The staff was extremely helpful, and quickly resolved a payment issue when I was checking out. After that was all said and done, I went out to my car and it wouldn’t start. A kind gentlemen named John, came out and looked up a video to see if the key fob battery had died and where I could insert it to get the car started (I was driving my father in-laws car.) He realized the key fob wasn’t the issue, and decided to go the extra mile and pop the hood, to find something was loose on the battery. Thanks to his patience and generosity I was able to get my crying toddler home safely. Thank you John for going the extra mile for a stressed out mama, I appreciate your help so much.

I had such a good experience there! I was looking for a tool for my husband and I'm so glad I ran into him. He noticed I was a little lost in the store. I briefly described what I was looking for and he knew exactly where it was, what options I had and he didn't try to sell me the most expensive option, nor the cheapest.. he really helped me understand how the tool worked too. His hospitality was admirable.. it's people like him who can make someone's day a little less stressful, especially around Christmas time! Thank you!!

Got good quality stuff and some things I wont buy. What I have bought has given good service. At least they have items to compare. Lowes has gone down hill , they carry little or no power tools in store. Harbor freight has it on the shelf where you can look and conpare.

Was a great place to buy tools for years. I ended up leaving after all of the confusing ways they are doing things now. All of the battery powered tools are tool only and the batteries and chargers are crazy expensive. They have sales going on where you can buy this charger and that battery and get the free tool but none of those batteries were available so you were left to buy an expensive battery and an expensive charger and an expensive tool.Ended up going to Lowe’s

Always my go-to for affordable tools and other equipment I may need. I change my own oil, work on my own vehicles as much as possible, do routine maintenance around the house, and raise chickens so I shop here frequently. Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful.

John and his team make this a better than usual Hazard Frought. The store is well stocked and the staff helpful. Best of all it is clean and clutter free. All the displays are well organized. All things in their place and the staff can tell you where to find it so you can get in and out quickly. (But why rush a trip to the toy store?) HF has stepped up their quality game too.If you need a tool, especially a tool for a once-in-a-while kind of job they are the stop to make.I have many HF tools that have served for years and still are going strong.

Went into the store yesterday and bought a hose. When we checked out the cashier said make sure you don’t open it because if you do we can’t take it back, said nothing about a restocking fee. Well we got home and it didn’t fit the connection on the pump that we needed it for so we took it back and was charged $8 to restock the item! Like that’s crazy! I could have walked it back there and put it on the shelf! This was highway robbery! Then my husband counts the change and the cashier shorted him $5!! I’m beyond upset!! I will never shop at harbor freight again!!

Good clean store. Nice selection of product. Just have to go in knowing "you get what you pay for". You can't expect top shelf product at bargain store prices. But I do like coming to this location versus the Concord or Hickory stores. Now that Statesville has opened, I'll try that one.

Great price for inexpensive tools. Some of the bench and shop tools have too many plastic parts and will never last more than a couple of years ( miter saws and drill press fall into this category). Best place in town for hand tools. The staff is very friendly and know the stock pretty well. I've been shopping at HF for several years and have never seen the need for the paid discount card. Maybe if I was a mechanic or contractor, but I do have a couple of hundred tools for personal use.

Harbor Freight provides tools built to a budget, some perform better than others and some I'm not worth buying. I have given it 5 Stars not because of the products but because of the people particularly one of the supervisors Kelly I had a problem with two pieces of equipment which I returned and the manner in which she dealt with it was exemplary. It is customer service like that which will keep me going back for select items.Still a good store they keep expanding the product line. The price point it's hard to beat but in many cases quality is questionable they have started to offer a up Market Lisle tools but those prices are about the same as everywhere else this is not a condemnation simply a statement of fact

Little Haley is amazing. My husband and I have never received such great service here before. I think she is a newer manager here. The past few times we have been is she is always there, she zips throughout store back and forth very quickly talking to every single customer providing the best service. My husband and I would never purchase any kind of warranty’s before until now, she is a very skilled salesmen and I hope she sticks around.

The best, friendliest, Harbor Freight around. Employees go out of their busy way to help multiple customers at a time. The products I buy here are 100% reliable and worth my money. Their chest style toolboxes are a deal!

Definitely no where near professional quality tools. They are disposable tools. Good for home repair jobs but, for any more than occasional use, they just can’t hold up.That said - I buy my tools there when I want something cheap that will not be used often (at home). They have a broad selection of tools - and you can’t beat the prices - just understand the quality of some of the tools are about right for the price you pay for them.

