We just moved to town and had our first experience with them. They groomed our toy poodle and golden doodle and were fantastic! We got behind on grooming with our dogs due to the move so they were matted, but they were able to get them shaved and comfortable again and looking great! Our dogs came out happy and feeling good. Their pricing is very fair and they got both dogs done in 4 hours which is quick compared to others we have used. The ladies were all so sweet and treated our babies with care. We will be loyal customers, thank you!

I brought 6 animals here about a year ago. 5 are mine (3 cats and 2 dogs - mini Schnauzers), and my parents dog (also a mini Schnauzer). Although I had no complaints with my 5, they just couldn't get my parents dog right. Although I admit he would have some matts on him at groom time, as he would on occasion be overdue for his groom. I feel they were not willing to take the time to professionally address them. They were happy to charge for 'matt removal' or 'extra shampooing', but would ultimately end up shaving him completely - without notice. When we picked him up we were not only surprised at the cost (with the extra fees) that we were asked to pay before they brought him out to us, but even more surprised to see him shaved, extremely shaved!This last time he was brought there again after growing out from the last shave, with the intention to work into the Schnauzer style again, which was specifically discussed at drop off. When we arrived to pick him up he was shaved, with minimal hair length on his legs, beard cut extremely short and eyebrows cut uneven. Worst of it, he was shaved so short his behind was all red and irritated, as well as the top of his head.When I said something to the groomer that brought him out (not sure if she groomed him or not) that his beard was cut again and why was he shaved so short, her reply was that is how schnauzers cuts are. Not true - schnauzers are known for their beards, and if shaved or cut off it is extremely upsetting.After we got home an tried to digest what we were seeing, the more we looked at him, we decided to call to let management know we were not happy. This was not the first time this happened and his cut was specifically discussed prior. All we got were excuses about how every groomer has a different idea of a schnauzer cut and they did nothing wrong because he was matted. He was not long enough to be matted. After insisting on a refund, we were hung up and later told they would no longer groom him, or my 5 other animals (which I had no issues with).Needless to say - we did not intend to bring any of our pets back anyway. The risk of this happening to my two schnauzers going forward was something I am not willing to take.

Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional. Will never go back. I was asked to leave and not come back after Haley lied to me and I called her out on it. Tina believed everything she said. I asked to speak to Tina and she threw a tantrum .slamming the door and yelling about attitude and having another dog to groom. Definitely not interested in going back. We're " no longer a good fit for" her dog spa. Fine with me. In my opinion..she has scheduled so many dogs each day that she has totally stressed herself out. Looking for a new groomer.....

I have a cat and dog. They get their nails done. The nice young ladies there have no problem with my girls and have recommended things to help with dry fur and dandruff. The price is a little high but I think with their expertise it is well worth it. My girls don't stay still for me to cut their nails but these young ladies say the girls are good for them.

I've been using Pupparazzi for about 1 year now after moving to Salisbury. At first, the experience was good. We have a bernedoodle (65lbs). The cost started at $85 then it moved to $100 and this week it was $120 with a threat of $250.Over the holiday, Pupparazzi called and canceled/rescheduled my appointment 2 times. Aspen was in serious need of a groom and she had 2 matts behind her ears. The stylist said she was covered in matts which was not true. Even so, my husband agreed to allow them to shave her. Shave her and scalp her are two completely different things. She was returned with 1/4 inch of hair on her body. She is almost 5 and I've never had a groomer scalp her in this manner. The worst part was they scalped her between the eyes and on the nose so badly that she has a red rash. I'll post a picture. My understanding is Sarah was the stylist.My husband picked her up, after a couple of days (too cool down) I called Pupparazzi to explain my dissatisfaction and to cancel the appointment my husband had made. I spoke to Julie. I wanted to know who the stylist was and if she was new. Julie became very defensive immediately and went on a rant about doodles and people not caring for them. She went on to say it was fine if we went somewhere else because they have so many doodles, it won't impact us. She comments, in addition, no one else is taking doodles. The conversation went on but got worse. She hung up the phone on me. I called back because I wanted her to know that they stylist scalped her nose/eyes and there was a rash. She immediately said that's because she had so many eye boogers it was crazy. There is NO truth to that. She did have a few matts but she did not have eye boogers.In conclusion, I am aware that doodles are high maintenance and with a number of factors coming together, sometimes we have to shave or compromise. With all that said, I decided to never take Aspen back there again. I want a groomer that loves their job and YES, loves doodles. I don't even care about the money if they treat my dog well. After this experience, I now understand that my dog is a burden to them.

