Drive thru Always closed ,need longer than 30 hrs to fill some scripts will tell u to come sit in the store & then they can "expedite " ur meds after that long & ur going to ask me to drive up there & sit in the uncomfortable seats & wait hoping that now my medication needs are going to be taken seriously ,Open driv thru or will just find a pharmacy who has a functional driv thruThis picture shows the line for the pharmacy on 10/23 after 6 pm 😬

Very bad customer service. They're always delayed and out of medicine needed. We pulled up to the drive-thru window, and soon as we got to the window, they closed to go to lunch when we're there. They could attend to the ones at the window already. I even went inside before closing the door and told them I am a veteran, and if they help, they still said no. It's plenty of them back there, so why do they all need to go at once? Why not go at separate times when plenty are in need of prescriptions and all want to go on break. They're inconsiderate, and in not caring as their timing is stupid. I don't recommend CVS for pharmaceutical pick-up, not to have meds and their timing in order

This pharmacy provides excellent customer service. They were so fast with my order pickup. I definitely recommend this location.

I'm not sure Stacy could be any more rude of she tried. Aside from waiting 20 minutes to access the drive thru I was told that although my out of pocket costs are met, my prescription would cost me a copay. After filling the medicine several times in the last few months I'm not sure why it costs me money when Stacy is on the register and no one else. I paid it. But I could do without the “you're an idiot” attitude from the clerk.

Pharmacy is horrible! I am grossly disappointed with my interaction with the pharmacist. My dermatologist prescribed me two medications and only one was filled. When I called back to inquire about why I didn’t receive my other medication, I expressed concerns that the pharmacy tech needed to be more aware and if there was a reason for the delay, why wasn’t it thoroughly explained to me in-store? The pharmacist became nasty and told me it wasn’t their fault! I work in a patient care environment so if there is an issue at the very least that needs to be clearly communicated to the patient receiving the treatment, especially when medications are involved! Anyways the pharmacist had a very nasty tone and disappointingly I stooped to her level and got nasty back because a simple explanation would have alleviated any escalated conflict at all! If there was an issue with the medication or discrepancies on why it wasn’t covered that should have been communicated beforehand or a simple apology for overlooking the medication and again NOT explaining why it was never filled would have done just fine! To be short the pharmacist was so busy trying to talk over me and be a “ms know it all” she literally did nothing but escalate the tension and give me more misinformation. Healthcare has taken a huge nose dive from the bed side manner to how these so-called Drs convey information. I’m not interested in who’s right or wrong when I’m in need of my medication and I most certainly don’t give a damn about who’s fault it is or isn’t lol. This woman literally told me three different reasons why my prescription wasn’t filled and then tried to make me out to be a liar when I merged her into the call with the pharmacy department for my insurance. Just horrible customer service! Hope she never gets a pharmacy of her own if this is the way she will behave and treat people, the morale would be very low! At this point I may just get my prescriptions transferred over to another CVS or try another pharmacy altogether.

Giving this a 1 star is too much of a compliment. The pharmacy department is rude and unprofessional. Walgreen has always been so great! They are quicker, friendlier and far more professional. It's only because of my insurance that I use CVS. The company needs to make major changes in the pharmacy department!!

Every time I have a prescription called in or I drop it off it turns into a fiasco getting it filled. They've lost prescriptions. They've failed to have them ready on time (their stated time). They've sent the ready for pickup text only for me to show up and the people behind the counter have no clue what I'm talking about.Now to top it off I can't even concealed carry my personal defense pistol on me in their store(prior law enforcement). Screw you CVS. My money goes elsewhere from here on

I don't understand the low reviews on this CVS location. This is where I go for medical supplies and prescriptions. I dropped one star because of the check out. Once I have what I came in for I've had to wander around to find a employee to check out at the front register. I go to the front out of courtesy for people waiting on their prescriptions. The store is very clean, well organized, well lit and convenient. This is the only place we get our prescriptions filled and have never experienced the problem another reviewer had with being out of the prescription that I needed. I generally just take the prescription in and go back to pick it up. They will call you and let you know it is ready. I have also waited on my prescription being filled and every now and then the wait is longer than I expect. I have found some neat gadgets there as well. This is a drug store, not a supermarket though they do carry grocery items, electronics, a wide variety of chocolate candy for your sweetheart and a very nice selection of special day cards.All of the pharmacists that I have dealt with personally are knowledgeable and very respectful. Compared with Walgreens, Rite Aid and Walmart the prices on prescriptions are comparable. You must consider that another pharmacy may have your prescription at a lower price, but you have to consider how far you must go to get a few dollars cheaper. I don't know why people don't understand this fact. Consider your time, the cost of fuel, wear and tear on your vehicle and to bottom line is though you may save on the product itself if you have to drive further then you aren't really saving money.

Just set at the drive through for 25 minutes only one car in front of me. This should not happen this is a drive through should not be allowed to keep me and 5 other cars waiting this long for one customer. Poor management to let this happen.

it was awful. I felt ashamed and humiliated by the pharmacist there. I'm a type 1 diabetic I have to inject myself with insulin don't want to have to. I went there last night to buy syringes. the pharmacist was telling me I am coming to frequently to buy them. the last time I was there was 10 days prior. I bought 2 bags. that's 20 to last 10 days 2 shots a day and she's telling me I am buying them to frequently. I use 1 syringe 1 time. She was pretty much trying to call me a drug user which I am not.
