I wish i would have ask the lady her name. But she was very sweet and kind to everyone. I found everything i needed with no issues and i'm so happy this store had hand sanitizer.

The I thought it was clean but there were not enough items for me to pick up everything that I needed to get in my one trip a lot of shelves were empty it makes me just have to go to another store

Just arrived in NC today and ran to Family Dollar to get a few things we need for our new place. Needed a trash can and bathroom plunger, which you had neither of, and instead got to listen to the entire sales staff screaming obscenities at each other so loud it could be heard throughout the entire store. And I thought NY Family Dollar was bad! Wow! Not even a customer interaction and they were all screaming and threatening each other. Horrible way to show that you care about your business.

Great place to shop but it's a shame that u can go into a store to buy a phone card & get stopped by the employee think u stoled something & humiliated & embarrassed in front of other people when u didn't take nothing out that didn't belong to u, it a shame that I personally feel like in todays society we still judge a book by its cover & really bad for the business itself so if that's how family dollar & any other store runs they profession & management they really chose the wrong profession to be in

I needed some tape for a package that I was sending to a coworker so I decided to stop at the family dollar store to pick some up. The store was nice clean and the aisles were easy to walk down and I found exactly what I was looking for.

As of October 2022. They have Halloween stuff. And the store won't put you homeless with high prices.

At first I had an issue with the customer service but once I talk to the manager on duty he corrected the problem and everything has been smooth sailing
