Don't leave your car there while shopping, you will get unpleasant messages from the staff and incorrect threats about being towed (they don't have any towing contracts as they don't have signs) or threats to call the Sheriff's Office. Don't worry though, the Sheriff's Office have no actual ability to tow your car because it's private property and a private tow firm isn't contracted there. If your car is removed from this premises, call the SO and report the theft of your vehicle, as it has been removed illegally. Then of course take legal action against the store manager.

For some reason the store closes at 6pm now. I frequent this location daily due to it being close to my home. And new store manager has put up handmade signs all over one stating if you touch you buy on the ball bin. And a no guns allowed on the front door. Not sure what's going on but it's ridiculous

It's alright... Was disappointed with the store layout. There are people blocking almost every aisle and you have to make your way around them. They squeezed more inventory/shelves, making it impossible to walk. So many maskless people makes it worse the shelves are so close together. And they don't have manners practically shoving you to make their way past you. The older black lady was a tad rude. Complaining she never leaves on time and told me the other girl would be right with me and she should be gone like I was her therapist. Uh... That's not something you should tell a customer, ma'am. *eye roll* Also they're overpriced.

Good place to go, got some good stuff,and$1 items just 1/2 mile from home, don't have to go 6 miles to Sanford n.c. store location is lemon springs n.c. Employees r nice and greet u with welcome to F.Dollar.

The best store in Lemon Springs! 😉my shopping place in my neighborhood, the clerks are always very friendly.I don't know why, the front door has been broken for so long, it needs to be repaired soon!

I was so impressed with an Associate/Cashier the kids and I had during our experience! She had A LOT of personality and was extremely helpful. It had just started snowing and we just popped in for a few snacks for "Snowmageddon 2018"!Usually negative comments seem to make it to light a lot more than the positive ones. I wanted to let YaYa, the cashier, know her energetic attitude was noticed AND very much appreciated! My son even said, "We need to make sure Ms. YaYa gets her car cleaned off before she leaves!" The snow had really built up on the cars outside while we were deciding on our snacks. I couldn't believe he thought of her...and remembered her name!! That alone speaks volumes...an 11 year old boy thought of us coming back to help her get home safely!Thanks, Family Dollar, for having such a gem in the Lemon Springs community! It was such a great experience. The store was bright, cheerful, and very clean. But, the main reason I'm leaving such a detailed message is for Ms YaYa's exceptional customer service. The kids and I discussed going to the "Fastop", which is now Eagles or some gas station- we all chose Family Dollar located across the street. I sure am glad we made that choice! Please give Ms YaYa proper accolades for her excellent service...Living in very close proximity to the store, we will be back!Angela H. Beard

I shop here all the time this is the best store I've been in .I know the clerks and the management they really are great people.The manager is Stephanie she's the best.IF you needed it She will help you find it.I would shop here for every thing I need at home or around the house.
