Always love the dollar store the prices cannot be beat. The selection is always great. There is always one close by with very convenient locations. And usually the customer service is top notch. Buy food at the Dollar General is always recommended for the prices. I always use dollar general weekly.

Have lived here 11 years and never noticed this store before. I ran in to pick up batteries. Wound up getting several items off my ToDo list, in the bargain. Well-stocked, and a very handy store! So glad I discovered it and will definitely be there again! Loved it! Great for picking up odds and ends, cards, paper goods, and marvelous prices.

Shelves were stocked. No carts in the aisles. It was nice to see one this organized. Where I'm from in Georgia, they are always a mess and never stocked. It was nice to see that it could be done. The cashier was great too. Very efficient and a nice personality.

Joy the manager Linda and Denise are wonderfully inviting, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store and bathrooms are always clean. The store is well stocked and organized. I have NEVER seen any of the staff on their phones and that says a lot now days. Over all is experience has been enjoyable shopping.

It was a really nice store, clean, & well stocked. Employees weren't interested in helping me, but sure did follow me around & look like they were stocking store when they were really borderline of getting a mouth full from me because I'm in there to buy stuff not steal it. Other than employees sucking on good customer service they did have store clean & stocked

I found everything that I came for, I had to wait for the employees to unload water to get any. The girls are so nice. Its looking alot better in the store. I didn't care to listen to the employees loud music other phone , it was blasting.

Close to home and always friendly and helpful. And when I ask them to get extra Chocolate chip mint ice cream, because another shopper was liking it too.They heard me and that's good local service from a chain store.That's almost unheard of...Great folks...

Customer service is great.. however, this store epitomizes the idea behind Dollar General. If you need something quick, this small store is for you. If it's in stock but you can't find it, an associate will gladly locate it for you. If you need something but have time.. Walmart is the better option.

Nice to have local store that carries a wide variety. Prices good. Out of a lot of stuff and service is really slow often. But overall nice to have in area.

Necessary at times but not a preferred store to shop. Items such as milk can be an unbeatable price but it may not be worth it due to the cluttered aisles, slow service & unreliable card reader at the register. There has been several times that a sign is posted that they can only accept cash or checks.

Like hundreds of other Dollar General Store. This location has better than average selection of goods/products. Staff is always friendly, smiling and helpful. A clean location with product prices inline with other Dollar General Stores.

This store is an Absolute Joke!!!!!The employees are Rude & Hateful, they have NO sense of Costumer Service whatsoever, I've been in several times and each time is a bigger disappointment than the last.New Employees & New Management are needed ASAP bc the Manager on duty this morning was more Rude than the cashier, not that she was any better.I wouldn't give this store a quarter of a store yet I have to at least give it one bc if not I can't leave a review!!! Idk who in their right mind Would EVER give this store anything more than 1 star bc it is Pathetic.!!!!!!!!

Although at times I wish there would be more than one cash register open, this Dollar General is a WHOLE lot better than most every other Dollar General I have ever been to. I feel like it is a staple for DG's to have unboxed shipments in its aisles, I mean it's a discount store not a Dillard's... Anyway, a lot of DG's I have been to are a lot more messy and smelly and shady and gross than this one. Saluda is a small town and this is one of the only stores in the town and I think it is a pretty good little place. The bathrooms and everywhere else is always clean, I never feel unsafe in here like I do in numerous other Dollar Generals. It deserves these stars.

I had to wait for 35 minutes to get cashed out, because of a problem with the cash register being out of order. Damm biggest mess I have ever seen. Clerk said it had been this way all day. Tech people should have fixed this problem. This was Saturday at the Saluda N.C. store. I won't forget this along with a lot of other people.

Much more product per square foot than any other dollar store I've been in. I needed to replace a pair of reading glasses - they were not $1 as at mist dollar stores, but at $3 each still cheaper than Walgreens/CVS

Found what I needed easily. Man at the register was very nice and funny. However I did find some out of date sodas. I pointed them out to the man and he took care of it.

Seems everytime I go to this Dollar General I am waiting for the Employees to quit smoking. The line builds up and they still continue to smoke. Unnecessary waste of time.
