Staff was super friendly and helpful. The store was clean neat and organized as always. It really made for a great shopping experience. I love the grocery section. Never have I went there and they wasn't fully stocked.

Enjoyed the shopping experience, the lady that checked us out needs to learn how to bag better. Many ripped bags. Other than that, she was very sweet and kind.

AUTO CARE CENTER....DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR A BASIC OIL CHANGE...put too much oil back in (not hard to read a dipstick), have had to escalated to higher management.... service "team leader" wasn't sure which way he wanted to address the problem....with a outright lie or "trick" contradiction! Save your sanity and vehicle DONT TRUST THEM .....AVOID 100%

Every time we go, we're able to find everything we are looking for. Store is clean, isles are uncluttered and the staff is OK, some are more friendly than others. Hard to find parking at peak ours, but that tells you the amount of customers they get daily.

I’m so happy that this Walmart has decided to shut down those dreadful self check outs and open up some actual registers. I was shopping Walmart tonight and there was at least 12 registers open!! Keep it up Walmart. Lines moved swiftly.

They supposedly close at 11 but they have security at the door and say they're closed 20 minutes before 11 and dont let anybody else inside. I could understand if it was 10:55 but they have 20 more minutes. I Only needed one thing and would've been in and out in 2 minutes. That's honestly ridiculous

Worst Christmas shopping experience ever. Waited by the gun cases for 30 mins before I decided to find an employee to call someone to the sporting area. I found a very nasty and miserable woman named Sheila. ( old, large, long white hair with bad teeth and and even worse attitude) and I asked if there was any way she would call someone over to unlock the gun case. She says “well isn’t there a button on the wall” and I explained me and several others had pressed them. She proceeded to shrug her shoulders and say “that’s all I can do”. as she walked away. She was then stopped by another customer who asked her the same question I did, this time she responded with just “nope” while continuing to walk away. I decided to walk to customer service to get a manager and she just so happened to be walking that way too. We get to customer service where she shoves her empty stocking cart agains the wall, she then turns to me and says “ good luck have a nice night” to which I responded some not so nice words. I stood at customer service for 15 minutes while I waited for the slow lady behind the counter ( who ended up being the equally rude manager). I hear an all call for an employee to go to the sporting area so I leave the line and walk on back there just to be met a young gentleman who was high out of his mind and smelled strongly of pot. I asked him to open the case so I could see if there was any 9s and without looking he says “we don’t have any” and walks away to help other customers. I just grabbed what other ammo I needed and gave up. At the end of this fiasco I get to the self checkout and have to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come check my ID and clear the ammo purchase. I had planned to talk to her about my experience but found she was no better as she walked up without ever looking and me and say “ ID “ , punches her numbers in and then waddles away. Sheila or the manager if either of you see this, I hope you have a terrible Christmas because you are both truly awful people.

I would rate a Negative 5 if i could I bought tires from this Walmart , i bought the warranty , and Roadside hazard to go with. I took it to them today, cause i noticed after my last oil change and rotation and balance at THAT SAME WALMART. the vehicle started pulling to the left . So they told me the front tires are going bald around the edges and that the warranty will not cover that. the tires we're just moved from the back to the front. And to add insult to injury they had to pull my truck into the bay 3 times cause there staff were so Incompetent and would not communicate with each other. The 1st time they fixed the rear wheel which had a fault Valve Stem, the second time was to check the front tires just to rebalance them, and the third time to Actually check the front tires. this place has some majorly incompetent people working in the Tire and Lube and i Urge all to avoid it like a plague, not only do they not do there jobs properly they also do not honor warranty's that you paid money for. While i was waiting for my tires to be checked for a 3rd time. they had a customer call in saying that the tech didn't close my hood all the way and is now stuck on the interstate with a busted front window. Is this seriously what we have come to expect from repair shops, and Walmart's nowadays? No TY i will go elsewhere with my business. I guess that is what they mean by '' you get what you pay for''. I will never do Auto Care repair at Walmart even oil changes. they have burned there bridge with me for the last time. I highly recommend everyone Avoid thew tire and Lube center at the Salisbury NC Walmart at all costs

I think they need to do a better job of noticing patterns of high sell items and order extra ahead of time. For instance, captains wafers. I would buy them out every week, but now they don't sell them at all anymore. French vanilla cappuccino k-cups, I have to buy them a case at a time to make sure I have them because they go out of stock so often, and I can't have a delicious cup of coffee without them and start going into coffee withdrawals 🤣. The staff is pleasant, management has changed and most of the good managers have left, not all, but most. Hope it improves. If they are going to dedicate to self check then they need to take after thomasville and just go for it, having 18 aisles and 2 cashiers just doesn't work

