The staff here is very friendly. We get my dogs groomed here and they always look so cute and perfect! Their nails also look nice. Grooming and nail trimmings are priced nicely and are quick. We used to take our dogs to Petsmart but Main Stream Pets is much more better and cheaper. :)

We are so glad that this place is right by our house! I found our newest pet dragon here. It is definitely a great spot now for any questions you might have or reptile needs. They also do dog grooming and have quality dog food for a good price! Remember to support our local shops!

We had our first appointment with Pam today. I have a short haired dachshund pug mix who has a thick undercoat. He sheds like crazy so I take him for defurring in the hot months. I’ve been to several groomers around and not been happy.It took me about a month to get in with this groomer, so anticipate that when scheduling. They were so worth the wait though. They are very comparable to the price I had paid at the other groomers.For $65 here is a list of treatments today: bath, all over trim/clip, defurring, brush teeth, clip and shape nails, puppy cologne, express glands. I’m sure I’m forgetting something too as he looks like a brand new dog.My pup was with them about 3 hours after drop off. The staff was friendly and helpful. They required proof of shots being up to date, which I loved, as we were a new client.My pup came home looking ASTOUNDING!!! I’m so happy I made the appointment well in advance and my baby got the care he needed. It was worth the wait to finally find a place that truly took good care of him. We will be back.

This is an excellent place to take your cat or dog my dog Que went there for the first time he looks fabulous compared to all the groomers I have taken him to. Most definitely a five-star facility.

I’ve brought my Bichion here for years. The owners and staff are very service driven and customer service is excellent. The staff is very pleasant, a friendly face is always there when you walk in. If it wasn’t for the fact that I’m moving out of state, I’d never leave this location. They have done the most beautiful work on this little fluffball, she is always in good hands there. Their pricing is EXTREMELY fair considering the service received. My Eleanor loves Miss Pam something awful. If I could recommend anyone in the Salisbury area, it’d be here. Bringing your pet to another location is just a disservice to your pet. You will not regret building a relationship here. They will do whatever necessary for the benefit of your pet. I highly recommended this location for all your pet needs. They have a great inventory too for all types of animals. I’ll say “you’re welcome” in advance; you’ll be thankful you took my advice.Thank you Main Stream Pets- we will miss you!Brianna & Eleanor :)

Went in to see about a mouse to feed a snake for my oldest son, the guy that was there was super friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful as well. He was very nice to my 4 year old as well even though she was asking a lot of questions and wanting to pet all of the mice that we alive and all of the snakes that were there at the store. So awesome to have great staff like that working!!! So a great place to go get all of your pet needs as well at great prices too!!!

1st visit with my shitzu who can be very fierce sometimes as she’s always nervous and afraid. But they got her groomed pretty well and staff is very sweet. Will go again.

Had the best experience 2day.Took my boxer for nail trimming & there a record 15 minutes! Bought dog food, it was carried to my car & when I went back inside, my girl was done. Go see them! They are awesome.

The sweetest people you will ever meet. I don't know if they are giving my Frank a pup massage, but he loves his spa day here. The owners are absolute gems. High quality pet food and supplies at very reasonable prices. You can also buy personal cleaning supplies at much cheaper prices than the local big box store.

Nice place. Went for a pinky mouse (closet place to me with live pinkys, 15 minute drive) needed a very small one but got one with a little hair starting and it was too big. Not the store owners fault, it was mine for not looking at it before I left.Very friendly guy, and I just did a quick scan of the place and seemed to have a wide variety of animals.

First time in for a clinic visit. Staff was very friendly and extremely organized. Dr Bob was very nice and took care of our dog like it was his own. Even with a crowd it was a great experience. As a side note, they do encourage 2FA and allow you to carry in the store. If we lived closer, they'd very likely be our go to place.

They did a awesome job grooming my dog. The people that work there are the nicest people. I didn't feel uncomfortable leaving him there, when he came out he looked great. I will definitely be going there from now on. Great prices too! It would be a mistake to take your dog to pet smart, this place does an amazing job.

I popped in a few days ago. I'm new to the area and hunting for good reptile pet stores and I was super impressed. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and the animals all looked really healthy. Their enclosures looked great! I was also impressed with the quality of the feeders. I'll definitely be going back for all my reptile supply needs.

This is the Best place to take your animals to for all their grooming needs. I have been taking my cats and dogs for haircuts for over 10 years. They always love going to see Pam, the Owner for a regular Bath and Shave. She is very good with the animals. Their new location here offers a lot of great products for your animals as well , from Food and treats to toys and beds. It's a one stop shop:) Give them a call if your looking for a great and awesome groomer.

Took my dog for a grooming and they did a great job!I am very scent-sensitive so I requested the bath and grooming be as scent free as possible and my dog came back fresh and clean without overpowering perfumes!Then store is more than just pets too, they have some household items for you to purchase aswell

I love going into this store. Its fun and caring employees that are also knowledgeable is a very important part of any local non chained store. I love there exotics selection and the zoo med products. A large selection of dog and cat food, toys and treats are certainly a favorite. Of course my baby girl goes to see Pam for her grooming and she always comes out looking fabulous.

Purchased a leopard gecko here a week ago. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly if your looking for a reptile/ reptile needs, check them out. They are awesome! My leo is happy and healthy and taming to us very well. I'll be going back to get supplies/food for sure.

When out groomer retired, I didn't think I would like anyone more.... I do. My poodle comes home looking like a show dog every time. The price is reasonable. Sophie does not seem stressed when I pick her up. They finish in a timely manner and appointment times are flexible. I am happy with their services!

Was a good place to get feeders. Got what you paid for. Now they sell small rats as mediums, and small mediums as large. Unless you say something about it. Very un satisfied. As far as staff, couldn't ask for better people.
