The women that work in this store are hateful to there customers. They have bad attitudes. They will cuss you out if you ask for something. Please fire that girl that be in this store at 8am. She will not open the door for her customers and if you try to open the door she gets smart with you and will curse you out. I am calling corporate on her. She is in this store at 8am in the morning. They need to fire her getting hateful with her customers and cursing them out just cause she wAnt open the door and you try to open the door.

Love that it's so convenient, but it seems they need a good manager. Too many things constantly out of stock. Empty shelf spaces all over the store. Had a power outage one night. Took over 2 weeks before they restocked the refrigerated items. Next time an item rings up higher than posted on the shelf, we're gonna report them. Happens too many times. Some of the employees are nice. Others will not even look at you when you speak.

Location is convenient, of course. But I am really losing patience with nearly every item ringing up higher than the price on the shelf. Today, my $12 item was $14, my $8 item was $9, my $5 was $5.50... I mean, come on. Its bad enough the prices are soaring but at least pay these folks a living wage so that you can hire enough staff to update the shelves. Im done shopping here regularly.

The store had some awesome sales and well organized considering they were doing shelf changes. The associate was extremely nice very helpful. She answered all my questions regarding the sales and what was what. I couldn't have asked for a better representative for this store when I walked in today then the young lady I was dealing with.

This is by far the best Dollar General I have ever been in. It is all by itself on the way to Salisbury so it is easy to find. This store has the widest selection of merchandise of any Dollar General I have ever been in. The staff is awesome very friendly, they know their store very well so you can be directed to what you need. My favorite part is the $1 aisle. I buy the squeaky dog toys there. They have a larger selection of pet products as well. It is very clean inside and out. The parking lots is kept clean and there is plenty of parking. The handicapped parking is right at the front door. Can't sing any more praises, simply the best of the best Dollar Generals.

Although a little slow sometimes due to registers not wanting to work properly, this dollar general is convenient as dollar generals should be, the employees are always welcoming and friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the store due to the stock not being put up, but it's no issue going around or finding a way through.

The newer managers were very Rude got banned for doing absolutely nothing trying to ask for there names to Report them I went in with a Friendly Attitude and gets treated with Disrespect don’t Go there there is no point in asking for something or where it is with out getting a rude remark back

Most of the cashiers are rude. Shelves are not stocked. Whoever is responsible for ordering needs extensive training on how to do that. Popular items sell out and are replaced with items that does not sell. It's depressing and dirty. Go go Family Dollar.

Great store very neat and tidy. All endcaps are full. The seasonal area was well kept. Well the store as a whole is always flawless. It's a definitely one of the only stores in the area that isnt in complete chaos.

The store is disgusting. Scott was unprofessional in a dirty t-shirt and pants. The way at my money was handed back to me was ridiculous. Worst DG experience I’ve ever had…and I considered employment with this company here at this store smh….

Need more help...1 person cannot run a place on their own. Everytime I go in, there is a long line and boxes everywhere because no one is there to stock the shelves. I go in about 4 times a week and the long lines are making me go to food lion now.

My definite go-to for Anything! Close to home so it's really convenient. Low prices good selection. I just wish they could keep the Hazelnut doubleshot in the can from Starbucks in stock.

This used to be the cleanest Dollar General in Salisbury !I have Never understood why the owners do not hire stockers for their stores ! They pay minimum wage to their workers and expect them to stock all of the numerous products ! It just makes no sense to expect the girls to be the run the cash register , clean , move numerous heavy products to the outside to sell then bring them in every night , then to stock the shelves too ! It is ridiculous going in there ! The truck delivered on Friday , no sugar , went in there today , no sugar because no one has the time to unload and stock the shelves within their shift !I strongly recommend that the owners review and fix their underpaid and overworked workers ! They seriously need help with their stock ! It is truly unfair to the workers ! Quit being slavedrivers and treat your workers with some respect ! We all know that all the stores make good money , provide stockers for your stores !!!It's aggravating to need things , have the money to buy them , but no one can unload the stock !

There was a Mexican family at the register with a basket overflowing with sale clothing and only 1 register open.They could clearly see there was a line behind them, customers with 1-5 items in hands or baskets. Instead of the salesperson asking them to wait while she checked out the line( all the way back down the isle & over to the next) or the family volunteering to let the rest go, they stayed at the register. Most of the line stayed an hr waiting to get checked out.I left after 35 minutes. This was in Salisbury near Cauble Rd.

Even though the stores are usually a mess because they are short handed and should have stock delivered at night so the stores aren't so full during the day. The employees are super nice and helpful!

Pretty decent store ,staff is usually nice ...Miss Mary is fun to chat with checking out but I guess there's management issues here because staff changes quicker then people change socks .

The store was very junky looking, a lot of the isles are cluttered and stuff not separated and put away. There excuse was that they had a truck come in the previous day. When I arrived no greetings, no one asked if I needed anything nor did they ask me if I had found everything that I was looking for. Will not go back to this particular store looks like a store in the process of closing permanently.

Best store in Salisbury. Always have the items you need. Friendly customer service people also. I drive to this store which is several miles from where I live because the the store next to me is always out of stock.

First time, I visited this specific store. Rest room out of toilet paper and paper towels. Toilet had a lot of mold in it, not cleaned in a month or two. Too nasty to use. They appeared to have enough employees.

They run out of Alot of things and it takes a month or more before they restock them if they do at all, sometimes we'll buy a popular item and they will run out and sometimes you never see that item again period.