There is a security guard that works in Walmart that harasses people and I'm a consistent Shopper at Walmart and he follows me around like I am a thief he has taken pictures of me I will never be back to this Walmart ever again the security is rude hateful and very racist they will tell you one thing and then try to ban you from the store when they are not allowed to do that I will never shop at Walmart in Salisbury again and this is my hometown I will drive all the way to Mocksville before I put up with this harassment from the security officers that work there the only nice one is the guy with the hair combed over he is a white male and where's Ray-Ban sunglasses all the time he was the only one out of the whole bunch that was nice considerate and helpful to me there is also a few others that are nice as well but for the most part they do nothing but follow you around the store and harass me and others I have seen it with my own eyes

It is a Friday night the store was busy but there was plenty of personnel there to take care of the needs checking out. I also had to pick up some money and that was fast and convenient

No cashier's at any of the registers, only self help registers. I used to do food shopping for my family and spend roughly $150 everything, And I have to stand there and wait for someone to check my receipt for a $5.00 case of water. If you don't trust me to scan my stuff hire more people to work the registers.

One checkout was open at rush hour. Self check-out areas were packed. The regular checkout line extended about a third of the checkout area's width. Many employees stood about, sauntered, and chitchatted while not opening another checkout. Every visit to this Walmart location is like reenacting a waking nightmare. It took forty minutes to check out and the customers were going as fast as they could. I realize that there is only so much that can be done in certain scenarios, but there were employees gawking and doing nothing. Who is managing this Walmart and what is their excuse for having dozens of stockers standing about and one checkout line open? Not everybody has a cellphone or some items are too big for self-checkout. Also, their wi-fi is spotty and I don't feel like getting charged with shoplifting because their scanning app malfunctioned. If you can find an alternative for your shopping trips I would highly recommend you consider it. I keep finding large troves of expired food every visit, make sure to check all of your expiration dates! Consistently bad. Beware of nearby homeless encampments. Beauty aisle now requires an employee to unlock the case AND checkout at the never-open mini register by the department. Took ten minutes to get my item. Also, for music lovers, enjoy the Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring DVD menu music blaring in the electronics department. Has been like this for over a year. This location should be offering interrogation tips to Guantanamo Bay.

Horrible customer service especially the pharmacy. Not my normal location thank God. Doesn’t follow Walmarts national / corporate policy and was argumentative when informed. Worst pharmacy experience yet with a Walmart.

So I know sometimes things get busy at Walmart, but services has gone down hill at the Salisbury location. Half the time there is only one cashier line open and because of that long wait time at self checkout.I'm always putting items together on the belt that I want bagged: example all frozen with frozen and boxes with themselves and fruits together and cold stuff together. Clothes and beauty products or over counter stuff to be bagged by themselves.Time and time again I will have frozen or dripping wet stuff with clothes or even dish soap, and over the counter meds like in the pictures. I don't want my clothes stained or wet or full of soap. Please do better, more so when I helped out and put it on the belt in the way I want it bagged to make it easier.

Wayne is a great employee who cares about every single customer. There were 2 rude girls who were working with him in electronics and Wayne was very patient and kept everything organized while attending to as many people as he could. Wayne is the only good part is this store. I hope Wayne is a manager here.

The store was nice and well stocked. Fresh vegetables and fruits looked great. Easy entry and exit, this was on Friday during lunch break. I just wish there were more check out lanes open. The wait wasn’t too bad.

Bought a few turkeys and stuffing and some canned goods for Thanksgiving, paid for all of that and scanned and bagged it myself and then get stopped on the way out to see my receipt like I'm a thief.I'll be doing my Black Friday and Christmas shopping with Amazon.

I just left this Walmart about 10 minutes ago and it absolutely reassures me why I haven’t stepped foot inside the Walmart in 5 years and my first time doing so I go through the self checkout and as I walked out of the GM side I was stopped by an incredibly incredibly rude older lady that immediately caught an attitude with me because the self checkout didn’t give me a receipt so of course I snapped back at her because her attitude was not only incompetent but unnecessary and accused me of stealing I calmly told her to ask the lady at the self checkout because she seen me instead she called for a manager and of course the manager let me go due to my stuff being bagged which shows I in fact didn’t steal so this whole confrontation was pointless unprofessional and unnecessary all over (socks and a drink) smh

DO NOT PLACE PICK UP ORDER . Made the mistake of selecting Salisbury instead of Mocksville and have been here for 30 minutes no parking spots the minute parking spots come open other people are cutting in front and pulling into them . No employee out here to correct it . No nothing . I place to go orders weekly in Mocksville & am loaded in less then 10 minutes every time . This is place is a JOKEEEEE

Grocery pick-up is delayed every time I place an order. Produce has been bad several times. Last order my entire bag of red potatoes was rotten. I have received several out of date products as well.

Kind of a lower end Walmart. Don't always have items in stock and sometimes grocery isles are blocked by the restock crew. I go there quite often, pharmacy is good as is the eye care center.
