Russ the Pharmacist.Today, I was in drive through line starting at 7:20p.m, with a few cars in front of me. The pharmacy closes at 8. The lady in front of me took 20mins. I didn’t walk inside because my son was diagnosed with strep throat. Respectful I thought. I pull up to the window at 8 exactly. The lady shuts the window immediately. I drove around, went inside at this point and got Russ’s attention. I explained my whole story and said I just need my son’s antibiotics. He looked me strait in the face and said “there is nothing I can do, we’re closed. What a heartless Pharmacist with such a violent infection. I called customer service and they refused to send a follow up email, showing my call/notes or tell me their policy regarding my situation. Case number 22562099. If you’re looking for someone to care, don’t go to this pharmacist.

I ordered a bottle of shampoo for pickup 07/18. Came to the store, was handed a bag without receipt.The bottle was leaking, so i immediately asked to exchange it for a non-leaking bottle with the same brand, same size and same price.The store manager/associate, Christine, insisted that due to lack of receipt (which was not printed in the first place), they would need my drivers license to make that exchange.10min later, I walked out with the same leaking bottle of shampoo, as i didnt have my license handy that day.Ironically, it was entirely the stores mistake for1) not printing out a receipt with my order.2) knowingly including a leaking bottle of product in the bag for the customer to pick up.It's only a $7 item, but reflects poorly on Walgreens and this particularbranch .

I ordered some Christmas card prints at this Walgreens, and they seemed to have come out fine from what I can tell. When I was about to pay, the photo technician said I needed to have a copyright permission form in order to purchase the cards that have professional photos on them. I understand why that would be a policy, but I wish they had notified me before I tried to pick them up. I now have to jump through some hoops to get the permission form signed, which I’m not sure how to do. It might be helpful if Walgreens made their policy more clear before customers purchase prints, especially if they need them quickly. It does not help with keeping customers. Anywho, I haven’t paid yet, and I might just have to forgo the cards if I can’t get the permission form in time.

The older lady seemed upset that no one seemed to know that the pinpad requires you to swipe your card a certain way (much different from the others) then proceeds to snatch the card from your hands and doing it herself. Then when you ask for stamps she gets upset and says, "Would be nice if you told me this before ringing you up." Claiming she didn't have the stamps. It's not the customers responsibility to have your register stocked. You're the cashier, you should be ready and have your money and things in your register ready for when a customer wants to purchase something from the start of your shift. I'll be purchasing my stamps and I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks.

It just makes a difference who is on staff as to the experience a reviewer may have. The front end clerk is the most friendliest and pleasant woman to get checked out with. She's patient with everyone that I've seen. The pharmacy staff could use some improvement on the customer service end. I've had pleasant drive thru service and I've had rude experiences at the counter. A clerk in the pharmacy seem hurried, very loud, even to the extent we could hear her speak to the pharmacist in a rude manner. This was a bit surprising and we were embarrassed for the pharmacist who didn't respond to her rudeness.

Pharmacy needs a complete overhaul with staffing. Rude and incompetent is an understatement. Zero concern for adverse effects on customers needing prescription continuity due to their inept ability and willingness to process medications in a timely manner-will no longer use this pharmacy.

Update: Today I came here and a pharmacy associate with a nasty attitude waited on me. I took a pic of her. Your job isnt assured eitherExcellent staff! Very clean store. The best pharmacy I have been to in a long time! Friendly pharmacy techs who obviously love their job.

The only reason I am giving them 1star is because the girl behind the counter was a sweetheart. Other than that, avoid ordering any Holiday cards from this store. Mine turned out blurry, and fuzzy and the manager replies with "Well it must've been how you submitted them because we don't do anything but print them here from the machine." I ordered 40 holiday cards and made the mistake of buying them before I checked them. I thought Walgreen policy was that if you didn't like your photos you recieved a refund. Obviously this store does not follow that rule. Will never order photos or shop at this Walgreens again. Terrible terrible customer service on the managers part.

So bad, it is entertaining! The pharmacy that is. Like a free circus. The clock above the door is stuck on 11 something o' clock, yet somehow it looks right there.And please, ask the pharmacy about a covid shot and be amazed!Nice people on the floor, but that Rx is lost.

Need a professional manager, pharmacy cannot get it together. They are always a complete mess. Don’t have enough staff. They close randomly, so you never know if you’re driving there for no reason. Don’t waste your time.

Their pharmacy was closed for a testing appointment and they sent me on a 3 hour goose chase claiming I could get a test at other Walgreens locations including a site that doesn’t even do testing. They are either that stupid or they just don’t care about wasting peoples time

Walgreens in Tramway needs to fire everyone there n rehire professionals . They are rude , Snotty and can care less . They will stand there n lie to ur face . That store needs a professional manager .
