This the only Tractor supply store customer service is off , they want helpful at all, I work for Delivery company required a trailer called before I came. The young man said the trailer was available and $20 a day I get there 30 minute drive she said I’ll trailer is broke down and didn’t have no type of concern about me picking up my order. The older man working in customer service wasn’t really polite at all, or the young lady working in customer service. I will not come to the supply store again. I drove all the way from Raleigh I just cancel my order , just don’t understand my peoples get job Dealing with people if you do not like them

January 4, 2024…I was previously in TSC Sanford, NC and asked a member of management about the cleanliness of the restrooms if they could do something.Well apparently what I was told versus what happened is totally different. Restrooms are still in a state of disrepair. I told the person that I was about to clean them up when I noticed the black water in the toilet bowl scrubber holder; ITS STILL BLACK WATER IN THERE after I was there last week. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.This is totally unacceptable especially for a member of management to allow this to continue.Proper hygiene was started long ago Deuteronomy 23:13. Though not a restaurant, basic sanitation is still required even at a TSC.John (District Manager), I await your call.Older Post…We can get the items we want at an affordable price. I'm taking 2 stars away for the cleanliness of their restrooms. If a store manager is ok with the way they look then they should be fired.

This evening, we stopped by this location (because we don't have a tractor supply store near us & have to drive 40mins to a store). I bought a $100 XL dog crate. When we got home & opened the box, the crate was rusted all over, the tray was broken with a large hole, & every henge was rusted and bent to the point that they don't close. I called the customer support number on the bottom of the receipt and was told that they only deal with online orders; to go back to the store (again, 40 mins away) for a refund or exchange. Hopefully, when I speak with the store manager, there will be a better solution & I can change this review.***Update: I had to make the 40min drive back to the store, but the manager was helpful with my exchange. The crate is a perfect fit for our German Shepherd puppy, plenty of room to grow into.***

Very disappointed. Employees need to do better with pricing obviously. Bought 2 bags of dog food it was clearly labeled $27.99 but once we paid I noticed the price rang up $29.99. I spoke to the cashier Hope and she explained oh this happens all the time but I can assure you the price is $29.99 the price you saw is for a different dog food. I then explained that the Employees should do a better job at pricing or stocking the proper food in the right location. And I suggested they move all the other bags sitting there. I hate a company not holding Employees accountable for doing their jobs. If it was in the wrong location fix the error if the price increased then fix the problem. But don't wave your hand and dismiss a customer because of your stores error. It's 2 bucks per bag I lost because of mislabeled pricing. My point is not the $4 bucks it's the principle of the whole experience. My family will be taking our business to a different location over $4 bucks and a wave of a hand of a dismissive cashier.

Staff at this tractor supply are always friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. I have been able to find several of the parts I needed for my Ford 600 here.

The older guy with white hair forgot some items and we had to drive back. No apology or consideration to the customer. If anything, it sounded like I was a burden to him and he sounded annoyed. Not the least bit of concern. He obviously has a lack of customer service skills. I don't always have a bad experience so if this continues may need to start shopping elsewhere.

Found a kayak behind the chain-link fence with a price tag stating it was $249. We thought that this was a reasonable deal and tried to make the purchase. Turns out Bobby looked at his computer and said it was $399 and he didn't care what the sign said, we were wrong and should expect to get nothing from nothing. (I have no idea what that's supposed to mean) Spoke to the manager on duty, a young lady about Bobby's age and she assured me that she never had a complaint about Bobby before. Three issues here. First is the consistency in incorrect pricing. Second is the acceptance of Bobby's being comfortable disrespecting/insulting customers and thirdly, a noticeable lack of adult leadership. Right now, I'm pretty sure Southern States carries much the same items as Teactor Supply and they have adults running the business.

I will definitely come back to this location just to see the GORGEOUS young lady with the Pony tail and painted on jeans ! But I am very disappointed to be informed that this location only allows a Military discount on certain times of the year. Doesn't make sense that Veterans are overseas on duty 24 hours and day 7 days a week but Tractor Supply only gives them a discount when it's convenient for them. Or the employee who told me this was full of S%&T.....

My experience today deserves a review, I came in on this unreasonably cold and raining Easter Saturday to buy a Husqvarna lawn mower. Once purchased, we found the security wheel boot was locked up and no one could get it to detach with the key. Multiple employees, including 2 newly hired gentlemen, got involved and worked at it until it was cut free and loaded in the trailer, not a gripe or moan about the weather or the challenge facing them. Might seem like "all in days work" but these days, this isn't standard practice or attitude you'll find in a retail setting.Someone who works at the store will know this situation and who all was involved, I would highly recommend you keep these associates happy and well recognized for their efforts. Not a dime-a-dozen crew I had the pleasure of seeing today.

One of the better TSC in the area. Always helpful. Stocked as good as any in this day & time. Could be a little neater but that's most of them. Good crew in there now 2/2023. Where I buy anything they carry that I need. Mostly dog and gardening supplies. Wish the seeds had a heirloom displayed clear and proud. More organic would also be great.

