By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a tractor supply store. Mark (Store Manager) , Anna & Chase were all so helpful when looking into purchasing a safe. They were very knowledgeable, very kind and patient with myself and my friend. We had such a great experience we purchased 4 safes from them at the same time.Thanks again, we will always shop at this store from now on out!Thanks Tractor Supply Team!

Bought a small wood stove and it was damaged in shipping. Called the store and spoke with Anna. She’s great. She ordered us a new one and they refunded shipping. Eric was awesome too. He always is when I go in. If you need anything these are the two to talk to. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Raises are in order for Anna and Eric.

The pet wash was disgusting. There was fur/hair everywhere. There were dirty towels but not clean ones. There was 2 inches of dirty water all over the floor. One of the pet wash stations did not work. It was a disaster. I had taken my 3 large dogs up the to be washed and they had to walk around and drag their leashes through the dirty water once they were clean. They really need to pay better attention to this area.

Because my shoulder is in bad shape, I try and get their staff to bring it to my car. Tonight I guess the short girl they called to get the dog food must have thought it was not part of her job description. I will drive to Mocksville before I come back to the Salisbury location.

Needing argon gas and this TSC was the only one close enough to drive to get. Called 1st about getting a bottle and drove an hour and a half to be told now it's not 50 bucks it's pushing 400 Bucks without a bottle to turn in. If you know this and someone calls to check on getting a bottle they could have said it's extra with out a turn in exchange bottle. Bad business practice.

This is just another in a long line of stores that have traded the respect they have earn over the years for a quick buck. The put things for sale to draw you in and they claim they no longer have the item but they do. It’s a different scew number but it’s exactly the same item but it’s $25 more than advertised. It’s a dirty tatic to get you in the store. The employees act dumb but I’m sure they answer the same question over and over. This is what capitalism has turned our country into. Dirty tricks to lift your wallet while your head is turned. It’s ridiculous. And good luck getting anyone on the phone. I will no longer shop this trash market.

I've been taking my big furry baby to their dog wash for the past year or so. I always have a pleasant experience every time I go. The staff are always friendly and very helpful anytime I need anything. The wash room is clean, generously stocked, and large enough to easily accommodate two customers at a time. I'm really grateful for the convenience and the care the Tractor Supply staff takes in keeping the wash room clean and well supplied. Thank you Tractor Supply!!!

The employees are friendly. The self checkout is a very nice feature. Their prices on dog and cat food are often less than big box pet stores. It can be difficult to find a good parking spot.

The #REAL #paulbunyon works at this store y’all! And the clerk, is the cutest button youve ever seen! Better yet, they are SO helpful! I didn’t walk down the aisle, before being asked if I needed help. And everyone made sure I got exactly what I needed! Love this store!

They never have ANYTHING! The losers never get in items that are used the most! Purina flock raiser? Grit? Diatomaceous earth? Blue kote? These people are as lazy as everyone else in Salisbury! I hope Salisbury nc is 💣 someday!

I went in today with my wife to buy a gun safe that was on sale. There was another gentleman buying one also and he bought it so I ask the sales representative if we could order online he said sure for the sale price he advised us yes and he advised that they would add 150.00 to deliver it to the store which raised the price to 565. Sorry I use tractor supply for a lot so after today that's my last time ever buying anything or ever stepping back into a tractor supply. This was the tractor supply on Jake Alexander in Salisbury NC

Since the manager Katie didn’t think it was a good idea to put a sign up stating the dog wash closes 1 hour before the store does I figured I would post here for others to see and be informed. Dont make the mistake I did and make a 30min drive to arrive 45mins before close to be informed you cant use the dog wash come back tomorrow. Sorry but “Look online for dog wash hours” wasnt a good enough excuse. The last 3 times I came only one dog wash was open…After leaving the store I went on the website and I can’t find anywhere where it says the dog wash closes one hour before the store……

Love this place! I'm here at least once if not more times a week! They always have what i need, some stuff is a bit pricey but I'd rather pay that than shipping or having to go to a much more populated area if you what i mean!

