The lady cashier looked so miserable. She didn’t speak to the lady in front of me or had any interaction with us. She had a mean face the whole time. When she handed me the receipt she looked the other way didn’t say thank you or anything. People like that always release the negative energy into the world. 🌎 I honestly contemplated in saying thank you, but at the end of the day for what? You can tell she’s only there for the paycheck. 😞

Went to express lane and the lady in front of me had at least 25 I think the baby food plus everything else in her cart and then for some reason her card wouldn't work. We've decided to go to another lane when we've got down with a stop at the end of the land the lady was still there with manager working on whatever it was, but it's just rude of her to go to tdelete express lane nit wasn't food lines fault it was the lazy fox i've been

Since COVID, we have 80% of our groceries delivered from Food Lion. Ordering and deliver has always gone well. Our family eats very little meat, and I appreciate there is a store with more vegetarian options like Tempura, tofu, lentils, etc.Delivery has always been right on time. Never had any issues with missing items. On the rare occasion they have been out of an item, they have always replaced it with an appropriate item.Store itself is always well stocked and organized . Clerks have always been friendly

This is the best Food Lion in town. I like being recognized by the employees I see on a regular basis. I do miss the young gentleman that used to greet me and give me a clean cart. I hope he's better soon!

The produce was amazing. I saw the manager very active in training new employees on the importance of fresh produce, especially blueberries and raspberries. Would definitely recommend.

Always have a pleasant experience at Food Lion. Good produce and meat. Also good prices but make sure you have you MVP card for the deals. Clean store but a little packed in. Also the expanded deli and pre cooked food is awesome for a quick on the go.

I had the strangest experience my first time visiting here. My cards got declined which was a shock, but I had some extra cash on me so picked out the essentials to go back through. Turns out there was something wrong with their checkout system, I had to wait for the manager to ring up all of our items twice, once to refund to another register and again to actually pay with my card which now worked. Which was fine but was really inconvenient with an impatient child. I’ve never had that happen at any other Food Lion or grocery store in general so maybe I just got unlucky. But the trauma of it all is enough to cause me to just go to another location. The location otherwise seemed pretty good though and the employees were nice despite the check out scene.

I love this Food Lion. Not all Food Lions, but THIS Food Lion. Why? Because its never insanely overcrowded when I go there. The cashiers are always super down-to-Earth and know what the heck they're doing. The produce and meat is ALWAYS good and fresh. Best of all? Race car carts! Yeah I give this place 5 whole stars not because of everything listed above, but because THEY HAVE RACE CAR CARTS! Its the ONLY FREAKING THING that will keep my hyperactive toddler to not behave like some sort of psychotic monkey at the zoo. My God, y'all. You have no idea what a big help that is for me. PLEASE always ALWAYS keep the race car carts! lol!

Aisles clear from boxes and employees putting out merchandise. Shelves stocked good and neatly. Store very clean. Great sale prices and plenty of cashiers. Beats the big box stores like WM!

While Ive shopped there for about 2 months now. This morning I was there before opened and was charging my phone and the security gaurd told me "you gotta go". Not what are you waiting on.I could've been waiting for the store to open or there to apply for a job.I hope if there is a policy that doesn't allow sitting on the bench or using the electrical outlet then the store should post a sign for employees only etc. Is that how you treat customers telling them "you gotta go"?

Went into the deli for Off the Bone ham to be sliced and the meat slicer had been taken down... I was bummed out and about to leave when the deli girl that was going home for the night said, "I'll just put it back together for you quickly". So thanks to her I got my ham. Best deli worker ever.

Great deals and great prices as it has been for years, my only wish is that they had more fresh fruit options other than the most common, for those of us that try to maintain a healthier balance on our food intake, having the option to find other foods will be nice, such as dragon fruit, golden kiwi, for example, giving other options will be a bonus

I only made it though the produce section and o was tired of being disappointed and left. The pic was out of date or good to tomorrow. They were out of organic spinach and organic spinach mix. In the spots for the organic spinach, it was slammed full of romaine. They didn’t have any iceberg salad.I left to go elsewhere.

They usually have everything I need in stock. The lines go fairly quickly. Walmart definitely has better prices but food Lion is closer.

I like food lion but the meat area needs improvement if you shop early good luck getting the meat you go after and if your looking for meat that's on sale good luck seems you hear were out a lot.

A local favorite for groceries. Dont forget to get your mvp card. The price difference is important. if you forget it or dont plan on getting one, the cashier are likely to help you with a store card so you can get discount. There is a good selection of mexican food. The store brand is usually good and proposes good value. The meat is good. The cheese selection is good too. A big applause for their center cut choose