My dog get the store brand of dogfood (4health). Its in 40lb bags. They'll help you get it off the shelf and then bring it to your car if you ask. The customers have always been great and the staff has always been responsive and professional.

I had the worst experience at this Sanford location. I was never greeted upon entering this store, I was waiting and looking for assistance for about 10-15 mins before I was finally acknowledged. I am a 61 year old US army combat veteran, and was addressed as "Bo, Bud, and Buddy," once I was finally acknowledged.The short lady with a British accent spoke to another employee about me in the 3rd person as if I weren't present. I definitely did not feel welcomed nor did I feel like my money was good in this store.The poor customer service caused me to spend my $2000.00 at your competitor across the street.

Pretty sorry that when I go there to get propane no one can ever fill the tanks. Even when the manager can fill them he is too lazy to do it. Gives some excuse about not leaving the floor. Seemed to me like he just wanted to sit at his desk.

For the last few months I have attempted to get my propane tanks filled and each times all I got was excuses, either no one is there that can or the equipment is not working and the propane company that supplies it is located behind the store so I really don't believe that is the case. This is one service I can't rely on here

Has vet services once a month, but would not open the back door of the store, so the vet could give our unruly pitbull his rabies shot. My husband tried taking him inside but he wanted to jump on everyone. ( My husband is going on 74 years old,)

Line upfront was about 10 deep with one register open…. I went to customer service to get checked out. There where literally 5 employees standing around!!! The one girl on the computer told me I had to go up front to check out!!! Ridiculous

I've had issues buying old feed from this store before, so now I always check the label before purchase. They only had one bag of feed I was looking for and when I checked the production date, it was a year old. I asked when they would be getting new feed in and an employee said, "once someone buys that bag." I explained the issues I had with the previous bag I bought from the same store due to it being old and she recommended switching to a different feed. The feed I use is great, it just should not be on the store shelf at a year old. Very disappointing.

Sometimes friendly. Often ignored. Slow to get service. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATORS. We buy a lot of wire fencing here and every time it is a BAD customer experience to deal with them. Either you don't know when they will show up outside, often they can't find the keys to the gated area, some think they don't need a fork-truck so they try to man-handle the fence into our truck but then we forced to help LIFT it up for them. I do not shop here so I can injure my back - I am already disabled in many ways and do not need this. Often there is a long line in the store but only 1 cash register open. Wouldn't be so painful but to see employees standing around gossiping. When you need help in the store and walk up to a group of employees that are just shooting the breeze, they will often do an about-facing movement and walk off and hide as if they did not know you were needing the assistance! TERRIBLE WORK ETHICS AND BAD ATTITUDES! Very unprofessional.

The employees were very nice and very helpful they help me find the items I needed. when it was time to check out he asked me if I had a rewards card I told him know we didn't get up to the store very often he gave me rewards card and then he also offered me information on a spay and neuter clinic that they were having this weekend where you can also get your pet microchipped .

There's so much in this business, from simple hardware to grains, fertilizers, seeds, dogfood, freon for your air-conditioning. On up to tractor mowers and the accessories. My advice would be to anyone that's looking for pretty much anything, is to do a walk through, throughout the entire facility. You would be surprised about how much is in Tractor Supply, in Sanford, NC 💯

Had a great experience purchasing items to plant my first vegetable garden. Taylor (I don't know her last name) was extremely helpful and more than knowledgeable about what I had planned and would need to make it work. She walked me to the items I needed and explained the difference between similar items so I could make a properly informed decision and then helped to load it up after ringing my wife and I up. She was fantastic and is a valuable asset for the company!

Wasn't very happy this visit.. Was told my dog food wouldn't be in for 6 days. Ok no problem.. But then, was told " you can pick that up at any store" That's not what you want to hear from a business. I go there for all my needs for my animals because I trust them.. Maybe I should take ALL MY ANIMAL NEED ELSEWHERE.

They were out of my goat food again, for the 4th time in a row. I told the Manager Jerry that they need to up there order or I was going to be forced to buy my food somewhere else. His reply was then go ahead. I go there so frequently that the staff knows me. I also buy cat food and dog food there. He was very RUDE and Unprofessional. Apparently my $200.00 a month is mot appreciated.

I visited Tractor Supply in Sanford briefly. I had not entered this facility in the past only because of the word "Tractor" in their store name but am surprised of the variety of gardening, yard and associated tools, but I also saw a good selection of dog and other pet foods. I was pleased that they had batteries for my electric fence dog collar. I like what I saw so I will be visiting this facility slot more this spring and summer. Oh, I'm certain that they also have many items that true farmers utilize this their store name.

Always go here to get my dogfood. On average save 5-10 dollars per bag since I feed diamond natural grain free that's a really great savings. Also find my other pet supplies considerable lower in price as compared to the pet store
