Lovely bakery with fresh pastries. They also serve lunch and brunch. The big hit with my husband and I is pizza night on Wednesday and Fridays from 5 to 8. Several pizza choices along with two different crust choices. Pizza is worth the visit. We also had the Greek salad which is delicious. They dont scrimp on ingredients. Seating inside and out. Staff is super friendly.

Some of the best food we have ever had! This cafe/bakery makes sure everything that comes out of the kitchen is perfect and made with excellence. Upscale food at an affordable price. The French toast bread pudding is a must try, even the home made whipped cream is to die for! It was so good we couldn’t wait to come back the next morning.

Great local business, definitely worth checking out. They are locally known for their pizza nights. They currently still require that guests where masks inside the building. There is pet friendly out door seating available and adequate parking. I recommend this place for sure.

There aren't many options in Saluda, so I really appreciate their fresh, yummy menu. The people are friendly too. I wish bread wasn't so expensive now, but at least it's made with care.Vegetarian options: All the meat can be substituted for egg or Avocado. They also have exclusively vegetarian dishes.

We rode bikes up from Hotel Domestique, Traveler's Rest, SC to Saluda. The Bakery was completely worth the ride. Beautiful Fall day and the Grit Bowl and Leopard Forest coffee hit the spot! Thanks for the energy back. Cute spot in Saluda, however you get there, just get there if you can! 🚲🌞🍁🍃🍃🍂🚲

I don’t know how I could rate this place anything but 5 plus stars. We visit Saluda when we can and so thankful they are open. I’ve had the pizza, breakfast and lunch healthy quiche and sandwiches. They even pack you a lunch for hiking. A shout out to Casey for waiting on us every time we visited. Not only is he friendly but the go to man! He is it! Love him and a restroom that is so clean! Too many good things I could add but Casey I will look forward to seeing again! He’s on the job and we appreciate the warm hospitality! We are from SC and can’t wait to come back!

I love this place. We were there on 10/15 and had their brunch specials and it was very very very good. We got some pastries home for friends and they absolutely loved them!

Awesome Awesome Awesome... My only problem is I don't live closer to the fabulous restaurant! I had the pleasure of being here on a Friday pizza night! This is the best pizza I have ever eaten! If you are in the area do yourself a favor and eat there!! You will not be sorry!

Delicious! Had to make an unexpected stop off the interstate due to a traffic slow down and so we stopped off in Saluda. I got the soup of the day, Gypsy Stew, my husband got a black bean burger, my daughter got a BLT and we shared a pecan bun and danish. Every single thing was top notch! If we happen to be in the area again we'll be sure to stop in!

I had the BEST scone I have ever had in my life there! And I was listening to peopleOrder the cinnamon rolls for the next day because they were sold out at 11 am. Try a cinnamon roll if you get there early and let me know how it was.

The Sunday brunch was well above expectations, and I had heard nothing but good things. Turkey Panini is a must as well as the scones. Staff is friendly, location is nice, but the baker is the standout. Great job; will definitely be back.

The food is jaw dropping amazing and wholesome! The staff is really kind and attentive. The pizza and the regular menu, it's all so tasty!! I would eat here any chance I get. Also don't forget to check out their specials and Sunday brunch. If you are in Saluda, this is the place to stop at.

Took a while to get a table, but our waiter was great and the coffee was good. The food was OK at best. One recommendation I would make would be to fire the older lady working the counter. She was rude, abrupt insulting and should not be working in the food service industry, perhaps its time to retire. If you want really great breakfast food with terrific service drive the 40 minutes to Biscuit Head in Asheville

An amazing place and great food. Have eaten breakfast lunch and pizza night. The Turkey wrap is made with fresh ingredients and is enough for two. Pizza night is my favorite because the dough is made there with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly .

Pizza night has gone downhill terribly!Tonight I got my usual Margherita with mushrooms - it was slathered in obscene amounts of low-grade mozzarella, had ZERO detectable basil and only 1/3 of the red sauce it should have had. What a shame.

I promised my young son a corn dog and, after a long hike, we’re disappointed to find Wards Grill had closed early on their last day before closing for the season. It was also disconcerting that nobody, staff included, was wearing masks and it was quite crowded on that part of the street. We were treated instead to a delicious meal and were able to sit outside. The best part for me was that we were able to refill our water bottles and the friendly servers were on top of COVID protocol. Thanks for turning a disappointment into a lovely experience.
