I really like this Dollar Tree store. They stay stock up with products for everyone to enjoy and purchase. The employees are polite. I like buying different design gift bags and decorations for events, birthdays and holidays for my family and friends!

Every time I visit this particular store, I can never seem to find what I'm looking for. Shelves are empty most times. I have to look through boxes of mixed product to see if I can find what I'm looking for. Boxes are always in the aisles not being worked. This store is always a mess. Very frustrating. I'm giving two Stars because everything is 1$.

Most staff is friendly. Always long wait @check out, yet customers tend to be polite to eachother. Isles cluttered, difficult to navigate with cart. Good $ deals, school, office, cleaning, food storage containers,, frozen food cooler, fresh bread, cell phone charger cords & accessories ( they do work). Not always easiest to navigate traffic out of parking lot. They seem short staffed. Isles are occupied with boxes of mechandise waiting to be put out.

The store looks like they are getting ready to close, or it may just be a lack of good help. I don't know, maby they are going out of business. I went in for items they always have in stock, except not now since the store is half empty. They were out of stock of everything I really wanted. There were no carts anywhere to use. Only a few baskets. Since I don't drop in often, while I was there I stocked up on items for my business. I tried to stack fifty-seven items in a basket. Instead, the employees watched as I made a pile on the floor by the register. Adding my basket load and going off to fill my basket again, over and over. Unfortunately, an old lady walked right into my pile and kicked it everywhere. All the shoppers I passed in the isles gave me remarks about how disappointed they were in the lack of what they came in for. It was nice to not feel alone, although disappointing that I was also having the same thoughts. The cashier lady was working as hard as she could restocking. The other younger lady hid behind a flat cart full of stacked boxes ready to stock shelves. She hid behind the boxes texting the whole time I was there. Check the ice cream before you buy! I got three ice cream bars. All were melted blobs of ice refrozen. That made me open the pie I got. The cherry pie was squished and broken into an unedible messy goo in the package. I tried to eat some of the ice cream even though it tasted like freezer burn, it made me sick. I don't know if ice cream can go bad and be refrozen. The ice cream bars all tasted that way. I would recommend going to another Dollar Tree to shop, at least until this store gets their shelves restocked. Or be ready to not find what you drop in for.

I love going to the dollar tree. This is the only place I can get y puppies their also t bone treats. They go nuts over them. But they have so much more. Got my Christmas candy plus meds for my first aid kit. Also found some unique items as well. Good place to buy what you need when you don't have much money

Rude cashier. The cashier walked away and turned off her register light as I went to pay. I patiently stood at a different cashier not knowing which to go to since all were off. When she came back, she told the lady behind me she would get her at a different register and told me I had to wait until someone came to help me.

Stop by the store a few minutes ago just to purchase a couple of things upon me coming in a young lady was at the door unlocking one side of door . Yes she allowed the door close on me as a guest/customer I was not expecting this I know she had a bad attitude But she was the only associate at the register I bought for glasses she left them all stuck together and put them in the bag you can hear them cleaning together as she just grabbed the bag and threw it on the top of the counter I politely asked for more bags so that they would not break she went to the register behind her and grabbed bags and threw them on top of the counter not trying to assist me in anyway I could not get the bag open so I rich to get the ones that were open she told me I made her feel uncomfortable. How do you think you made me feel as a customer in the store very uncomfortable I will never come in here again I will go to the Walmart around the corner or find a different store that’s how uncomfortable you made me feel as a customer. Your badge says Manager you have very poor management skills and people skills to be working in retail. I am also a retail worker if you were to enter my store I would never treat you in this manner or any other guest yes I’m very upset and very uncomfortable and unfortunately I will never come back into the store especially if I see this young lady. And if you think I’m lying roll your cameras back and see how she acted when I came in the store and also when I went to her register Thank Alondra For your poor customer service. Dollar Tree is always worth browsing through. We once took our granddaughter there and gave her a dollar. She changed from one item to another over and over until an hour or so later we told her that we must go. Her first real shopping trip with her own money!

They need to either pay workers more or choose Manager's differently. No one should have to wait in line as long when workers are doing their best. AMERICA right the real BOSSES don't care.

