The store closes whenever staff feel like it. Most of products the price states one thing and at the register it rings up a different price and staff refuses to change it. She told me I “ “need to quit doing this” asking for price to be changed to what is stated on the shelf. Very rude, runs all the help off that’s why they can’t keep help. When she takes days off store frequently closes.

Sapphire Dollar General used to be the best of any I've been in. It was always clean and the shelves neatly arranged. But that has drastically changed. I've been coming in for the last 2 weeks hoping that the Christmas things will be out. I went in again today and it was worse than ever. Shelves are a mess and mostly empty. Boxes piled up at least 6 feet in some areas and also blocking the isles so you can't get in. Employees not wearing masks and also not really working. I wish I'd taken pictures. corporate needs to look in to this.

The staff is friendly and nice but corporate office needs to find them more help and replace failing equipment. As well as set hours. It seems the staff close all the time when ever they want to.it would also help if the store had a generator for when they lose power .it happens quite often and it would help

The employees were very helpful and as hard as it is to serve customers and stock shelves with as little help that they have , they were were very hospitable as soon as I walked in! Great customer service!

Great place to shop. You're thirty miles in any direction to a reasonably priced store so finding Dollar General is a blessing. Not gourmet items but when you need the basics they don't fail you.

This place is a disaster area. Rolltainer everywhere. The shelves are never stocked. Always having to wait on employees to ring you up. Power is always going out. Its cash only sometimes. This place needs new management and employees

Half the time you pull up and all the employees are standing out smoking and tell you the store is closed . It’s closed more than it’s open. When it is open nothing on shelves but still in boxes blocking every isles

I was hopeful,but gosh this new one hardly ever has much,or stock isn't being put on shelves. Hopefully it will get better soon ✌update 11-2020 still needs attention to stocking the store ✌

Really really really needed to use the bathroom, there's not much else nearby on that road with public restrooms, but this place was closed at 7pm when they're supposed to be open until 10.

They never have anything in stock. ALL employees working there act like they hate their life/job. You walk in already knowing you won't find everything you need.

I am from Florida and our dollar generals aren't near as nice and the customer service was amazing. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely shop there again 😁
