Juan our groomer was so thorough and helped me set up the app on my phone (first time customer). Our dog looked great after her session with Juan. He took his time and did not rush us through the process. A great experience for our first time using a dog grooming service!

The groomers at this location have always been absolutely phenomenal. We’ve been bringing our to Border Collies here pretty regularly, and they always go out of their way to comfort them when they are nervous and love on them as if they were their own family. There have been times where we’ve needed an emergency appointment for one reason or another, and they are always willing to squeeze us in and accommodate different situations. I’m not sure if all locations are the same but at this one, the groomers (and we’ve seen just about all of them at this point) are excellent!

From the reception to the groomer, everyone was great! Juan was the groomer who did my dog’s grooming and he really loved on my dog and took really good care of him. I appreciate the service and positive attitudes. Definitely coming back!

I PAID $99 For my miniature schnauzer to have a FULL groom with special shampoo, nail trim, brushing of teeth, etc. THEY DID NOT EVEN CUT HER DEW PAW NAILS WHICH SHE STILL HAS AND THESE NAILS WERE THE WORST! I REQUESTED A STANDARD SCHNAUZER CUT. HER COAT WAS ALL GAPPED UP WITH DIFFERENT LENGTHS AND THE MISSED HAIRS THAT WERE STILL LONG. HER EYEBROWS WERE CUT TOOOO SHORT. ONE OF THE WORST GROOMINGS SHE HAS EVER HAD 🤬

I dropped in to have my fur baby's nail clipped and grinded. She was there by herself as far as I could tell and had other dogs there also. But she took the time to talk to me and ask about my dog without making me feel like I was intruding. That meant a lot. She was fast and did a great job. I've never been disappointed with the service and the groomers at my local Petco. Keep up the great work!

We arrived about 10 minutes late due to a 30 minute drive from Southern Pines, NC and told that we were too late even after calling and leaving a message that we were going to be late. Lyndsey was still an awesome groomer and at least cut his nails for us even though the Petco policy is BS.UPDATE: Petco called me to setup a FREE Pet Grooming due to this experience. I am very pleased that they realized the inconvenience and went above and beyond to make it right. There grooming service is top notch and there is a Buffalo Wild Wings in walking distance for a place to go while you wait!

The staff is always friendly helpful and just welcoming. They give you good advice. I think one or 2 more employees would make the time you wait on the dog to be done more faster. Sometimes I feel like they get overloaded

My appointment was at 12:30 and he wasn't ready until 5 pm. I asked the groomer trim my puppy coat but all his hair was cut off. The groomer was also cut my puppy over his eyes. I asked the groomer to trim his nails and that wasn't done initially but he ended up taking him back in to do it. I was extremely upset about his hair cut and let the groomer know of my displeasure. I will not be taking kobe back. I will find him a personal groomer. The groomer apologize but it doesn't matter. He was overwhelmed with the number of dogs he had to groom that day but he should have rescheduled some appointments
