The store is trashed. Garbage can at the front door was overflowing like an erupting volcano!!! Aisles mere hard to pass through and the high shelves make it very dark. This seems like par for the course. It absolutely amazes me that these stores remain in business and that there seems to be one on every street corner. Get some help in those stores!!!

I have been to this store alot I live right down the street and here recently it seems like they are just very rude idk if the new employees aren't being trained or what but they are very rude and have literally accused me of stealing or at least assumed I was it very uncomfortable and unprofessional the store is very dirty and unorganized they need to train their employees on customer service imma start going to another one close by

This store (N. Tryon) is too cramped, crowded and always in disorder. Boxes always sitting in the isles. It was very convenient to go here during my lunch break. But I've stopped going at all now. They really need to expand this location. I got tired of walking around stacks of boxes and stuff half put on shelves. It's like this ALL of the time! Please consider putting a store on Rocky Riiver Road & 485 or in Harrisburg so I'll have another convenient location. Thanks

Most of the workers are very rude and will toss your items in the bags carelessly. One worker in particular was very, very rude towards me... I don't know if she was having a bad day so she decided to take it out on me, but regardless she needs to fix her off putting attitude – and if she doesn't like working at DG she needs to look for another job because customer service isn't for her. Also, the frozen food section in the back of the store was very bare when I went there more than once.

This store has always been trashy, but has gotten worse through out the last few months. Went today and got so aggravated by all the Uboats in the isles and nothin stocked. I grabbed a few things I already had and checked out. The cashier didn’t have very good customer service mannerisms. Not a hey how are you? Did you find everything ok? Have a great day. I was happy to see a few people stocking. But needless to say I drove up to family dollar to get the rest of my stuff I needed today. I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll drive a little further and pay a little more not to deal with that headache. Also, managers need to not be on their phones outside all the time or hiding in the office all the time.

I went into Dollar General on Statesville Blvd (Hwy 70) today. It was absolutely disgusting. Empty shelves, the merchandise is on carts instead of on the shelves. You can't get down the alse. How do the expect you to shop. I left my buggy and went to family dollar. I know people that work at dollar General she don't get any hours. She could be there running the register while the young 20 somethings stock the shelves. They are ok but you need more friendly people up front running the store. I say all this to say, this is a new store clean it up!

This store needs help! Can’t even push a cart down the isle. Use to buy a lot of pet food here but now buy it at Food Lion. I would rather pay a little more than leave empty handed and go through the haste of digging it out of a stack on a cart. Be cautious of the prices too because price changes are not always done and you will pay more than the advertised price. Dollar General tries to run their stores with very little help and will work a few people to death. I’m taking my business elsewhere

This is a really nice Dollar General store. It is set up a little differently than other DG stores. The best part is that I have never gone there to buy something and it be out of stock. Easy to get in and out which is important to me.

Good luck finding anything in this store. There are boxes of unstocked merchandise everywhere. Good luck maneuvering a cart around this store. What a mess!! Any manager, whether it be store, area, district, etc, should be disgraced at the way this store looks.

The picture is wrong this is the new one across from the circle k gas station and the inside of that store looks horrible. It's so cluttered and so much stuff is still on racks and haven't been put into place on the shelves yet and the stuff is just everywhere. Honestly the inside looks like they weren't supposed to be open yet

I liked that they had two wall hangings that I really liked. But I was not happy about the Tide washing liquid I wanted to purchase using my digital coupon but it didn't work 😕

Complete pigsty! Merchandise thrown everywhere, can’t walk down isles due to boxes and pallets everywhere. Oh and staff to match. Rude, disappeared back into office and obviously didn’t want to work.

as a dollar general worker this new store is filthy. really sad that a new store has come to this. rolltainers and buggys all over the store. really disappointed with how to store looks. the employees are really nice though!
