If I could give zero stars I would. We just moved into a new house, and as we were unpacking we decided to purge as we went. We wanted to donate to a good cause, and have donated here before. Everything was clean, we even washed the curtains before taking them. When we went to donate we were told everything was moldy and that they wouldn't take anything. A mirror that had been hanging in our previous house for 5 years, we were told it had mold and mildew all over the back of it, which if they had if taken the time to actually look at it, there is nothing wrong with it. They loaded everything back in the car and was just extremely rude. I will NEVER bring anything here again and I will NEVER browse here again. And I will tell everyone not to shop here!

First of all, I thought everything in a thrift shop was for sale. I was tell the first item I was interested in was being held for a raffle. Then, a few minutes later, while looking at DVDs I saw a few in a box three feet away from the others and was rudely told they were not for sale because they were not price yet. Won't be going back!!

Favorite thrift store I've ever been to. I've never seen better prices, and every time I stop in, there's always at least one thing I have to grab. It's the type of thrift store you kind of have to dig through because there's a big selection. I've been able to get furniture and all kinds of vintage goodies here.

i would give this place 5 stars if they would take a day to close and clean out a lot of the actual clutter in here. it’s just something that naturally accumulates in thrift stores. they do have a great turnover it seems, employees were putting out new stuff as i was shopping. but it is SO cluttered, it makes it difficult to shop. i couldn’t even get to the lamps i wanted to view better. come when it isn’t busy and you’ll have a better experience. there are things on top and underneath of areas, but i could hardly take the time to look because i had people from every direction trying to get through (with carts, too!), even employees! it sucked. the staff is also very kind and helpful.

They have no respect for their donators or shoppers. I brought in donations, had never been there, and they were not appreciative. I had big heavy things and was told to carry them inside. So, you have to drive up, wait in the street until other cars are out of the area, haul your stuff to the building, open heavy door with full arms, and bring it in yourself. NEVER AGAIN. Other places HELP with donations.Then I went in to look around. First, when you use markers on your items, it shows you have no respect for customers. I thought I bought a cute doll for my niece for a gift. NOPE. Sharpie price on the back of the neck does not come off. WHY do that? Same with a figurine I bought. It's rude. I bought a trash bag of "disney" stuffies. Maybe half were disney, some were missing limbs and had holes, but they were in a trash bag, so it was a mystery buy.I bought two baby blankets that were taped up so you couldn't open them. One was fuzzy and when I pulled the tape off, it took a layer of the blanket's plush off with it. It must have been there a while. The 2nd one had a stain inside which wasn't visible due to being taped up so we can't inspect! Toss the trash.The same with toy bags. I bought a bag of doll items. They are barbie heads, arms, and single shoes with some other stuff mixed in! Really? But it was crammed full so you couldn't move the pieces around to see what was in there. To me these deceptive practices are just wrong.The best was when I went to check out. Sign said ALL CHRISTMAS 1/2 off. She refused to give the discount on the ornaments because they had the wrong sharpie letter on them by the price? She said they were "housewares" and not Christmas by the letter the pricer put on them! WHAT? I think there was an H after the price rather than C for Christmas. It's not my fault and the sign didn't say Christmas with a shapie C by the price.I won't be back.

My favorite thrift store in the entire Triangle and Fayetteville area. Great prices already - watch their Facebook for clearance tag colors and prices are even more amazing. I’ve been able to buy amazing baby clothes, maternity clothes, and antique nursery decor in great condition. I’ve been several times and in total, have only spent $40 collectively. One sad thing is - things sell quickly! If you put something back, expect it to be sold quickly, so get it when you can! I go once a week or two, and it’s always new items on the floor.

So I went in and overheard what I assume is the manager of the place talking to the staff in the back. The rudest comments I've ever heard like staff are humans they aren't robots. No one is perfect. It was just so mean and saddening so I left and decided to write this review and maybe someone important will see and do something about it like this has got to stop.Definitely never coming back to that place. I don't support businesses who treat their staff like dog doo doo.And hi, if you're looking to work here... probably not a good idea unless you want to go home every night depressed or angry like I'm sure most of the staff do. Just save your mentality and find somewhere else to work.