Great store with friendly staff and a wide selection of goods.I do have a question concerning a recent purchase of Flock Party Tasty Trio Mix Chicken Treat, 2 lb bag, 1030742 .Good news; bad news.The good news is that our baby chicks love the treatsThe bad news is that halfway through the bag we found a cigarette butt (filter end). While I expect a certain amount of material other than dried worms, a cigarette butt reflects poorly on the manufacturing process.I can send you a photo of the cigarette butt.I have the manufacturer, Manna Pro, to provide me with a coupon for a fresh two pound bag of Flock Party Tasty Trio Mix Chicken Treat but have not had a response.Should I continue to pursue the matter with Manna Pro or just return the bag to you for a replacement?Thanks in advance for your kind understanding and cooperation.Blessings, Russ.

This place is great. Very clean, and the customer service is amazing. They have things that you wouldn't expect them to have. My daughter needed a small wheel for training wheels on the dirt bike and after calling many places Tractor Supply was the only place that had them, who would of thought.

I had a 5am delivery for the store. The dock at first seemed difficult to get too, however once you are positioned right it’s a breeze. Couple of notes:Enter at the first entrance so you can make a U formation, and then straight back in to the dock and Slide tandems to the rear.The gentlemen that unloaded me was awesome. !!!!!!! I was unloaded in less than a half hour.

Visited the Salisbury, NC store.on 7/10/21 at 3:30pm. Small cluttered isles as usual. Staff always talking among themselves. Asked for help to find a item and the associate acted like we were bothering him and the other associate. He just pointed to the front of the store and said "far right corner I think" and went on talking. We never found item. Drove to the Lexington, NC store. They are so helpful there. We own a small farm in Rowan, but will go to neighboring county from now on.

Ì love your staff. I would like very much if y'all would keep up with products on the shelf. I'm a chicken girl and 7 out of 10 I have to make 2 or 3 trips to get my feed. Have communicated my experiences to staff and they say they have no control. Get with it people.

Miss Jan, my wife and I. We enjoy the personnel. Very friendly... Very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure our shopping experience was pleasurable as well as fulfilling our needs for product. There is nothing that Tractor Supply does not have of necessary items for country living as well as City. Many thanks for my experience and my wife. The sales representative whose name is Ashley here in Salisbury was everything we could hope for in a representative and a person. Thank you Ashley! And to the managment.

Nice store. They had a item that I was wanting and I couldn't find that item absolutely no where but at Tractor Supply. Price on the item wasn't too bad considering Tractor Supply was the only place that had this item and I did look at many other stores before I even thought about Tractor Supply Company. I really didn't think that Tractor Supply would carry(have) such a item that I was wanting but they did have that item.

Marty is awesome! The manager however is as rude as they come. Very crass to customers, more crass to employees and on my most recent visit he was embarrassingly rude to the FedEx driver who was making a delivery to the store. Just be nice Bob!!

I like tractor supply and the people are always friendly and eager to help. We just bought some baby chicks to add to the family of 7 we already had. I've had good luck with the ducks n chickens from all of the stores I've bought from.

Great selection and customer service. The pet clinic on Sunday is especially welcome. I have six dogs and it's hard to run all of them over to my vet in Kannapolis for updates of rabies and other shots. I also like the bird food selection.

Never enough staff.. everyone is always seemingly friendly. I think they are being stretched entirely too thin having to do so much they cant effectively help the customers. I was hung up on 2 times today trying to get a product they arent sure if they even have in stock. And always have to request dog food from the back because it is never on the floor.

My fiance and I went today to get a drain snake for plumbing reasons, went to ask staff (Bob)where it could be located in the store, he preceded to say wait and answered a phone call before my fiance could even get a word out, ok thats fine, we waited patiently while just browsing on the same aisle he was standing on, when he got off the phone his response to us was "What do you want" now I've never worked in retail but I do know that is not the way to take to customers who literally just walked through the door! I was highly offended in how he talked to my fiancé, and then another patron asked him a question and it was a big diffrence in his demeanor to them versus us...the color of our skin I suppose was the offense to him and from now on will not spend my hard earned money at Tractor Supply in Salisbury NC.

The tractor supply is good and the people are nice, I've bought and spent plenty(too much) money here. The manager Bob is a jerk though. Only downside really, they also seem understaffed.

Most of the time this place has what you need. But, most of the time there is a long line at the Register. AS you walk threw the store you see many items on the shelf are missing. SO when will Companies stop blaming the virus for not having clothing , Pressure washers and others? I really do want to make purchases here!

I went in to Tractor Supply in Salisbury today and was disappointed to see so many people not wearing masks in the store, including employees. The aisles are narrow and it is difficult to maintain any distancing. Don't go in if you are not fully vaccinated or willing to catch Covid!