The staff was rude. I got better attitude from fellow customers. Employees stocking the shelves acted like I was in their way. The lady at the check out didn't even greet me back when I said "hello"

I love this store. I am going to come back again! I live in a group home, and we don't get very much money each month, for personal spending, but your products are decent, cheap, and very easy to find in the store. I like a fast shopping experience, instead of going to Walmart, and walking the distance around a football field looking for one item! Thank-you for helping me, AND I WILL BE BACK, SOON! Need more shopping cards. I had to want on one. Merchandise was in shopping carts not any for customers to use. This is not the first time that I've stopped here and it was a problem then. I know its Christmas and it's hard to straighten the store,but each time I've visted this store it has been a mess. I've worked retail so I know what I'm talking about. Love shopping at the Dollar Tree,so maybe you can improve on this situation.

The hours on the door said that they were open until 10 pm and I was excited because I got there at 9 they locked the door behind me and said that they were closed. I said but the door said 10 the lady was rude and Curt. She said that stopped on Sunday because we were closed yesterday and today goes back to our regular time. Well I am sorry but if that is the case, then take the sign off of the door and be more respectful since it was your screw up!

I feel this particular store is going downhill. I always use this store to get snacks for my macaws and other birds, as well as for myself. They have been out of banana chips for months now, and when I mention it to the Male assistant (?), he just tells me he can only stock what the company sends him. The other store in town always has them. When I went in on this visit, so many shelves were empty. I don't know what is going on in this store, but I don't think I will be going back, even though it's the closest one to where I live. Very disappointed.

Just left this store. The parking lot is absolutely disgusting and full of trash. There was a trash bag next to the door with two empty big bottles of liquor in it. I have never seen such a nasty entrance to a store in my life. The inside of the store isn't much different. I've shopped here for years and have never seen such neglect. Does anyone even work here?

It's definitely your run-of-the-mill dollar tree. Never found anything out of stock. Staff are so-so. Some have perfected customer service while others have not. I will say that one morning three women and I were waiting for them to open at 9 and instead ended up standing in the cold for 7min because they wouldn't open until all of their lights shut on (why not shut them on early enough to come on at 9 when you open? We'll never know) and one of the women was elderly and had been dropped off so that wasn't too appealing.

Came in the early morning of 3/8 around 9am. I greeted him even though he didn't greet me and he was there looking miserable like he hates his job. There was a young black gentleman who was at the front. I asked him to blow up some balloons for me. He took his time trying to find a pen and paper then asked me which one's I wanted . I told him and he would go over to the drawers and maybe he didn't think I could see, but he claimed he didn't have any of the 6 I requested. HOWEVER whenever I saw him open the drawer, there was at least a few in there. So he lied to me. Are you really that lazy? It's part of your job to blow up balloons, you can't lie telling a customer you don't have balloons when they're right there! I can see it! How about on a slow night you blow some of them up and put them in a corner so a customer like me won't bother you? Then I wanted 2 that had the number covered by the one below it. He mentioned a balloon chart and looked over it about 2 minutes just staring, wasting my time. The balloon chart was in full color, not b&w with the numbers connected to it. I don't know how far this guy got in school, but even a preschooler could match them up and even quicker than him. He said he didn't know what numbers they were, I took a quick glance and easily told him the number and he opened it and sure enough, there was a balloon in there, he saw me looking and quickly closed it saying he didn't have it. When a customer has to tell you what number a balloon is from a chart you have in front of you because you're too lazy to check yourself, that's a bad look on the company. I decided to go to the Spring Lane Dollar Tree, the girl there was so nice AND they already had preblown balloons in a net ceiling.

Only 5 carts (all being used). No carts outside (and we checked parking area). 2 carts full of boxed stock.At least half of the isles full of merchandise in boxes sitting on floors or on the large stocking carts. (No one stocking). One register open. ( There were 10 in line, including us.). Finally called someone to come and help. There were 3 people in the office. ( If no one else, the manager should have been out there!!)

This store is close to my close. The staff is friendly. Cashiers a friendly and always polite. But they usually don’t have the items other dollar store have. Not sure how often new items come in but it just seems they don’t have a lot of the new items other stores have.

Unique finds, convenient options, always something new. Bummer that it now has to be known as $1.25 Tree! (They have, however, added $3 & $5 items...some, name brands.)