You get what you pay for. Some items are a good buy for the money but don't expect to get heavy duty long lasting tools here you will be disappointed. I recommend on items that cost $100 or more if a warranty is provided for a few dollars get it, because trust me you will be bringing it back to get it replaced. I will give harbor freight credit that if you have a warranty they will replace your item no questions asked.

Great prices for the do-it-yourselfer on so many different types of tools and Hardware things. It's like the old timey Hardware store and a little bit of Lowe's and a little bit of Home Depot in a little box store. Has some pretty neat things even security cameras and alarm systems. Both electric and gas pressure washers at very reasonable prices. Now that Sears is not around this is kind of a better version of True Value. Because you actually have decent prices on the various hardware items and tools with warranties. Hard-to-find items and things to make your do-it-yourself projects easier. Be sure you use the coupons that come in the mail and newspaper. Get on there mailing list and they will mail you extra coupons. And also always pick up their free give aways. The stuff I've gotten free there I've actually used more than I thought I would especially the eyeglass driver set. And they have given me plenty of neat flashlights. Usually it's some type of small tools that come in handy in your automobile's safety kits. Don't rule out Harbor Freight when it comes to reasonable prices. It is easy to get in quickly and get out quickly. Customer service at this location is very good.

Clean store, very easy too get in and out of! Easy accessibility off rd 52 ( E. innes st). However about their tools, I personally do not buy off brand ELECTRICAL tools !! That's me but as far as A lot of other things they sell they are reasonably priced and a really good variety! Great place guys! 👍

I am a long time customer. I've made some good size purchases..compressor..pole saw..generator..etc. I bought a lithium trimmer and you guys were changing from Atlas to Lynx.not long after you dropped Lynx the tool died and no one could fix or replace.Now I bought a Avanti airless and the handle would not come apart to replace the filter without the manager of the store using an impact wrench.Not impressed

Well went there and had great service while in the store could not ask for better service. Well took a product home and put it all together. After it was put together there was 1 small part that would not operate properly. Called in to the store and let them know and WOW could not believe the way the manager on duty treated me. Would not even help me. Told me I had to drive back over there turn in the item I purchased and since they didn't have the color I bought in stock I had to leave it there and they would call me and I would have to drive back when it came in. Which is 45 minutes from my location. Ask if they could just open a different color and replace the part that would not operate told me no got an attitude with me and hung up on me. So I called back same person answered the phone told me they would not help me. Then I called the Concord store and there the manager was so nice and help me with the situation and made it better so I drove for 1 & a half hour and took care of my situation and did the switch out. I will drive 2 hrs past this store from now on and will never spend another penny in this store due to the rude and BAD customer service!

Good prices and a large selection of various items. Very little time spent in the check out line. It's always clean in this store and the aisle and the products are all in order and easy to find. Products are always where they are supposed to be and not mixed up with other products, nice, neat and orderly.

At Harbor freight tools they offer a large variety of tools and household gadgets that will come in handy in any home. The customer service here is excellent. Bob is always the most helpful and knowledgeable employee at Harbor Freight Tools. The employees here at Harbor freight tools are very helpful. Their is always an employee walking around the store trying to provide The best customer service in which he or she could possibly provide. The prices at Harbor Freight Tools are very competitive and usually lower than comparative stores in the area. The parking at Harbor Freight is always free. There is an handicapped accessible entrance. The restrooms are located inside the store. The store location is also very convenient to the approximate locations of most citizens. I bought a pair of work gloves that are of good quality and at a wonderful price the last time I shopped Harbor Freight Tools. The time before that I ride with my neighbor to buy his air compressor to build in his garage along with a new tool chest. He was so excited to bring home his new equipment . I helped him unload and set up his new equipment. Then the next day we had a few beers while we reorganized his tools into his new tool chest. So as you can see Harbor freight tools has the small things you need and also all the big items that can be very helpful in any situation.

I went in looking for an electric ignition torch. I couldn't find it so I asked a sales associate where they were located. I didn't see it where I was told it was so I asked another sales associate if he would help me find it. It wasn't where it was supposed to be and the man looked around the store to find it even though he was busy. I thought that was nice that he took the time to help me find what I needed.

Great idea. If you sell a power tool, stock the proper replacement sand paper or don't sell the tools in the first place. I had to track down an employee to tell me that they don't carry what I needed and to go to their competitor.

Good savings on tools. Customer service pretty much sucked. The employees seemed more interested in restocking the shelves than to ask customers if they needed assistance... had to track down an employee who seemed ticked off that I was bothering him.
