This place is the BEST when it comes to your fur babies grooming needs! They are detail oriented, prompt and really care about your baby. Aubrey really listens to what we want and always does her best to honor our request. Appointments are hard to come by so book early.

Awesome place....Willow is always nervous but settles quickly and always looking great when I pick her up....they do a great job of grooming and getting her out the door quickly so it makes it easy to plan my day....no worries about my time....

Chelsea was very pleasant. Not satisfied with the service. They do not know how to groom husky. This was my first time, and definitely my last. And they told me that they did not do it. They advised me that my dog had already that empty spot. Do you think that we would have not notice it?

Would like to give 0 stars. Did great with our 2 dogs for years. Recently, gave our shih tzu the worst cut imaginable. Worst customer service afterwards to match. No offer to refund or attempt to fix just return to your next appointment in 3 months. No thank you. Never again. Many other groomers in Sanford that want your business.

I highly recommend Simple Dog Co. We moved here from Florida 2 years ago and searched online for a groomer. Simple Dog Co. had great reviews, so we gave them a try. We were very happy with the results and continued to use them. Sadly, our little Rooney passed away unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago. We had to call Simple Dog Co. to cancel his next appointment. They were so kind and compassionate on the phone, then a few days later we received a lovely memorial gift from Simple Dog. They are wonderful people who love what they do and do it in an awesome way. Thank you so much Simple Dog Co.

Great dog groomers! All the people there are so nice! They did a great job with my dog. The salon is nice and clean. They have treats and collars and bandanas for sale as well. Everything is so cute! I always get Rocky a treat when he is done and he always loves them! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dog groomer!

Danielle took great care of my Corgi. No one has been able to trim her nails--not me, not my family, the vet nor another groomer. I was so thankful and excited that Danielle trimmed her nails with no problem! She also trimmed her backside up really nice and did a nice job with her feet and sanitary trim. I am so pleased and grateful. Danielle is also very friendly, the place is clean and welcoming, prices are excellent, scheduling is easy and she does her work in a timely manner. I will definiltey be bringing my dog back on a regular basis!!!! Thank you Danielle!!

Very nice groomers. They are very professional and responsive to messages. Each December they have a charity event where they take pictures of your pet. The photos are really good and I have done this two years in a row. I’ve not personally used them for grooming services, but their set up is very nice and clean.

I have been bringing my dogs here for about a year now and I always like the results. I like that appointments are scheduled and that my girls arent there for 4 hours or more. I am patient with newer groomers as I don’t expect every haircut to be absolutely perfect but I have only had minor flaws in cut quality that are not worth raising a fuss over. Definitely enjoy this groomers services

They did a fabulous job grooming my poodle! I wanted something a bit goofy for the holidays and they nailed it! Overall the cut quality was great and they were very attentive to detail. I’ll definitely be going to them from now on.
