Where do I begin with this man. Mr. Garrison is a God sent Angel. I came to him back in June of this year. My mother passed away last year in Oct. I originally was going to go with the company who did my mother's funeral service for the ledger but the company was just too unprofessional. All the other companies that I looked at online just didn't give me a warm and fuzzy on their website. I didn't feel like they were going to be able to pull off what I was wanting for my moms ledger. When Mr. Garrison and I first spoke he could tell how serious and how important this ledger was to me. I wanted the ledger down before we came up on the 1 year of my mom being in the ground. Mr. Garrison and I talked and texted almost everyday for a month until we got everything set in stone. He and his staff were very friendly, attentive, respectful, trustworthy and dependable. The price of the ledger was a bit costly but in the end it did not disappoint. My husband and I were willing to pull out any amount of money we had to pull out to get this ledger down. Mr. Garrison kept me updated on everything from the day we placed the order to the day he and his co worker drove down from Salisbury NC to Selma North Carolina to put the Ledger in the ground. Yes you did read that right. He traveled about 4 hours away to come and lay this ledger down for me. The entire process was very professional from the way they dug up the dirt to the laying of the ledger. I even think Mr. Garrison and his co worker who made friends with the grounds people of the cemetery. Although this was a sad moment it was also very refreshing to see that Mr. Garrison completed all of my wishes. He got the ledger here 2 weeks before my mother's 1 year anniversary in the ground. He did some added art work to the ledger for me by including a pot with some steam coming out of it, WHICH MY SIBLING AND I LOVED. My mom was an amazing cook and when she cooked she cooked for everyone. No one would be around our family and go home hungry. I can't say enough great things about this man and his business but I will say this...... He cares about his work, the products he produce, he is very professional, trustworthy, and dependable. I will go to him for any other services that I need. My husband and I will be reaching back out to him to get a stone done for his father. I can't wait to work with East Coast Memorials again.

I was aware my wife's headstone would likely come from out of the country. It came from Africa and took a little longer to get here. The workmanship was outstanding, and the precision taken to place the stone was gratifying. It could not have turned out better. This have been the most hardest thing in my entire 32years of living. Picking a headstone for my younger brother was no easy task although he passed away 7/5/20 its still very hard to accept but I've typed all this to say working with Mr. Garrison with ordering my brother headstone and getting it finish and set before his birthday 9/21 have been nothing less then amazing. I mean this man was very professional, sympathetic, knowledgeable, had empathy, just overall great. He worked on my order as if it was his own family member. Due to the pandemic I just knew it would be awhile until his tombstone would be ready but nope it is already done. My brother Tombstone is AMAZING, it is absolutely PERFECT!!! This process have given me a little bit of joy back and I'm so happy that I chose to work with East Coast Memorials. Wish I could rate 10 stars.

I contacted Mr Garrison with a minor issue with the stone. Mr Garrison promptly said he would take care of it and he did. East Coast Memorial is truly a company that values their customer.

From start to finish Mr. Garrison ensured the process was comforting, professional, compassionate, and seamless. Called/visited several establishments before getting a referral from a co worker. East coast did my grandparents headstone recently. It was an amazing experience from designing it, the easy ordering process and the quicker then expected delivery and set up. The owner even texted me photos of the final stone once it was placed at their church. I broke down in tears seeing how unique and beautiful it turned out.
