The pharmacy staff are wonderful although they seem to be understaffed. I appreciate their dedication to always asking if you have any questions about your prescriptions and ability to recognize regular customers and call them by name. The hours are ridiculous at this location. I understand closing at 6pm on Sunday but why close the pharmacy at 6 pm on Wednesdays? My feelings about the front store aren’t as favorable as the pharmacy. It varies greatly by the day. I’ve had the front staff be rude more than twice, totally unwarranted. The greeting as you come in the store isn’t consistent. The front store staff may be overwhelmed by stocking items and waiting on the customers. The isles are usually in process of being stocked. I’m glad they have items to stock the shelves but I have often been made to feel I’m an inconvenience if I have a question or need the cashier to ring up my purchases. I don’t plan to change because of the convenience of the location.Continuity of care is very important with the pharmacy. I respect that the manager isn’t above stocking shelves or assisting customers.

This is our location for picking up our prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is always helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. The store is always clean and organized. the shelves are usually tagged with the prices reflecting sales so there is no question on what you are spending. Today when I went in, I saw a few items that were tagged Buy 2 Get one Free, however it did not specify if it was a mix and match sale for that brand and I wanted to get some, so I picked out 3 different products in that brand marked for the sale and when I got to the register I asked the clerk if it needed to be 3 of the same item to get the sale. She said neither item was ringing up with any sale on any of the 3 items so I asked her to remove them and did not purchase any. Unfortunately, after i got home I did look up the current ad which showed those items on sale. If the clerk would have known of the sale it would have been a sale they would have made and I would have enjoyed this product, whether it was a mix and match or not ( I would have purchased 3 of one item if it was the way the sale was supposed to be). I was simply disappointed in the helpfulness (or lack thereof) of this clerk today.

The all female staff at the Sanford pharmacy exceeded my expectations. I was in dire need of a last minute fill before heading out of town, and amidst the chaos of rush hour the pharmacist filled my script on the spot. She was clearly overworked and understaffed and handled it with Grace, humor and kindness. The rest of the staff was clearly competent and going as fast as they could with other scripts.Vastly different from my experience at the CVS in Aberdeen just down the road.Thanks y’all!
