Very good example of this chain in a nice little upscale strip center. As always, the people were friendly. It’s not connected with the store, but in front of it there is a Tesla supercharger station in case you need one. This location is conveniently located.

Overall, this is a nice Lowe’s food. The store is clean and the produce section is very good. The only reason why I gave it three stars is for the customer service. I tried three separate times to get the person that overseas the wine department to call me about a specific wine and they never did.

My biggest gripe is the produce selection. The quality is not great at all. The berries always look like they are close to molding. The tomatoes are hit and miss we got three bad ones in a row. Lettuce is questionable. It just doesn’t seem fresh. Months ago we also had an issue where we bought three half gallons of milk and although the expiration date was still far out they all ended up being spoiled. Their prices are so high too compared to other grocery stores with better quality.

Never again. Food lion has better customer service. Took a while (30 mins) to get a ready-to-go sandwich (nobody approached me while I was actively looking someone) which was advertised as having coleslaw but not only did it not have coleslaw it also had bacon which was not mentioned, I don’t eat pork. I was asked if I wanted it heated and it took a good 15 mins extra to get it (remember it is a ready to go sandwich). Then when I finally paid and figured out my sandwich doesn’t have what was being advertised, one of the managers had the audacity tell me “oh its corporate signage, for the sandwich missing the coleslaw we can just give you some coleslaw” with no care or understanding that I don’t eat pork and the sandwich was not even made correctly in the first place. I also want to mention this occurred at 10.30 am, not like early morning or late at night so I don’t know why every employee looked so demotivated. If you are competing with the likes of whole foods and trader joes understand that Walmart and Food Lion have better service than you.

High prices like any other Lowes food. I call it "lowefs" like bread loafs. Self checkout is nice and definitely a place to go for niche items not found elsewhere but the prices are def not competitive. Hardly any discounts on older food. I don't know what they do with it but I feel like they just don't want poor people in the store.

The bakery is my favorite part of the store. I love their selections of muffins. The muffins are always so fluffy & moist. The Pistacio muffins are my favorite & the Cranberry Orange Nut are a close 2nd. The prices are a good value. I am going to order my birthday cake from Lowe’s Foods. I always have a great experience when I shop there. An employee will see me looking for something & offer to help me. I’ve not gotten that type of service before.

A wonderful Gourmet Grocery Store with that Southern Charm. They have products that I didn't think they would have. All the employees have excellent customer service skills, a wonderful attitude, professional and very helpful. I give them a score of 10.

I ordered a large sheet cake from the Bakery at Lowes Foods (Sanford). Not only was the process of ordering it super easy, but the cake was even better than I expected! The only thing negative about the experience was that I didn't order TWO of them! The cake was devoured in minutes by dozens of hungry teenagers. It was a huge hit all around. Thank you, Lowes Bakery!!

Store is clean and there is a good selection of produce. My issue is that the prices are significantly higher than other stores. From deli cheeses to dairy and frozen food items. Goat cheese alone is $4 more than other stores.

I just moved to the area and found Loews to be all about customer service. The staff couldn’t have been nicer in helping me locate some items. It’s a beautiful store and I’ll definitely be back!

Love this store. Makes grocery shopping fun.Only request, I know my family is odd, but I was disappointed that you had no fruit cake. Was told by staff that none was ordered this year :-(

This place is awful. Staff if very unprofessional and the manager just lets them run wild. Every time I go there I am appalled at the behavior, missing groceries, can’t get help. I have even saw people just walk right out with bags of groceries and not pay, meanwhile, the kids are standing there on their phones and talking with each other not paying attention.

I go here pretty often and they’re normally out of a lot of stuff.Especially the bagged salad, or they’re about to expire.But overall it’s not a terrible place, but I tried the shrimp salad last time I was there.It wasn’t very good but I was hungry… until I found a dead fly in it.Very disgusted, there’s other black things in it too god knows what they are.

Basically like walking in to either a Krogers or Harris Teeter. Although this one has an actual beer bar, where you can sit down and have a beer.Prices are higher than other grocery stores though.

The Sanford location sells a lot of expired and rotten foods. Have had trouble with expired groceries there multiple times and got sick after eating at their deli. #1 least favorite grocery in the area.

It's just like any other store. There are plenty of other stores around this area. The tesla charger is located around here too. There are restaurants and saw the starbucks in front of Lowes too.

Had to bag for myself YET AGAIN. I looked around me... LO and BEHOLD! TEENAGERS STANDING AROUND AND TALKING! Was going to complain, but those girls in charge aren't any better. If anything, they were participating and encouraging the workers slacking off. I'm assuming white shirts are the ones in 'charge', but they were just as CHILDISH! Standing around while customers bag for themselves. You'd think they're be mature enough to make people WORK! This isn't play time. It's a WORKPLACE! What surprised me is how there are absolute NO ADULTS IN CHARGE! Later that night, I came back to find those same girls behind the desk. Store is made up of a bunch of immature teenagers. Those girls in management AREN'T ANY BETTER! How this slips by the boss is beyond me. Keep an eye on your workers. It makes the store look bad almost like a Walmart! (I tried to attach images to my review, but I added them to Lowes Foods review page instead.)

Not bad. Just make sure you check the dates on items. Sometimes things are expired. Just bring items up to register to help them out a bit. Friendly staff overall. Give a smile and get a smile.
