The local true value in Salisbury.They have a great selection of electrical items broken down into clear bins same as all the small plumbing fittings, makes finding much easier. I was there looking for water shut-off valves. Didn't find exactly what I wanted but did find reducers to complete my trip.Only real drawback is their store hours

I love a hardware store. Had to return some items. There was no hassle in doing so. The lady at the counter was very sweet and accommodating. She gave my dog a treat. This is my go to place for hardware and such.

The best customer service experience you're gonna have. It might not be the cheapest place but it more than makes up for it in experienced and friendly employees that actually seem to like their job. If I have a project in mind someone up there can help, even if it means referring me to a different store.

Great to have True Value Hardware in the neighborhood! You can usually find what you need there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The last time I was there I drove my sister over to get a handle for an old drawer. She insisted on taking the drawer with her to see if it fit!? She asked the lady at the counter if she thought it would fit. So the nice Lady pulled out a screwdriver and installed it! Exceptional customer service! Thanks!

For the first time me going here I had a good experience with a car key very fast service The call support was very helpful and very pleased with the key really needed the key for my car of a spare. Thank you very much. Will come again in the future.

I love having a locally owned hardware store in town. It's in a super convenient location and the inventory is not overwhelming. I can usually find what I need in a hurry. There is one guy there that seems to have a poor attitude and seems up tight tight. I once heard him on the phone loudly scolding someone at an auto shop over a $70 service bill. I didn't know you can get anything done at an auto shop for that cheap. I don't know if he's the owner or manager or what. Everyone else is very pleasant and I will continue to patronize this business.

I really liked the great customer service a month ago when I went in for paint, so when I needed some yard items I called them instead of going to Lowes to ask what their virus protocol is. I haven't left my house for 3 weeks so I had questions. But no one answers the phone there, you just get a recording. So I had to spend my $376 at another store that did answer their phone.

Don't always find what I'm looking for here, but they usually have it. Kinda pricey on things, but its the convenience of not driving to a big box store. Employees are Always helpful and pleasant. Explore true value, you might find a new favorite place to shop.

Very informative, knowledgeable and helpful employees! They know their stuff!Unlike some other home improvement stores, they don't run from you when they see you approaching and they WILL ACTUALLY personally take you to the place of item that you are looking for! Only wished they were much larger!

Friendly staff and well organized. They prepare for summer and winter seasons with hard to find items Walmart does not have and certain things better quality for the money. They have good sales on work gloves when you're trying to find it for that special someone.

Able to park at door. Greeted by staff as entered, she knew exactly what we wanted & where it was located. Sadly, they were sold out. Store was neat, clean, & organized. Didn't have time to explore today. Love hardware stores! And it's springtime!

These people are SO nice and super helpful. They will walk with you to find what you need, give really good product recommendations, and remember your face so you feel like you're talking to friends every time you go. Super convenient to the Mall/Catawba/Hospital side of town and always a nice experience!

After being told I could return something and telling her I didnt have the packaging they said I could bring it back no problem even no package and went back to return it they told me I could not do this I would have had no problem if I wouldn't have been told 3 days earlier that I could if you are going to tell someone something you should do it
