So traveling south bound with the family and we decided to give the Salisbury Culver’s a try. Restaurant was super clean as were the restrooms and food was cooked to order, hot, and promptly served. Most Culver’s are above expectations but this one really shined! Kudos to the management and the fine staff working there. I recommend this location!

My husband and I have never had Culver's before.I really like that the food - including the french fries - came to our table hot!Not only was the food hot, but it was also good!!!Jesus, the front-end manager, was so nice, and he was funny.We don't eat out often, but I will say that Jesus and the good food made Culver's a place we would eat at again.

Best fast food in Salisbury. All food is prepared freshly. The frozen custard is absolutely delicious. The service is very friendly. I highly recommend Culver’s. The kids meal is a very good value, offering a full size hamburger, side, drink, and a scoop of custard.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair and handicapped accessibility is excellent.

I found the counter and floor staff to be unprofessional. Counter staff are too pushy,presuming,and appearing at times to have been interrupted from their social time with other staff members. Too loud with offensive language, laughing,work appearance, and poor work ethics. Saw floor staff eat food from customers plate several times while staff visited customer and continued to work, cleaning the dining area. When voicing concerns about staff to manager,it appeared my concerns fell on deaf ears or was not to be taken to seriously. Seems managers need help with customer relations. So I do not eat in any more. Quality of Fish has drastically decrease since restaurant opening, Size preparation quality suffer greatly for Fish dinners and prices. Wish I had better to say about the staff and atmosphere because the taste is there. So, regrettably, I will not dine in,

We visit this location one or two times monthly. The staff are always super friendly and helpful.We enjoy the chicken tender basket with fries. We also like the pretzel bites, but it’s a little cheaper if you get them without the cheese dip. I prefer them with mustard so I take that little discount and order without the cheese. My fur baby loves the pup cup here and will just about jump into the drive thru window when we pull up. He knows this is his ice cream place.There is always a line, but the staff have been making process improvements to decrease wait time.The only issue is with the concrete mixers. They don’t seem to mix them well as the toppings stay near the surface and the bottom is often flavorless in comparison.

Came here while charging at the supercharger. Perfect place to bring family for quick bite! The cashier Jesus was very helpful and courteous and let us know about the kids meal "token" on the side of the bag.Parking: Fast Tesla supercharger with plenty of empty spaces to charge!Kid-friendliness: Don't throw away the kids meal bag, it has a ticket on the side for a free scoop of ice cream, or you can save up 10 to get a free kids meal.

Clean space, fast and friendly service. Fairly wide variety of food, mostly fried. The Reuben was very good, as were the onion rings. This Culver's had a nice outdoor eating space that I would have used had it not been so hot when we visited.

Best Burger and fries in Rowan County! Fast, Friendly, and Professional service!! Shout out to Tracie for excellent customer service and being an amazing manager!!! Clean environment for dining-in and enjoying the wonderful staff making the dining experience first class. Love the sweet tea and the ice cream/custard is fantastic. Give Culver's your business and you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend!!!

A change of pace. We had beef stew and butter burger sandwich. It was our first time, and I didn't fully understand the menu. There were no toppings; all I heard was, do you want cheese? I added a bit of ketchup on a few bites, and it's a great burger. Next time, I will add toppings. The cheese curds were great. I really like the decor and layout. There were several people eating but lots of space between us. The staff was friendly. I didn't try the ice cream this time, but there are several flavor choices

That was our first time, I would love one in Fredericksburg VA The food was excellent. You definitely get your money's worth there and more.The kids love it too. I got the two-piece fish. They're huge pieces. I couldn't imagine eating the three-piece granddaughter got a hamburger so it was the best one she's ever had. Grandson got chicken strips, you get a lot for your money. Highly recommend this place and again I wish we had one in my area

Had an issue last time we visited, missing item nothing crazy, so put in a survey on their website. Was called within 24 hours, even though it was the day before Christmas eve. Didn't have the chance to return the call until today and spoke to Jesus. He was awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and overall just nice. Came in shortly after and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation; even though it wasn't a huge deal, I really was just expecting my missing item. You could tell his whole team love him. He was welcoming and friendly to everyone on his staff. As people came in for shift you could tell he genuinely cares about them. It's refreshing to see, especially in just a fast paced environment. One of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time!

I've driven by this location in Salisbury hundreds of times but never stopped in. BOY, was I missing out on a GREAT MEAL!!! My husband and I finally decided to give Culver's a try. The Cheese Butter Burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had! My family and I have gone back several times now and the service/food is always top-notch! The entire staff is so incredibly friendly, I can't believe they don't work on commission. We even brought our grandson (14 months) on one trip and found that this place is super kid-friendly! Great fast food at a VERY affordable price!!!

Has the cod platter, cod was freshly fried with good flavor and very tasty, I always like crinkle fries and the coleslaw tasted almost like my mother in law's which I always thought was the best I ever had. Wish there was a Culver's near me. I will go back again when I am in Sali, NCWheelchair accessibility: I am a senior citizen and saw other customers in wheelchairs so I assume there is handicap availability

We do love Culvers and this location. However on 2/11/24 at 2:10 pm there were several empty booths, but all were dirty. One 4 seat booth had one employee sitting eating on break. We couldn't find anyone to clean a table, so got water from the drink fountain tab and cleaned it ourselves. Great food today as always.

I have eaten at the Culver's in Salisbury, exotic 75 off I85, numerous times and it is always sooooo good. I live closer to Kernersville and have tried them a handful of times....... the burgers are dry and cold, the sides aren't cold, etc. I don't know why the difference, but I will literally drive to Salisbury for Culver's. I wish the Kville location would get their acts together.

I love Culver's and I have been to this location multiple times. Never had anything bad. Until last week. Had to go to Charlotte and was headed home and hungry. Don't get Culver's much so I hopped off to grab a butter burger. Got the double with just mayo. Oh my this was the saltiest burger ever. Not sure what happened but this was not a good one. And I am heavy handed with salt in my personal life.Parking: Decent on off for I85. Not too far down and you have a light to turn coming back. Easier for Southbound than northbound. But not horrible northbound.

Great looking restaurant with great service. They really do a great job making sure you have a good experience. We had the single cheeseburger and fries. The hamburger was probably the thinnest I have ever had. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise the are doing well.