This is a very good thrift store. It has diverse supply and volume of goods for sale. They have a really good supply of clothes and prices on them and they range from inexpensive to high quality. It is a great way to build a wardrobe with little money. Their shoes, especially men's, are priced very high, so wait for a sale on them. You can find some higher end electronics, tools and art at times. Staff is community oriented and good at what they do. I recommend this store for any type of thrift shopping.

Had everything I was looking for with great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to get things I need while visiting. Knowing that the business helps the local schools makes this a Very worthwhile to shop for anything you want!! Don't miss the chance to find hidden treasures!! I'm glad I did!!

Love it here! There's a wide variety of things here from kids toys, shoes, hats, accessories, stuffed animals to things you'd find in the kitchen. The best part is, they're-thankfully- inexpensive and the money goes to help the local schools in the area; a win-win! 🏆

I love this place. My kids love this place. My daughter always ask can we go to the thrift store? As a matter of fact for Mother's Day weekend I told my husband that's where I want to go. The staff is friendly and the prices are amazing.

This is a great place for up cycles. And clothes. Bought my hubs a pair of shorts for a dollar. My kinda price. Furniture was a bit rough. But they had been having a sale, so no telling what was there before I arrived. Will go again.

This place is the best. I always find the best baby items and some clothes. Some times it’s like finding a needle in the hay stack but you can’t beat their prices. I usually come out with bag full of items and spend less then $20 for it all. Many of the cloths cost between 0.50 cent to maybe $2. Well worth a visit to this place.

I don't even like giving them one star. I'm a regular donor to this thrift store, but I will now donate elsewhere after our experience there today. My husband and I stopped by to shop with our five small children. Neither of us are able to wear a mask and when asked to put one on, we told the lady so. She goes on to tell us that they're only allowed to have six people in the store without masks on...including our children. Well, we have a family of seven so we're automatically unable to shop there. And I find this very upsetting especially when all our children are clearly under the age of 11 and not even mandated to wear a mask in the first place.You lost a donor today and an entire family as customers. Very disappointed.

Literally a Walmart/Ross/home appliance all in ONE !! The prices are insane!! I love this thrift store it’s the only one I go to because every price tag is reasonable. Everything is clean the store is clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I will go to this thrift store until they close down!! I love this place!!!

Love the prices and friendly people! But just needs to be more organized,and neater aisles. Alot of times the clothes are put in the wrong size rack! But the prices are great for the high quality products you get!

Great place and people! Love to volunteer, donate and shop here. Helps 12 local Harnett County schools! Almost always have great sales going on. Check it out and be sure to donate items while going.

Best thrift store in Waverly amazing. I went here and got an entire cart full of items plus the furniture piece and only paid $15. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to go thrift shopping for high-end items with low price tags.

These ladies work very hard to display all the donated goods for sale. They have this year redone the entire interior so it's easier to find things. They always have sales and specials and new items so it's worth a visit as often as you can!

So much to choose from. Household trinkets, baby items and everything in between. Not just a clothing donation center. Stop in and buy something or drop off a donation for a grand cause. Staff will be happy to assist you.

I am new to the area; I took a large tub of clothes in recently. I was not greeted at all by the lady at the front “desk”. I asked where to dro p off my tub, and she gruffly just pointed to a corner. I was not thanked or offered a tax receipt. Nada. I then took my other box to Habitat for Humanity a few miles North where I was nicely greeted, treated kindly, AND offered a receipt. HUGE difference. I’m gonna call this first outfit to see if there is a Supervisor or Governing Board I can speak with. I’d like to get my donation to them back, so I can take it to Habitat for Humanity.

Good luck finding anything, this place is a nightmare of flippers. You gotta fight teams of flippers emptying racks of clothes to just try and find a pair of pants.

This is a great thrift store with a lot of turnover and items. You never know what you're going to find but it's always good quality stuff. There are lots of specials.
