If u go into store to shop u should only get a hand full of things like 2 bags worth. They do have carts but u can't take them outside so if u have to full cart up and have more than 2 bags u have go back in fourth to store get bags from cart and then 2 car hopefully the bags will stand the weight of the items and will not rip and fall all over the ground but in all the staff is very nice

It was good as usual. I go there 3 -4 times a week. Employees are nice. Store stocked. Good experience.

Today when I went in the line moved a little faster than usual, it's not the employees fault it's all the security tags that is on everything.

Not the biggest fan of Family Dollar.. It is rare that I even go into one but occasionally it happens & I do.I couldn't even get down or up most isles! Sooo much junk & unstocked merchandise made this possible!! I'm not gonna walk through Hell & half of Georgia to get or look for what I need!! I understand unstocked merchandise in this time of where no one wants to work anymore but.. Family Dollar, if you expect ppl to shop & purchase, you have to clear/clean the isles up!!! Its not rocket science...Update; it has gotten better but it's still a mess in that store! Some things are stocked in the wrong place with the wrong prices...

This Family Dollar on Jake Alexander Blvd in Salisbury has the cleanest store and primarily the very best staff of all in town. They're welcoming, polite, and know their products. I'd rather drive a bit further to sjop here than walk into our other one that is nasty and plays music so loud you have to talk loud to ask a question.

Not sure if a store hours say close at 9 pm why the doors are locked at 845 pm? Also the last time I was in there last week the place was trashed and the cashier had rap music not suitable for my 5 year old grandbaby.

The store had stock sitting everywhere even a crate of boxes were in our way to see the soups and the employee standing there acting like we were in her way didn't even offer to move the boxes.

This store needs to be cleaned up and employees are not friendly at all. If you have 2 or more people working but lines are backed up by customers you would think that they would open a another register and get people out the door. The store was not all that clean.
