5250 NC-87 NSanford, NC 27332United States.This store needs to be removed and replaced with a store we can depend on in this area. Since moving up the street to the new subdivision This store has only been consistent in either not opening on time like an hour to an hour and a half late or not closing at the correct time. Always has a hand written note stating they will be closing at 8 instead of 9. At one point they was closed for a whole week. It’s not organized never well stocked or clean. We are all so frustrated with having this as a supposed to be convenience but not. What can or will be be done about this? Should I have more people send a complaint in or are you all already aware of this. Please do something about this Sanford already has nothing as it is but to not be able to depend on what is here is frustrating.

This is the worst store I have ever been in. The store is always dirty inside and out and stuff is never put up. The employees are always playing very loud music that not appropriate for any place than has kids going in and out of. The credit card machines aren’t even mounted to their bases and you have to hold the machine to be able to use it. And the biggest thing of all is, that the store is just about closed as much as they are open and it’s very irritating. If this was my store, I would be very upset and I hope someone dose something about his and it doesn’t get pushed to the side and not handled.

I gathered items for Florence victims at the coast and these folks from Dollar General (my local store) helped with all of it. Great people!!!!!! They need promotions totally!!!

I'm very disappointed in this store the only one that seems to know anything is a very nice and competenr lady named Rita she is always helpful knowledgeable,friendly and is always busy but will always help and gives you the right price that is advertised in the store unlike the manager or assistant manager they say you just have to live with it that's the exact words that came out of the assistant manager s mouth he is very rude and acts like the customer is a hindrance I do not know why Rita is not the manager she knows the store and how to run better the the managers!!! I only go there when she's working if I can help it!!!

I live a couple miles from this store and was so happy when it opened but in the last few months it has really gone down. Parking lot is a mess inside the store is a wreck, the shelves are always empty and there's stuff on those carts that should be on the shelves. The staff are not helpful and the other day they were playing music that had cuss words and the so called "N word". I'm very disappointed in DG I believe they're a better company than that I hope someone will save this store.

Great Dollar General AND great staff. Everytime I stop here the store is in great condition and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely one of the best Dollar Generals I've ever been too. I also like how they have a decent selection of foods. 2 thumbs up!!!

Store is always a mess. They don't keep enough help to keep stock put up. Usually have to wait for a cashier to stop stocking to check out customers. Some employees are hatefull.Act like they hate Being there. I don't blame them.

I can't stand any Dollar General stores anymore. I began shopping with coupons, and have had the absolute worst service from this store, and other Dollar General stores, when they discover that you're using coupons. I understand how frustrating it is, but your store accepts them for a reason, get over it! I'm sorry that I wish to save money and choose to use them. They act as if I pull out a bag of pennies to pay for a $30.00 order!!!The store is usually packed full, with carts of boxes needed to unloaded blocking almost every aisle. There was a time when Dollar General was heading towards a more classy and neat appealing store, but it's pretty bad when Dollar Tree is considered a nicer store than Dollar General!!!

This is a standard Dollar general store. It was clean, and pretty much like most other dollar general locations. The staff was attentive when we checked out, and courteous as well. They had the same stock in hand as most dollar general stores. I would shop at this location again.

Stopped by to grab a few things, didn't want to go to Walmart. Off-brand butter was $4.50, so wow 😱. The Dollar Aisle is always fun to browse, but mostly just awful stuff. Got a good deal on the laundry detergent and powdered drink mix flavor I like.

Didn't give me all of my items. Called to ask if I left items at store, got hung up on and then they took the phone off the hook so that it would ring busy.

The map is off a bit. The store is great though. It's like a mini grocery store. You can get everything you need. It's the best stocked Dollar General I've ever been in. I love the toffee covered sunflower kernels they carry

Went to dollar general. Was doing some Christmas shopping. Got six toys. The sale was buy one get one 50% off. I didn't get that. The cashier was rude and didn't want to help. I won't be going bbck there.

They usually close about 10 minutes earlier then normal... which defeats the purpose of having a closing time... got there with 5 mins left before close to grab milk and they had locked the doors...
