I come Starbucks with the expectation of enjoying their actual coffee, particularly the dark roast, but it seems to be the one thing they're consistently out of, regardless of the time—be it right at opening at 5:30 AM or during lunch hours. It puzzles me why it's even listed as an available option online. I'd be less frustrated if the alternative pour overs were satisfactory, but they simply taste like hot water

Me and my family just went through the drive thru and enjoyed our experience so very much. The lady taking our order was so kind and understanding and helped us with our complicated order. She was friendly and personable and gave us exactly what we were looking for. I actually called to speak to the manger to give my praises but no one picked up which is understandable with the level of customer service we seen at the window. Thank you or making the start of our Christmas shopping experience so enjoyable. We live closer to the Cameron Starbucks, but will definitely be back to see you guys. Merry Christmas from the Buller Family.

Third time I’ve had an issue with Starbucks in a month. At three different stores. I just wanted a refill for my ice coffee and all of them had issues with that. Said nope we don’t give refills. And the best I get in response from their 1800 number is “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. At this point I say don’t waste your money there. They clearly don’t care

The food is consistent and good, the biggest issue is drive thru is a priority so if you walk in you will have to wait for a while. Stick to drive thru for faster service and don’t get disappointed.Not sure what’s happening I have had to call the store twice from the car. Spent 12 mins sitting in the drive thru.Not sure what’s going on but the level of service has dropped considerably. I have to go tor the other one in North Sanford

This store is dirty and lacks any sort of customer service. The person who took my order really couldn't answer any of my questions about their coffee (I'm not a frequent Starbucks visitor). Once my order was ready, I had to wait again to get half and half and sweetener.Online orders are haphazardly placed on a dirty counter leaving customers to search for their entire order. More annoying, I listened to an employee tell a customer to throw her order away when she requested it to be remade. Most people would take the incorrect order, apologize for the mistake, throw the item away and remake it.

My mother had a freaking live FLY inside of her coffee and got sick from it in my car. That is disgusting and unacceptable for the prices. I waited in line for over 20 minutes for our coffee and there is LIVE BUGS IN OUR DRINKS!?. No absolutely worst. Not returning- couldn’t even get ahold of them on the phone to talk to a manager.

Updating my review because it is CRUCIAL that baristas remember some people have ALLERGIES. So when someone orders an alternate milk, it would be safest if they would CONFIRM with the customer that they heard correctly by repeating back the order in full.During one visit they were out of oat milk, and they did not seem to get it when my husband told them NO to their suggestion of coconut milk. I am ALLERGIC to coconut but still somehow ended up with a drink that had coconut milk. My throat started feeling weird and I had to spend a long drive worried I would have a worse reaction plus no coffee. Thankfully I only had two sips.———The usual you expect from Starbucks with espresso drinks and hot breakfast sandwiches or desserts. Always a must stop when visiting family and love that they also have a drive thru.

Look ladies Starbucks is Starbucks. The only way things can go wrong is if they are super busy and somehow miss something (as they are still human ❤️) or if you are a Karen 🤷‍♀️. This place is hit or miss in terms of how busy it is but they get through their lines very well. I love all the employees I've come across they have all been super nice despite their fast pace job! If you want some Starbucks girl go get some. 😉❤️

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Every single time I come here, the wait is unbearable. I only caved today because I always take my pups to get a pup cup after grooming. I could have driven across town to the other Starbucks and gotten served faster. The order ahead option was turned off. I got stuck in the drive thru and couldn’t get out. When I finally got to place my order, they were out of the ingredients!! So now I can’t order what I wanted and am still stuck in the drive thru and can’t leave. If you want faster and better service, go to Spring Lane.

Got this today at the sanford, nc store. "Light Ice" did not happen. Looks and feels like extra ice. Very disappointed.Update: Starbucks reached out to me to get more information and provided us $35 fill up on our Starbucks account. I would say this is exceptional customer service on their part. I'm crossing my fingers for when we return to the Sanford Starbucks and hope for a good result. Thank you Starbucks for your genuine concern.

Good coffee, prepared as requested. Decent service, but slowed down by drive-thru customers. Wait just about ok. Unpleasant loudspeaker sounds, some may call them music, but it is a disturbance if you want to converse or work.

I know typically reviews are bad, but I wanted to leave a good one. I went this morning and the girl at the drive thru so SO FRIENDLY! She conversed with me the whole time I was waiting for my drink (which after not having starbies for a few weeks tasted like Heaven) I don’t know her name, but I do know her cars name is Dinky! Keep up the good work girl! You being so nice has made my day. ❤️

I stop here almost every single morning. The staff is great! I always feel welcome. Very timely service. If I have to wait at all, the cashier at the window always has a conversation with me about anything and everything. Absolutely luv this place!!

My white chocolate mocha was horrible. I'm not sure what they did, but it tasted like hot water and a dab of chocolate syrup. This was my first time ordering here, I will give it another try, but this has to improve. The customer service was good. We should have tasted the drinks before leaving.

I got 3 orders, and they messed up every single one of em, my girl got a mocha cookie crumble and it doesn't taste good at all, I got caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunchies and they didn't add them, and they didn't put ice in my kids apple juice after we specifically asked for ice....

The store could be cleaner! And i wish they had more merchandise instore, as I love to collect the cups. But overall is your average Starbucks. Its not the best but its not horrible either. I juT love when i got to a Starbucks and everything is tidy and clean and well stocked, and the serví is A1, the sanitation score is 100 and you can relax while you sip your drink of choice. This is more of a get your s#!+ to go location.

The parking lot is a bad set up and causes many traffic issues but it is to no fault of the store. The morning staff is very friendly and fast! Christian and Brianna in particular always make me feel seen every time that I pull in. I order quite a bit and they never make it seem like a big deal. On my birthday, the evening drive thru workers were so friendly and talked to me while I waited and I left them a $50 tip just because they were so nice. Special shout out to the women that work there because I just know that they carry the store. Although the last time I went I ordered a hot peppermint drink and all I got was warm milk 💀 I wish I was kidding there wasn’t any flavor or whipped cream but it was okay because they were busy. I love this Starbucks <3333

To be honest I wish (-1) was an option. This is the second time at this location that I have wore the drink on my clothes, hands, and spilled on my car. This time the cup collapsed and the lady had to know it prior to putting it through the window. Then they acted as if they were going to wipe it off and resend it back through the window until I kindly ask for a remake. The line is normally long and the service often reflects. But I was more hurt when I contact the manager by phone only for him to act as if he could careless. I can’t believe this is the 2nd time this has happened and it was a Hot Drink also. That is the worst Feeling on my skin and through my clothes while traveling. The last time it wasn’t remade I was just given a few napkins. No empathy and the only concern was to get me out of line. These orders are too expensive for the service and drinks to be unpleasant. It’s been times when I have ordered and didn’t even enjoy because of the service and we look forward to stopping because it’s a treat during our travel. But this is unacceptable and i was so hurt to have that hot drink on my hand, leg, and car.
