Love this Dollar Tree store. Older store, but always well stocked and a little larger than others. Didn't give 5 stars because staff associates are not friendly and sometimes rude. They hardly speak and don't smile, but still like the store for its merchandise and roomy.

This was one of the nicest cleanest organized Dollar Tree store I have ever been to. I went just to get some pans for Thanksgiving and picked a few other items while I was there. The lady at the checkout was super nice and very welcoming. If im the area again I would definitely stop at this location again.

This dollar tree is so up and down. Use to be great then they brought in a new manager and the place went in the toilet! Store was filthy shelves were empty, never had helium for balloons bathrooms were GROSS! And the manager was rude and sarcastic. Exit that manager that was from mint hill, enter new manager.Things started to look up, store was being stocked, employees seemed happier, granted store wasn't as clean as it could be but ok.The old manager is back and the store shows it! Back to being filthy, shelves are back to being almost bare. Is this guy to worried about paying people that he thinks he can ignore the basic needs of running a retail store?This is a crappy location in a high crime area, why am I going to shop here and come out empty handed and frustrated when I can drive a little farther and have a pleasant experience?Get rid of the crappy manager and I might shop there again.

Needs a good cleaning up & stocking! Change in management has recently occurred & hopefully better employees will follow to put this place in check... (Written 2 months ago)Update - Well although it seems to be stocked up better. The management is very rude & ugly! The food is being sold, with management knowledge, out if date! The store is nasty, the bathrooms are disgusting & there's never any buggies for customers to use.. The buggies are out in the parking lot & management is to lazy to go get them! The bathrooms are disgusting because management thinks they are beyond cleaning it up! The store is nasty because management is too busy putting out of date food up, hoping customers won t notice!! Or management is hiding in the office, doing nothing!!! How do I know?? I worked here.. Had hoped change in management would make the difference but not so. Management seems to think we as employees & we as customers owe him something!! I honestly believe Ron (So Called Manager) lives in the slave years & has reversed the role!! That's the best way to sum him up...And as the "Public Guide" that I am.. I am honest & rarely say things like this. But if its true, I will put it out there for you to read & see...#PUBLICAWARENESS#BEWARE

One of the best dollar trees in the area. Huge! I found items in stock today that I've been looking for for months from other locations. Huge freezer section. Friendly staff and clean. Will be the only one I go to now! Today was my first time going

This is my regular store, I love Dollar tree in general but this store could use some attention. In general it needs a really good cleaning as well as repairs and upkeep.Organizing it would make it look a lot better.

DT treats its employees TERRIBLY! Especially the Salisbury mall location. Its corporate office doesn’t care either as long as making money! The super bad manager has retired now, thank goodness but his replacement is just as bad. I try not to shop DT at all but definitely not jake Alexander/statesville blvd, old Salisbury NC mall Dollar Tree. Let’s all find better way to spend our money!!!

The store at West End Plaza in Salisbury is clean & spacious. I was greeted as I walked in and escorted to the area that I inquired about for a certain item. Great service!

Ok someone else said it, no air conditioning or it was broke but beside that im really not sure where to start. It has all half filled isles or empty ones. Looks like it hasnt been stockedin forever and if you stay long enough to make your to the back of the store the toy iske looks like a bomb was set off in the back. It is litterally a mess. Toys all over the ground. It hasnt been cleaned up in awhile. The store is just a mess and with 1000 other dollar stores around i would suggest just going to a different one, Unless u need something this sec and running in and out and i really mean RUNNING!

This Dollar tree store is the bomb!!! I got so many things I would have paid more for, and only $1 got me what I needed. I noticed some items cost 5 to 10 dollars in some places, but only $1 dollar at this store. I'll be going back.

Lots of cool stuff. Clean, well organized store. Gone up a little on products, but still reasonable. Also carry higher quality products for higher but good prices.Lots of Christmas stuff.

I bought an item that didn't work when I got home. I lost my receipt and when I took it back to trade for one that works, I was told that I couldn't even exchange the item without my receipt. So, I am stuck with a non working item that I paid for.

I love this store! Variety, friendly employees, and of course, everything's a dollar or less! From socks to snacks to books, toys, greeting cards and kitchen tools to cleaning supplies, they've got it! You can't go wrong here!

Shelves are not stocked, selling out of date food. Us people depend on this store because we are poor.its the only one that has the coolers for the food. Went today forgot to look at date on bacon and it ran out in July of this. Please take care of this matter or lose business.

I love dollar tree...what I do NOT like is having to wait in a long line for only a few items while 3 or 4 staff are working elsewhere & ignoring the 1 cashier who is backed. I've actually had to get out of line & get help a few times.

Ordered and paid for baby shower balloons when I arrived to pick them up 15 mins before shower no balloons the cashier informs me that the tank is down well why wasn't I called u took my number manager came up had no clue by time I finally got my refund I was late setting up so no time to go to another store that was the worst thing that could have happened how could they do that

The biggest dollar tree I have ever been to, has so much stuff, and so much more stuff compared to other smaller dollar trees. It has popular brands that would be more expensive elsewhere.

I was told not to come back because I asked for corporate number my Bestfriend was employed there she ended up losing her job because the schedule was incorrect so I went in the store and I over hear an employee talking about the situation with customers I told him sir that’s unprofessional to be speaking to customers about a former employees business so I patiently waited for the manager to finish up with her customers the guys looks st me and says what do you want I said I would like to have corporates number he declined then proceeded to give me a number which was the wrong number so I returned and said that wasn’t the right number he said can you leave the store your bring belligerent I said no I’m not I just want the number that’s all still no number he called the police because I refused to leave without the number I’ve contacted corporate still no action
