit longer to cook my steak the way I like it. I understand this however the manager came out and gave us complementary desserts for waiting patiently. Very nice to reward people for good behavior instead of rewarding bad.

My family and I travel to Sapphire several times a year and normally visit the brewery due to its proximity. This time I was amazed at the changes management has made which gave us our best experience yet. The hostess and servers were proactive in making sure that the kids were happy and the food came out much quicker than expected. The Burger & wood oven Pizza we ordered were amazing. I can tell the attention has been taken in getting fresh ingredients even in the mountains. The flight of beers was a great compliment and I was pleasantly surprised when I found they had a few of their SMB craft Brews on tap that were very good.

I decided to take myself out to dinner tonight. We love the Sapphire Mountain Brewery, which isn't far from our house. Tina and Andrea are great! I had the Shrimp with spinach, garlic and angel hair pasta. It was delicious, and I ate the entire thing, with 2 Old Fashions, which Andrea makes very well! John and I usually get a pizza and a salad. They have a wood burning oven and they make a thin crust so it's delicious! I'm waiting for my love to come on Thursday and we'll come here and get that

Most of the menu was unavailable I had the wings they where not editable they where rubber waitress didn’t car just asked if I want a fork and knife. Do not recommend go to Wendy’s you will be better off

Nice place to enjoy a beverage after hiking and waterfall viewing. Excellent service and selection of your beverage of choice. Service from Elizabeth was the best anywhere.

The only good thing about this restaurant is the view. Extremely small portions for what you pay and not even good at that. We had lousy service and ended up tipping the waitress that wasn’t even ours because ours was that bad. Way better places in the area honestly. The picture is of no joke my philly steak wrap. It was sooooo pitiful. I’ll never go back!

Great local beer selection. Friendly bartenders. 2 tv's at the bar and big projector on the side wall. Plenty of seating and rather large outdoor seating. Not worth knocking off a star, but wish there was an outside TV for sports. They were having AC problems but it was fixed rather quickly. Not worth knocking off a star either.

This is the last, last time we’re ever going to this pathetically run establishment. This was the third consecutive trip ( over a six month period) that we’ve we been greeted with “no pizza today” at a restaurant that supposedly specializes in wood fired pizza. The waitress seems overwhelmed and had a bad attitude. The day was saved by Mica’s (just down the street) again. Great and friendly service and good pizza and ice cold draft beer. We’re going to Mica’s first from now on and never to Sapphire Brewing Company again. The owner of SBC should repurpose the building into a motel and rent the rooms to golfers. A much better use of the square footage.One star only because zero wasn’t an option!Bon appetit!

Very good food! Great selection of beers, especially some lesser seen/known beers. The soft pretzels l and the garlic knots were delicious! I also got the half rack of ribs. I enjoyed the sweet BBQ sauce but the smoky mustard-based bbq probably would have been a better choice (I am from South Carolina though). Wife got the BBQ chicken pizza and it was also good. Shout out to Shanequa for the amazing service, she ran the whole dining room while we were there and did a great job of it.

Best gluten free pizza I've ever had. Came here two days in a row to order the same pizza. Been coming here for years and with the food, the drinks, the views, and the ambiance, this place never disappoints. Absolute classic. Currently seems a little understaffed, but if you can hold your horses for an extra 30 seconds, the sweet and kind staff will always take care of you. I've never went a trip through Sapphire Valley without making a stop here and won't anytime soon.

Needs better leadership. We showed up on a Saturday night with 6 adults and 4 kids. Weren’t expecting much. Just wanted to grab some food close to the chateau. Walk in and it’s full. No problem. It’s Saturday night. We get it.Wait for a table to open up (there was no hostess.) Stake our claim and 10-15 mins pass before somebody offers to clean it off. Finally settle in. Nobody came to check on us. We took matters into our own hands and gather orders for the table to place at the bar.Go to place the order and we’re told we can’t place an order for 45 minutes due to being short staffed. We spent 35+ minutes there with hardly an acknowledgment before learning this. Extremely frustrating.Location has potential. Plenty of people nearby trying to spend money. Not even upset with the lack of staffing. Just wish someone would have communicated such upon arrival.

