Very professional, very well with all type of behavioral problems. ( mine gives other groomers problems and can not do her nails without sedition, Sonia can do everything on her without any sedition or anything). Their work is very outstanding!! You do not have to keep calling to check on your pet, when they tell you the time your pet will be done, they are always on time, or they will call you to pick up early if you wish!! Great people!! Very honest!!

Took my four month old newfypoo in for his first grooming. The service was great. My shaggy messy pup looks like a different dog with his new haircut. He looks great. I'm very happy with the service, love the staff.

Anyone who knows me knows how picky I am about my dog! I'm not snobby I just care about my animals and I won't let just anyone care for her. After a friend recommended this place, I thought I would give it a try. They have by far exceeded my expectations! My dog is deaf which for many vets and groomers can be a challenge. Eleanor has very sensitive ears and normally will not let anyone touch them. However when I picked her up her ears were clean and they told me she did wonderful! I can't say enough how pleased I am with the job that they did caring for my baby! I will never go anywhere else! She smelled great even had a cute scarf on!

My dog is a rescue. She has anxiety issues. Southern Tails does a great job with her cut and trimming her nails. She is happy to see me when I pick her up but never nervous or scared. That shows me they treat her well while she is there. Thank you Southern Tails!!

Love Southern Tails Grooming. Brandon and staff do a great job. Our 13 year old gal has always hated having her nails trimmed, to the point groomers were not usually able to do it. Brandon figured out a way to get it done. Thrilled to have them on Broadway!

I took my Morkie in to get groomed and when i picked her up, i almost fainted!! Obviously this person had never groomed a yorkie or a maltese!! I paid $50 and a $10 tip (before i saw her)!! I kept apologizing to her (my dog)! I will never go back!!
