This past Sunday (5/21) around 3-4 pm, I took my handicapped son in a wheelchair here and could NOT shop due to boxes in the aisles. I don't mean a few boxes but almost every aisle had boxes stacked in the aisles taller than me. I tried squeezing through but had to leave within 10 minutes of my arrival. One of the cashiers appeared to be on her personal phone. I used to love shopping here but this store is no longer ADA compliant and is poorly managed. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA.

I come in here often because it’s a convenient location for me. The staff is usually pretty polite and prices are decent but it would be nicer if the aisles were clearer. There is always carts of inventory in the way. They seem to be understaffed but that seems common for most DG stores I’ve visited.

Was here today Friday, December the 13th. Pleasant experience. Had everything I needed & the staff was very helpful. One of the guys that was working there who was stocking was carrying boxes & came around the corner real quick & almost knocked me over. He did apologize , & said excuse me. Just slow down the next time. Other than that small incident? My experience was rather good. Store was nice & full & my experience was rather nice. Think I caught the staff on a GREAT DAY!!! THUMBS UP 👍🏾

There store was decent when it was a newish store. But the last couple times I've visited the store there have been carts everywhere. Every isle you go on there is a cart with boxes piled high. Kind of a safety hazard in my opinion. They have carts in 2 or 3 isles just completely blocked off because of the carts with packages.. Had to move so many carts just to get to the essentials and I just ended up walking out because it was just overwhelming.

This place is larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. They have a larger selection of products. I had a very slight problem at the check out, their card reader had trouble accepting my credit card but after 4 times it accepted my card. I had a little trouble finding what I was looking for but one of their employees was very helpful in assisting me. There prices are higher that Dollar Tree but Dollar General is close by and it saved me some time. I would recommend this store.

Good place to shop. Sometimes the stock is not full or sold out. Convenient for our neighborhood. Very clean and nice staffBe careful because what is marked on the shelf is not always the item that you maybe buying. Coupons too, read carefully sometimes there are large discrepancies.

The prices aren't bad, they've got a decent selection of goods that can usually keep you out of the bigger supermarkets, so it's convenient and handy which would earn 3 or 4 stars but the fifth star comes from the exuberant personality of the young man that works there. He likes to make sure you leave happy and feeling great. If you're down, he'll pick you up by simply having a conversation. People like that are rare (to say the least) and make the world the kind of place it should be.

I dropped by after picking up my son from school as it was a convenient location.The lady was standing close to the doors talking with her friend and yelled back to where my son and I were standing at the counter that she would be right there then continued hanging with her friend looking at something on the other women’s phone so I just left and didn’t purchase anything. Hope she had fun putting that stuff back. I ended up later at the one on 29 in China grove where the lady was very helpful.

I really don't like this store. Its like managment fails to stock the shelves, or forgets to order. The employees are not warm and friendly. This store needs an overhaul. The blonde lady (is employee, maybe even the manager?!?) should really STOP sitting in the front on the lawn chairs smoking and drinking mt dew and watching videos on her phone. Thats a place of business not your front porch. Please, stock the shelves, order properly and retrain in customer service.

Aisles are always blocked with stock that is waiting to be placed on shelves. It is impossible to push a buggy through this store. This seems to be a constant issue. Staff are always very curtious and friendly but complain of being understaffed. I have not seen this problem in other $General stores as I drive farther to shop with them to avoid this location.

Store was a mess! Register had to be rebooted. Took more time in line then picking out my items. Won't be going back anytime soon. Went because it was close to my job. Huge mistake!

I go there everyday since I work done the street . The guy with the glasses gets mad when you don’t use the self check out line ... Even if you want to buy cigarettes he gets mad ... U guess he’s one of the lazy employees... I can’t get ciggs on self check out 😂 But the fact that’s he’s lazy and gets mad... Testerday he snatched a hat from me when I asked to check the price . Yes y’all have self check out but customers still need help etc .. everyone else is so nice .. just the white guy with the glasses. One day he’s so nice then the next day a dick .

Just walked out of that store because a lady that worked there yelled across the store to us telling my 10 year old son to take his hoodie off. We shopped there all the time and I understand store policies but for her not come up to us and approach us to inform us of that information is very unprofessional. She literally yelled from behind the counter and we were almost at the back of the store at that point. I just left what I had in the buggy and walked out. I let her know he's only 10 years old and she said "well there is a sign on the door". Well lady there are probably 10 signs or more on your doors so how am I supposed to focus on the one sign saying that?

Dollar General what can I say? If you need. something quickly and do not mind out of date items? I Asked the Manager why the oil is over 5 years old? She said "that is what they send us?" The entrance has more than 100 pieces of gum on the sidewalk and the carts are nasty with dirty diapers? Nasty...

Will never go back. Was treated like a dog at the checkout. Go to dollar Tree just up Jake Alexander instead. Better prices and courteous at Dollar Tree.

This store was more organized then the other Dollar General in Granite. Workers were very helpful even when I had a dispute, the worker made it right.

I tried to receive a Western Union but they are capped at a $300 limit. A full service agent shouldnt have any caps on how much money can be received. Had to travel an additional 5 miles to go to the nearest WalMart.

Unorganized, low on most products, shelves rumbled thro, but boxed stock sitting around everywhere... Maybe "no help" to clean this place, organize what products they have & stock the rest!!

For the second time in a row I have had to stand at the counter waiting for someone to come ring me out.... On both occasions 1 employee stood outside talking to somebody, and the other employee was somewhere in the back... Not impressed at all.... Especially as the employee tonight stood right outside the door and smoked a cigarette while she watched us stand at the counter waiting.......