I used to love this place and think they did a great job, but my last experience was not pleasant to say the least. I dropped off two golden doodles, one approximately 95lbs and the other 87lbs. Yes my dogs had some mats but not to be shaved to their skin including their whole head! I was not called or informed that my dogs were going to be shaved bald. Not to mention my girl came home with the tips of her ears swollen, nicked with blood and one of her nails is cracked all the way down to the base. Now maybe I could have gotten over my dogs coming back home a whole other breed, but the fact that they had the audacity to charge me 240$?! I included the weight cause yes it's approximately 1 dollar a lb for grooming but if you skinned my dogs really what was there left to wash, skin?

My longhair calico cat refuses to be brushed well enough to avoid mats and she’s too old for sedation now. Pupperazzi does an awesome job grooming her and her Lion cut is adorable.

I have been going there a while. They told me my puppy appointment was at 12:30 I got there at 12:20 then they said her appointment was at 12. That is not what they said. When we pulled up my puppy was crying and she dont do this . they are rude i wont be back.

First time I’ve ever been to a groomer, my cat had a ton of mats from not letting me brush him. They gave him the cutest lion cut I have ever seen! He is not good with grooming or with other people, and somehow he left more calm than when he came. They did amazing with him and they are super nice people. Will definitely be back and recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

My Bandit loves going to see Tina! I love to see how they interact with the animals, they are great! I had an incident there, I didn’t feel like they had done a good job on Bandit. I called and voiced my opinion to Tina, she said to bring him back and they would make it right. I didn’t take him back that week or the next. I had given up! But after talking it over with my husband we ended up taking him back, 5 weeks later! And guess what? We picked him up and everything was perfect, and she didn’t charge me even after it took me that long of a time taking him back! Satisfaction with Bandit and momma!Thank you Tina and Staff!

The first time I went here I was impressed, unfortunately I now have to say I will not be taking my dogs back! As someone who has doodles I understand the maintenance for them and sometimes they get mats and have to be shaved down. That’s not the issue here, after my mother picked up my doodle she noticed he was bleeding. The groomer never mentioned anything. He has a noticeable gap on his underbelly that after a week is still open despite trying the get him to leave it alone. Both of his ears have scabs on them now as well! I understand mistakes happen and dogs get jumpy or move around however cutting a dog so bad that a week later it’s still not healed and the groomer not mentioning it is unacceptable. It is your duty to inform us if this happens and failing to do so can cost so much more than simple communication and apology. This is not okay!!

Our geriatric babies get the best care right here! Tina is always a sweetheart and very gentle with each dog's specific needs. I can't say enough positive things about them. They have helped me, as a disabled person, to accommodate every need for my babies. Please go see them! Awesome people to work with!

My experience wasn't nothing good. They almost cut my dog's tail off. The people acted nice and friendly but while I was setting in the parking lot a lady came up with a dog that didn't want to go in for no reason she had to drag him in it was sad I hope he is ok because my baby isn't who ever cut her hair gapped it up left long sprigs of hair everywhere and almost cut her tail off I wish I could post some pictures also but don't know how . She's cried and hurt for 3 days now I'll never go back to this place

The lovely owner was very accommodating to my nervous girlie and her nail trim. As I travel for work, we always go to new places and my rescue dog has anxiety with some new situations. They were a pleasure here and I felt my girl was in great hands.

My dogs have been there numerous times. My Dutch shepherd does have separation anxiety. I spoke in length to the person that booked my appointment. They assured me it was ok as my son had to drop her off on his way to school and I told them the soonest I could get them was lunch. Needless to say. Same as last time I get a text asking if someone could pick my dog up right then. Of course the answer was no due to the fact I couldn't leave till lunch. They didn't trip. That was a good thing. At lunch I went and picked them up and seen a humongous sign I don't recall seeingbefore that said additional 20 dollar charge if you couldn't make it there within an HR to pick them up. I guess noone else that grooms their dog has a job. They did great work but undoubtedly my dogs aren't a good fit there so Uptown it is. I just don't remember getting this much feedback about my dogs, neg feedback that is before the other lady died. Oh well. I guess times they are a changin

I brought my mini American Eskimo/spitz Kujo to see Tina, Karen, and Maria today and we had the most wonderful experience! I have never had him professionally groomed before and I didn’t expect them to be able to get him booked the same day with such short notice. They accommodated my schedule and were super friendly! Kujo looks amazing! His coat is soft, managed, and trimmed to perfection. He was super happy when I picked him up and he looks adorable with his bandana! Will be back again soon!

These ladies are the best. I take my cats for bath, nail clip and sometimes a shave and Tina is so wonderful. She pays attention to detail and comes up with a plan beforehand to meet their needs. It's nice to leave knowing exactly what will be done and the work is unapparelled. I highly recommend.