Ordered 2 pizzas, got the 2nd pizza over 30 min after 1st pizza came out. Cold beer, bad food with very limited menu, and bad service. $25 pizzas, what a joke. Stay away from this place. Ruined my vacation experience...We were told they were short staffed...BBQ chicken pizza was great, Mediterranean Pizza was not...they only had key lime pie for desert, though web page said NY cheesecake & bread pudding. Their web page is managed by the owner's friend, so we were told it was not accurate... and never updated. Entries were minimal lamb chops and ribs, nothing worthy of ordering, though web page talked like there many fabulous specials. I would not recommend, ever!

We made a reservation 4 days before going. Upon arrival, they said it wasn’t there and immediately were annoyed with us. We ended up getting sat though thankfully. The whole point of reservations is because staffing is short, and that is understandable. However, service was absolutely terrible. We never got asked how anything was, and we were treated as if it were an inconvenience the entire time. I worked in service for many years, so I understand when people are busy. However, there were many open tables around and people leaving. Wings were delicious, and our pizza was decent. We also watched a server take a half eaten pizza from a customers table back to the pizza oven, put it in the oven for a few minutes, take it back out and give it back to the customer. Unfortunately for us, the bad outweighed the good. Will not be returning

We ordered a pizza. I wish it was delicious and I wish I had better things to say, however, it might qualify for a grade school cafeteria offering. The cheese was moosh , the Italian sausage topping was some frozen preformed mass produced blech, and the sauce unfortunately lacked flavor. Why go to the trouble of baking this in a wood fired oven when a frozen pizza would be better?

It was pretty decent. Our party got nachos (pretty average - not bad but also not great), burgers (pretty good), and pizzas (slightly above average). We had good service considering there were only 2 servers, but they weren't too busy. It was a solid place to eat considering there were only 2 restaurants in Sapphire open on the 22nd of December.

Wings were amazing! Pizza was okay, cheese wasn’t melted in the middle. Side salads were very over priced. Service was literally horrendous. We had a reservation but it still took a long time to be seated, once we were seated it took about 10 mins to get a drink order in. I get that they were probably short staffed but being a waitress for over 8 years, it was some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Waitress never told us her name, never asked us how the food was, food was delivered randomly, I personally had to wait for my food for 10 mins after the rest of the table was served. Waitresses were rude not only to us but to some of the other staff and the whole dining room could hear it. Wish I could say I want to come back…

Exceeded my expectations. My wife and I went here Saturday evening not knowing what to expect after reading previous reviews. We were promptly greeted as we walked in and were given our choice of seating. There were a few tables occupied. Our waitress quickly came and introduced herself. She took our drink order and told us of dinner specials. My drink, house stout was very good as was my wife's wine. My wife ordered a cup of Butternut Squash soup and a Turkey burger less the bun. I ordered a 7" pizza with 3 toppings and a side salad. Everything was delicious (excellent pizza) and all arrived timely. I definitely plan to return here next time I visit the area.

Stopped in for lunch with our dog after a hike, so we sat outside on the covered porch, and had a great experience! Good beer selection and I had a local hard cider. Great service and food came quickly! They close down the kitchen to prep for dinner between 4-5, so avoid that hour if you’re looking to eat.

Stopped in for a beer. The staff were very friendly, loved the atmosphere, and the large fireplace at the entrance was so welcoming. The views on the back deck were breathtaking, best to be enjoyed in warmer weather. Side note, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Got to see a few dinners served while at the bar and they looked very appetizing. Looking forward to trying their food next time around.

We loved the location, setting, service and food on our annual adults-only vacation. The food was great and very reasonably priced. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive. Good wings. Note: the nachos don't come on tortilla chips but on potato chips, still delicious.
