My experience with this wonderful high life manager was absolutely great, bri was very informative and was full of knowledge as well as very welcoming and helpful. Bri was able to help me with all questions concerning kratom and their delta products and was able to help me understand how these products help people. She was able to tell me about their best selling products which are their disposable delta 8 pens and their low priced nicotine disposables! Overall wonderfully store and very stocked on all your favorite products!

I bought a vape and they have a policy where you open and try it in the store. Once you leave, they cannot replace it. I opened it and the light flashed red (not working). I handed it to the guy, and he handed it back, and said to charge it. I didn't think that was right, but wasn't comfortable arguing with the guy about how to do his job. I also thought since it's a small place, I was just in there, and I did what he told me to do, they'd make it right if it didn't charge. WRONG! I called up there and got the guy, but he passed me off to the manager. I explained the situation to her, and she just stated their policy. I followed their policy, their employee clearly didn't know what protocol to follow. They ripped me off and I'll never be back. It was mentioned they couldn't refund me, because "upper management " would want to know why. I don't understand, your employee made a mistake, that's the why. The only thing I did wrong was try and support High Life over the other smoke shops. The manager tried to placate me with using her discount the next time I came in. A friend of mine just had another friend experience this the other week, and he was given 10% off his next purchase. They are using their own discount to hide their mistakes from upper management, instead of doing right by their customers. Beware.

Bri is amazing!!! She is very knowledgeable and is always so polite and greets as soon as I walk in. The store is always in the best condition. It truly makes me happy when I walk in and I see Bri there to answer all my questions and let’s be honest I ask a lot of flavor questions when it comes to vapes. Lol!

I am very pleased with the prices and service I receive at High Life. Brian is always very helpful. I am new to vaping. He takes the time to answer all my questions and suggest the kind of vape that fits my wants and needs. I past by 3 different smoke shops on my way to High Life, because I don't get the low prices or customer service that I receive anywhere else. I am and will continue to be a customer. Thanks!!!

Bri is awesome! She always goes above and beyond. Half the time when I go in, I can’t figure out what I want. Bri will ask me questions about what I’m looking for then she will pick out some items and go over everything about them with me. Bri’s recommendations are always on point.

I've seen all the women and workers that I loved and who were so attentive be pushed out of this workspace. I've opted to take my business to other smoke shops around that appear to care more about their core workers. Turnover appears to be quick. The most knowladgable staff have moved on.

Bought a product from them that was strongly recommended and it ended up not working after the purchase. They wouldn’t return or swap it out or call manager even though they remembered me. I’m gonna stick with Kure vape shop. They give you two weeks to test out there products. Receipt or not.

I love coming into High Life in Salisbury!! I get what seems like personal treatment every time I walk in the door. Everyone who works at this shop is absolutely amazing. Christina is absolutely fantastic! I’m not savvy whatsoever with vapes and only like a specific flavor. She was so patient and knowledgeable with the various products/parts and was happy to answer all of my questions. This is the only vape shop I visit. Christina’s professionalism and care for the customers’ needs is demonstrated during every visit. Keep up the good work HL of Salisbury! Other local vape shops need to take some serious notes. I have been frequenting this store for about a year now. It is located in a good part of town. The people that work here are very courteous and friendly. Any questions that I have asked I was always given answers which directed me to the correct item/s needed. It is located in an older building complete with one of those original tall doors - occasionally I come here just to see the door. Mike the manager is a man of integrity and although he is usually very busy he often takes the time to engage me in my philosophical points of view. Great place - people are very nice folks - my favorite store in this venue. I highly recommend
