This is the first Hobby Lobby I've ever been to. I only give them a 4, because I've had to wait 10 days for yarn to be in stock that I needed. I literally ordered online and received it faster. I called to inquire about the yarn and was told the truck was coming the next day and might be on it. I wasn't even asked what the yarn was so they could check if it was in that day.When in the store one day, the associate in front of me was telling another customer you can call and find out that information over the phone with the item number. She said they could even tell you how many would be coming in. Maybe all of their associates are not aware of this. Customer service is very important to me in a box store. Otherwise, I might as well just shop online.

Store has lots of options at decent prices. Not sure why they call themselves "hobby lobby". It's really not a hobby store. Checking out can seem confusing but really great. They do get you out fast! Customer service is decent. Better than some.

Loved it!!! I have never entered any Hobby Lobby and this was my first time. We found everything we were looking for and more... Location was extremely clean, the employees were friendly, although one employee we asked for an item, told us they didn't sell it there (we found it later). Overall, this place has everything I needed for my crafts, and I will definitely return.

Went in just to look around and kill time and lord did I want everything. Nice set up of different decor types and very organized with the different accents to match. I even looked at the cross stitching and embroidery and think I'm going to pick up a new hobby. However..... I walked out with a cute stamp set. And will be back to get more, only spent $2.99 for it!

Candy making section seems to keep losing variety. Otherwise, still a fun store. But seriously, stop saying furnishings are always 30% off. If they're always 30% off, then that is just the price y'all.

Awesome place for any craft and hobby supplies you may want or need. My husband and I love to wander through the bolts of fabric for decorating ideas in our house. Then we go see our favorite floral manager, Marty. It's always a fun time for all, even the gays like us!

Sometimes they have what I'm looking for, but I've been noticing their selection is getting thin since they are getting all the holiday stuff in earlier and earlier. I do like the location. It's very convenient!

I love the selection I love the sales and I love the sales people period however I did not like the fact that there was no place outside to return carts . I always Park a distance away from the store so I can get exercise, after shopping for 2 hours and needing to get on the road I had to search her place to return my carts ... Yes carts. You may consider it a small inconvenience but I just wasn't in the mood after dealing with having to repack my car yet once again with goodies. All in all it was a great trip!

Great items and great sales but hopefully you will never have to meet Caroline. I came in because I thought one of my items had been charged twice. I was incorrect, the item in the photo with the price of 11.99 is in fact the sale price making the original price 19.99. Which is a little misleading but fine, ok. But this woman, on top of being incredibly condescending and rolling her eyes so hard I thought she fell asleep a few times, was incredibly rude. Not very Christian of her in my opinion..Pro tip: life is too short. If you hate your job, just get a new one 🤷‍♀️

I love our Hobby Lobby in Salisbury. I love the rotating sales,the yarn selection, the home decor and seasonal selections and sales. The atmosphere of the store is welcoming and employees have always been helpful and friendly in my experience.

All the Hobby Lobby's that I have been to have been as orderly as a business can be and have the amount of customers that they have. I found what I needed to find with the help of some very nice people who not only told me where the items were but took the time to walk there with me. I don't forget when the Staff at a business treats me like they appreciate my shopping there and are as nice as they were. They have a fantastic selection of housewares and decorations as well as craft supplies for just about everything you could think of to facilitate the hobby you have or are wanting to take up. I honestly can't recommend them enough. A++

I've always heard it's more of a woman's store.... guys, I found out there is a section that helps with man caves, garages, and much more. Take your wife, gf, mom, or whoever..... let them walk, and you go to the middle of the store! Also, they have a lot of crafts for kids! Trust me and go! Lol

The poor young lady in fabric had no clue what they have or didn't have. It was OK, though. I found exactly what I needed. I always find various items of interest and what not to inspire my painting and crafting. I could spend a day in here eadily.

Great place for all types of crafts, gifts and decor. I wish the registers where a little more organized, having the return right next to checkout was a little confusing but it's manageable. Checkout isn't like most stores with scan and place in a bag, they have to key in each individual item so it'll take a while to leave if your getting even just two items. Friendly environment and helpful nice employees.

Not accessible. Unlike Michael's which is a smaller footprint, this store does not have the motorized shopping scooters. Add to it, unfriendly staff that have zero know how in arts and crafts.
