I love shopping at Ross, but all I can say about this particular store is that I chuckled when they played the Ross advertisement over the loudspeaker about how they’re building more Ross stores every year. What they really need to focus on is hiring more people, so this store can get a major clean-up. I understand it’s the Christmas holiday, but there isn’t any excuse of why it’s THIS bad. When does it become a liability?

I’ve Never Seen this store in such bad shape!! Junky! Clothes on the floor everywhere, clothes hangers, trash!It’s a Real hazard, someone is going to get hurt.

This Ross seems smaller than others that I have been to, but the store is clean and more organized than normal for this type of store. There are lots of empty shelves but I can usually find what I am looking for.

Ross used to be a great store for great bargains on name brand items and other reasonably priced items they were clean and organized. We aren't getting high end fashion for a fraction of the cost anymore and are getting outdated warehouse items that look like reject merchandise or returned merchandise. The off brand clothing aren't good quality it's fad clothing that you get at best 2 wears out of them if you wash it you can just trash it or donate it because it doesn't always hold up. The stores are trashy stuff everywhere with no clean up throughout the day leaving stuff on the floor in the aisle. The customer service is hit and miss it depends on what personality shows up for work. I hope they stop buying warehouse reject items and get back to buying good quality merchandise for their customers.

Very disappointing to see the store is still a mess. I used to be a frequent shopper at Ross when it first opened but in recent months it has really gone down. The store is always a huge mess, stuff in every aisle on the floors. I have been back a few times since Christmas and each time I leave without purchasing anything because the store is just a complete disaster.

It was clean. And they had a lot more home decor and outdoor/garden than usual. Their handbags seemed restocked as well as shoes. Cute Easter decor. I found exactly what I was looking for!! Queen cotton sheet set under $25!

I purchased a Bali bra for only $9.99! Other stores have them for $40! The quality is no different; it lasts for a long time. I love their clearance rack! What savings! I was so excited to show my husband! Please bring coupons! That would make it 1,000 times better!

Associates really friendly, the store is very clean.I've been to another Ross in a different county and this one is so much better! I bought well known name brand clothing/coats for my kids and saved a few hundred dollars. I will be a repeat customer!

Just had the worse encounter with the manager...upon expressing how I felt about the customer service, or lack thereof, at the dressing room, the manager verbally attacked me and told me that I was "irate". Meanwhile, there was a line of customers behind me that should have been taken care of but instead of opening the line to ring the customers out, he continued to have a verbal "contest" to prove that he was "right". I expressed to him that if he acted in this manner I can def. understand why his employees feel just in their efforts to give quality customer service. Never would I have thought that a "Manager" would be so rude and act in this manner to a PAYING customer AT a resister. I will be contacting corporate in hopes that the Manager is reprimanded for his actions. The poor lady at the register continued to apologize and was clearly embarrassed by the entire ordeal but MR MANAGER... Yeah that's a different story. The only reason I even continued my purchase is because my daughter wanted a particular dress that was there. Otherwise, I would have walked out of the store and took my money with me. He probably should attend to the disarray of the store being that it looks more like a thrift store and is the most unorganized Ross I've ever been in. Such a shame...

I am amazed by the fact that in the year 2019 we cant make change! I was told she couldnt make change for a 100$ bill. Then she asked the rude lady which stated "absolutely not." The total was around 40$ the change would have been close to 60 bucks. Instead of trying to get the personnel in the back to help, I had to walk out. Great store, customer service could use some help!

The store has some nice things but had a lot of empty racks and shelves. Employees huddled around near fitting room gossiping. They made me feel we inconvenienced them.

Super friendly staff, clean, and so organized! Great prices as per usual...but just a thought...when jessica simpson jeans have plus size options...smh...nvm. As a fat chick, i will not buy them on principal simply cause i remember that hot tamale from when she was calling tuna chicken on mtv. Not one single ounce of fat. Really boo? Now before you haters get on here and accuse me of something, i know she may be older now and may have her own struggles with her own stuff and want to empower women and all that noble stuff...but still aint no way im setting myself up for that kind of failure when i attempt to stuff my state fair turkey leg calves in them there jeans. Lets not even worry about the hamhock thighs and thunderbomb cheeks and muffin top for dayssssss. Nope. I wont do it. Still though, love the store!

Went in for some Work out Equipment for my 17 year old Son. Had everything on the list. Yoga Mat, resistence band, a weighted jump rope. Both registers open. Fast in & out.

Employees are usually nice here but recently had a bad experience with a really rude employee. I think her name was brianna. Witnessed her even being bad to other workers. Shame because I normally like shopping at Ross.
