If I could give a zero score I would especially for the fence contractors. Please don’t EVER use this Lowes to install your fence. They don’t honor their 1 year warranty. The contractor Feathers Fencing Group is very unprofessional and they lie to you. I asked Lowes to send their contractor John to come back and fix some things on my fence and he basically ghosted me and had Lowes tell me why he wasn’t coming. And my 1 year isn’t up yet. How cowardly and unprofessional. Lowes is terrible with fencing. Please get a company who does better quality work to install your fence if you can!

I just got an Ego zero turn mower from there. I asked the sales guy Mike why the price was lowered and he said because they are making room for the new version. That was a lie. When I returned to pick the mower up after I bought it they informed me that they were not going to give me the 4 10v batteries that was supposed to come with this item. They gave me some obviously used out of the box batteries. I can’t get a return call from any manager and the one that did answer just hung up on me. I have filed with the bbb and will file a suit if this is not resolved. This was misleading and failed advertising. Please stay away from Lowe’s! I will be pulling my stock from Lowe’s as well!

On March 19th, I rented a chainsaw from this location. I went straight to my residence, cranked the chainsaw up and attempted to begin cutting the tree. The chainsaw was not cutting, instead, it was burning the wood. I contacted Lowe’s and spoke to Todd in the rental department. Todd instantly got an attitude and said “well we replace our chains for every rental”. I took a video of what the saw was doing and went back to Lowe’s to show Todd. Todd had a terrible attitude and accused me of putting the chain on backwards. As bizarre as that would be, I did not like being accused of being a liar. It would make 0 sense for me to turn the chain backwards. I proceeded to ask for a manager and Todd lied to me saying he did not have a manager working. A short time later, Todd called for a manager saying that “there’s a customer with an attitude” over the radio. A very nice manager came to the rentals, heard the story, and apologized to me, and told Todd to put a new chain on it. Todd begrudgingly did so. I offered to show them my home surveillance footage showing me getting the saw out of my vehicle, walking to the back yard, and cranking it and attempting to cut the tree. They declined. I then left the store. The next day, I returned the chainsaw and was charged a $10 damage fee. I can only assume Todd added this charge to my account. There was no damage done to the chainsaw and I was basically robbed of $10. I spend a ton of money with Lowes, however, Home Depot is the same distance from me. Maybe they’d appreciate my business more.

Went to lowes in Salisbury nc. Wanted to buy carpet. Stood there 10 min. Workers (at least 8) would see us and either turn around or go up an isle. Ask for customer service 2 times. No one wanted to cut carpet or do any work at this location.stood there for total of about 25 min. finally just left. Will not go back to this location.HOME DEPOT HERE I COME.

DO NOT under any circumstances get your fence installed through Lowes. The entire process was botched. Starting with my sales person who was very helpful up until the day payment was made. I have not spoken with him again since them. The install date was changed last minute by 3 weeks. Then change again due to missing supplies that were not delivered. The fence itself is horrible, loose screws, loose boards just HORRIBLE and unsafe. Called and went to the store numerous times now with no assistance. $8000 down the drain. Worst experience ever.

Mill work special order department is the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a simple glass Pella door in April , have been delivered 3 wrong doors in 8 months, still do not have my door. The experience has been horrible.

I love Lowe's. Everyone is pretty helpful and it's a nice store. Prices are a little steep, but that seems to be the norm these days. Can't beat the quality products they offer.

Where is all the help???? 2 days before Christmas and no help to be found in the seasonal or electrical departments. 3 cashier supervisors just chatting inside the exit doors paying no attention to the registers or self check. Why can it be so hard to get help especially at this time of year???

Go elsewhere. Waited 30 minutes, called three times, for someone to come to get pine needles that I paid for. They were not busy. Terrible customer service. Management nonexistent.

This store has had issues with inventory for decades. Very often what I need is out of stock so I usually drive to their competitors The plumbing, electrical, and hardware departments at this store are disasters. I know stock gets moved around by careless customers, but it seems this store just leaves it that way. Recently I needed a plumbing fitting that was either out of stock or in the wrong place. I would have had to buy 3 separate fittings to replace the one I needed at about 4 times the price of the part I needed. I just went elsewhere.I try to avoid this store if at all possible. I am not sure what the problem is, but I sure wish somebody at Lowe's would address it. Other Lowe's stores in my extended area don't seem to have these problems.

20+ employees in the store working. Store is busy as hell. Not ONE SINGLE REGISTER being run by an employee. Customers are having to use self checkout to check themselves out. Absolutely pathetic.

We purchased a refrigerator for our new home here. When the delivery came from the warehouse, the refrigerator was damaged. It looked like the one they had on the floor. We sent it back and received a new refrigerator still in the wrapping. Thankful they were willing to work with us.

Got an item, when it was scanned at the register the price was more than what it was shown as, asked Cynthia for help and she told us to go back and take a picture of where the item is. She said the items were all in a wrong spot and it’s more. There was no effort to go and change the item or inform anyone to correct where it was placed! Someone else will experience the same issue because employees don’t care enough to do better. We paid the higher price as she said!I thought Lowe’s had better customer service!

Ordered something to be delivered on Saturday and paid the extra price then told on Friday I will get it Monday because they don't deliver on the weekends. Then I was told I could pick it up Saturday Monday. I made arrangements to pick it up. I was then called at 10pm to be told that they can have my screws ready but not my wood. What is the point in the screws if you don't have the wood? How did it take 3 hours from telling me it world be ready to telling me it would not be and they don't know when it will be?

Like shopping at Lowes. Appreciate the Military parking spaces. Remove the limitations on military discounts and you will get more business and better reviews
