I normally don't give bad reviews. But I keep on experiencing the same thing over and over again. The manager is not nice at all, watching your every move making sure you don't steal anything. I know it's there job but she over does it. When you check out she always asks like she is in a terrible mood. And never tells you thank you or smiles at you.

I don't usually make reviews but, The employees here really need to stop harassing people who walk in without a mask. It's our own choice to wear one or not..not against the law. I didn't get mine on in time enough for them to see so I was yelled at about it. They get ugly with you first & wonder why someone has an attitude back..Your employees & manager who hang outside smoking also harass customers before they even enter the store. Cool, we understand it's part of their job but yelling at someone isn't how to get things done. I turned around with my mask on to take my money elsewhere..

This is the most terrible hospitality experience I’ve received from a family dollar franchise. I was told by the manager on the 27th of March that I could not shop in the store because my face covering was not a mask or acceptable. With all do respect I return to my motor vehicle which was a motorcycle grab my helmet with the visor up to leave my face visible return inside this store to be told by the manager thank you. Little do she realize my face covering that she disapproved was more protective then my helmet.

I walked in the store and they ask if I had a mask and I said yea because I thought I had one in my purse but I left it @ home then when I got to the cashier register a worker said “make sure u have a mask next time” with an attitude and she didn’t have one on neither. She could’ve said “can you please make you have a mask next time”

Came in a little after 9am to purchase ONE item behind the counter. But was denied because it was “senior hour” .. yet the store was completely EMPTY. I thought the store was closed when I walked up! Not to mention, the employee sat at the computer the whole time, obviously with nothing to do as she told me this! Dollar General gladly assisted me though!

Rude customer service reps along with the supervisor! No greeting as you enter or when you get to the counter ! Walk ways not clear , had to move their work out the way so I could get to items in the store!

Would not want to work for this companyThe manager Deb is very prejudice, spiteful,vindictive, nasty attitude and a poor example of management !She's controlling towards employees and punishes them by taking there work hour when they don't bow !!

I had been to 2 stores looking for fall flowers to make an artificial arrangement. Stopped by Family Dollar on the way home and they had exactly what I needed. I'll start with them next time, 😃

They sell food that is being expired, bacon, cereal, and dog food. MAKE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO EXPIRATION DATES.
