I am very impressed with the new location in Salisbury NC. What nice staff. From the pharmacy to the cashier. They deliver my husbands meds free of charge. He is on hospice and they go out of their way to make sure they have his medication. Such a refreshing place. I intend to transfer all of my meds here as well.

My father needed his medications transferred from another pharmacy and the amazing technician Stephanie executed the whole process perfectly. The prescriptions were transferred, filled & delivered within a couple of hours of me requesting it. When it comes to Cannon Pharmacy, this location is the BEST!

I have been a customer at Cannon Pharmacy in Kannapolis for many years. I have always received excellent service and when I moved to Salisbury the staff at 1401 Jake Alexander Blvd. S. Made the transfer of my prescriptions a smooth and wonderful process. I have been welcomed and made to feel well taken care of. My family loves Cannon Pharmacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love that I can walk in with a prescription and walk out a few minutes later with my medication. At the other local pharmacies the wait is usually 45 minutes to a couple of hours. The process are very competitive and they will beat any compressor price. I give Cannon Pharmacy my strongest recommendation.

I owe a BIG THANK YOU to Nico!!!I will always go to Cannon Pharmacy, as everyone I’ve ever talked to there has always been so helpful and nice.Nico helped me with a time-sensitive prescription I had requested, but that wasn’t ready yet. Nico called another Cannon Pharmacy branch to ensure I could get this prescription in time! I’ve used Harris Teeter, CVS, and Publix Pharmacy and I’ve never been more impressed with the customer service from those pharmacies than I have with Cannon Pharmacy. What I truly liked about Cannon Pharmacy was I received a call from them being a new customer they wanted to talk about my medications. In checking prices one of my major medications I really need to take was costing me $47.00 dollars with the copay every 2 months from another pharmacy, now I only pay $24.00 every penny counts and I can’t wait to see my next savings will be! Oh did I tell you they deliver! 😊👌🏽

I switched to cannon pharmacy in salisbury due to a prescription shortage. Prior to this I went to every cvs and walgreens in salisbury and was treated like trash. Had my personal info detailed loudly infront of other customers and was always greeted with rudeness and disrespect. Since switching to cannon I have had the most amazing, kind and patient people assist me each month. There is no way I would ever switch to another pharmacy. These people care and are always there to help.

Cannon in Salisbury is an amazing pharmacy. It really is a Hometown pharmacy. They know your name and say HEY to you when you walk through that door. Adam made sure I was not left without much needed medicine one day close to closing time. Jackie always is there to find ways to help you with your medicines. Betty is the sweetest customer service member I have ever dealt with. I came to Cannon years ago and would never go back to one where you are just a number! Thanks gang!

Cannon pharmacy is excellent and our go to for all prescriptions and vaccines . Recently, we both had sinus infections and nothing that was being prescribed for my husband was helping . Cannon Pharmacy recommended Indy Care in Kannapolis . My husband was given meds and I did a teleconference on Friday after Thanksgiving . I was prescribed meds . My meds would have been zero but I made the mistake of using Walgreens without checking their price. Highly recommend Cannon in Salisbury.

The flyer I received in the mail last week during a time I was looking to make a change from Wal-Mart Pharmacy was perfect timing. I needed 2 RX filled and called Cannon. The interactions I had with McKenzie and Jackie were outstanding. They went above an beyond, discussing options since I no longer have prescription coverage. I was amazed at the low cost and ability to pick them up the next day. I STRONGLY recommend this pharmacy!

Cannon pharmacy is great. Went there and had no problems getting a flu shot . Other places I checked had to make appointments on line. The pharmacist was great would suggest the salisbury cannon pharmacy to anybody that lives in the area to check them out

Under Deliver and are lacking the minimally basic customer services skills for a Healthcare Organization. When I expressed my concerns I got an Okay response and so I will find a better pharmacy who cares about the patient. I mean if I wanted CVS level service I would have gone to CVS. They do not care about you as a patient. They do not put any effort into caring for the patients. Not engaging, not friendly. They also do not empower anyone in the building to do anything but the pharmacist so this is half the problem, they do not have buy in from their staff.

I had to switch over the phone after just coming out of the hospital. Jackie has been and continues to be amazing. Their wait times are 15-20 minutes but they still have a small town feel.
