Used them for grooming the last two years and they are amazing. I have two golden doodles and I know they’re hard to groom and the groomers are so patient and caring every time. My pups look phenomenal with their teddy bear cuts. Great job Lydia, Olivia, Kaci, Ashley and Sabrina. Y'all girls are amazing 🤩

I have taken my schnauzer to many places to get her grooming done. I have had to drag her in, pick her up and carry her. She just wasn’t happy and I didn’t know how they were treating my fur baby. BUT I have finally found someone she ABSOLUTELY loves to go see. Mallory at Pet Smart is so Wonderful!!! My schnauzer actually seen her today getting out of her car to go to work and she couldn’t get to her quick enough. She even followed her into the grooming area and then went with Mallory to get her bath. I’m telling you Mallory at Pet Smart is Amazing!!! 😊😊😊

I was very pleased with the services provided for Duke. I have only had him less than 2 weeks. My concerns went away because I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Duke was returned to me looking so clean and trimmed. He's resting now near me. I think he enjoyed being pampered. I will be taking him back for future grooming.

The staff was lovely. I was babysitting my mom's lepord gecko while she was away for the holidays. and a staff member helped me pick out some bugs for it to eat and the gecko really enjoyed the variety of roaches and meal worms and crickets!

I come here for both Banfield and to shop. The staff is always nice and courteous. They offer their assistance and even entertain the kids when they are looking at the reptiles and fish.

One of the smallest petsmarts I've been to, but I'm here out of town on a visit with some friends and needed some prescription dog food. I was presently surprised that they had it and that the staff was very nice and considerate.

They do a really good job in the Grooming Dept. But I really want to know why it is $100 to wash and cut a SHIH TZU. The dog weighs a whopping 10lbs. Make it make sense.

I took my dog here after I got him back from my exhusband after 4 years. He needed dental immediately. They were very kind and helpful. They did his dental and updated all his shots. I am very pleased with all the service. His dental went without incidence, they cleaned and pulled some of his teeth. He is a happy puppy now. Everyone is so helpful here. I highly recommend.

I'm going to be honest, I live in Apex and our local store talks down on this store, as if the Sanford location is not staffed with knowledgable people who care for their position. My goal is visiting either store was to find a Goldfish for my ** gallon tank (I'm not displaying the amount, and if you have ever welcomed "fish tank Goldfish" to your family you probably understand why:• When I visited Apex location immediately the employee was shocked to learn of the amount of goldfish I had in my size tank. You would have thought I were purchasing goldfish to fry and eat for dinner--- and she basically refused to sell me goldfish unless I purchased a bigger tank. So I left, with nothing-- my tank was enough trouble and I was not going to upgrade!• When I visited Sanford location, they said the same thing regarding the size of tank and goldfish and then showed me the best options for my tank size. We got far enough in the conversation for me to tell her that I've had 2 goldfish in this tank that have lived for 2 years. So she showed me fish that could live in the same tank with them. She asked details about my tank (if I had a heater) and the temperature of my home. She displayed knowledge in this area, and helped me instead of crucifying me for my choice of home for my fish family.Ok, it's a 10 gallon tank, and yes the 2 goldfish are still living.

PetSmart - The grooming department will no longer provide our dog, Silas, with service because he is a special needs animal. The policy they provided in-store only outlines when a pet is in distress. Silas has Ataxia and Cerebellar Hypoplasia which affects his ability to stand on smooth surfaces and he shakes. These are known issues and do not indicate acute "critical signs of stress" per their policy. I just thought I would let folks know that if you have a special needs animal, then Petsmart will not support you and your pet. I attached the policy if anyone is interested.

I took my boy Dakota to get his hair groomed by Jewel! She is very experienced and I’ve been taking him there the past several years and she’s been able to do his hair how I’ve been wanting it done! I absolutely love this place! Every single time I walk in its always great service and for me being into fish, it's got everything. Theres always great deals too. Always some colorful looking fish and super helpful advice from every associate, so I know I'm getting helpful advice from experts. Management is on point as well with great representatives willing to help with anything.

It was a good experience. The prices are higher than alot of places. It's $15 to get my small dog nails clipped and almost $30 to get anal gland drained. Other than that they are friendly and my dog is safe there.

Staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. The manager is incredibly kind and helpful! Great guy! It's always a pleasure to bring my pup into this store whether it's for shopping or a vet check up. Prices are a little high but that's typical in any pet shop. Just look for the sale tags and go shopping with coupons. :)
