Wait time to check out was less than 5 minutes. We were greeted with smiling faces, staff wasn't moody or irritable. I've been to 4 Burlington stores in less than a week. This one was by far the best. Floors clean, well stocked, and not a sense of chaos. Alarm went off on a pair of shoes and 2 staff members responded. I would come back if in the area. Only complaint is handicapped parking was on the side of the building instead of the front which equates to a longer walk for those who are impaired.

I Love this place. This is my go to store for almost anything. I went there tonight and bought a badass ball cap, a Puma t- shirt, a really nice pair of Reeboks and a four pack of men's dove soap for less than thirty dollars. Hell, you're better off going there than the Goodwill and I love to thrift shop. You just can't beat their prices on good name brand goods.

So if you have never been here they have pretty much everything. The only down side is you have to search the racks for the clothes lol. They label the sections and then label the categories. Its time consuming! But the quality of things isnt bad! The prices are awesome!

Very clean. Plenty of lighting. Mask required. Nice selection of various clothing items from infants, children's, adults male and female. Household items. Travel items.Friendly staff.

I came to shop for a classic ladies winter coat. Very poor selection. Zero to offer in the style I was looking for in size XL. Disorganized racks had multiple sizes in the wrong section. I walked out disgusted.

Pleeeeeeaaaassseeeee update your hours!! It says open at 9am and they are not open yet at the Salisbury store, its 9:35am!!! I have a tight schedule and only an hour window to do any shopping in the morning!! Customers at doors and in cars waiting to get in!!! I give a 5 star because the workers are credibly nice.

Home of the mile long checkout area with one employee who has to process returns and general transactions. It is deliberate so you buy the junk surrounding you impulsively while you are bored out of your mind in the wraparound shelves of the checkout. Okay selection, but horribly disorganized, partly attributable to lazy customers though. Employees are usually friendly.

Not as good as other Burlington stores I've been to, but all of them seem to have problems with stocking their stores. I mean, it's supposed to be an outlet. You should have plenty of shirt sizes 2xb - 4xb. I also feel their shoe collection for men and women is very limited. Man size shoes 11 and 1/2 to 13 and a half are very limited. Women's sizes 7 and 1/2 through 9 and 1/2 are very limited. The store always looks like it's been pummeled by the hurricane of shoppers. Everything is out of order. Man pants sizes 40 through 44 even in the shorts, not much of a selection. If they ever start stocking this store, maybe I'll buy something here. God bless America

Me and my mother came in here today and shopped for an hour and went to try on clothes just for the manager to tell us they’re not opening dressing rooms today, there was no line or anything, they simply just didn’t feel like it. very frustrating. now more than likely I will have to return more than half the items I bought because I wasn’t able to try them on.

Only gave 2 stars cause they do have a good selection...between me and 2 others we had probably 25 items to try on...fitting rooms closed...asked workers about it and all we got was they're closed, no alternative for trying them on or reason as to why they're closed. You're a clothing store! I get things happen but we spent over 30 mins going through picking out stuff just to not be able to try anything on. Plus we even had multiple workers around us who heard us talking about trying things on to see how they fit and none of them ever said a word. You could atleast have a sign on the front door saying dressing rooms closed so people wouldn't waste their time...

Plan for an extra 30 minutes for check out. IF you get lucky and there are TWO cashiers on duty you might only need 20 minutes. Been to this store a half dozen times and it’s always the same! You’ll spend more time in line than you do par-oozing their unorganized isles. If you’ve got nothing but spare time, this store is for you!

Went in to get a few pieces of clothes. Worker standing right next to dressing room said its closed. Being that I'm not buying pants I can't try on first especially since I have an infant at home and no time to return clothes, I left with nothing. Staff enough to have cashiers not be overworked and keep dressing rooms open!

We went in the last hour, the store was nice. They was short handed. The manger was a trooper, she was the only cashier, but did great an was in great spirits. Her line was non stop for over a hour. I been in retail an upstanding how it can be. I will be back.

I Put my son toy on Layaway for Christmas just to have them tell me they LOST it when it was time for me to pick it up! I can not believe this . I looked high and low for that toy because it was something that he specifically asked for and I was excited to know that they had it. A layaway just doesn’t walk away . I believe one of the employees took it for theirselves. Sonic is a very popular toy right now!

More organized than other stores. Selection is pretty picked though. They have been short staffed for several months now and the store tends to close a lot earlier than advertised. It is understandable based on crowd vs number of staff.

This location is rather messy and theft seems to be an issue as there is empty item packages throughout the store. This place is clearly understaffed but in the times I have been, I’ve been lucky enough to have Brittany as my cashier and she has always been warm and friendly! She needs a raise and promotion.

My mother asked to work here and she is in a wheelchair and a MANAGER (heavy-set woman with dark hair) told her the store doesn't hire ANY DISABLED PEOPLE. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. THIS STORE NEEDS TO DEAL WITH HER ACCORDINGLY BECAUSE THAT'S ILLEGAL--PERIOD.EDIT: I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. THIS IS NOW IN THE LAW'S HANDS.

I visited a total of 3 times and every trip was a disappointment 😞. The line was terribly long the last visit, waited over an hour to make a return. What was worse, was the lady consistently on the microphone who every couple minutes let the customers know they had little time left, shaking my head, if she focused that much energy on moving the line in front of her everyone's life would be easier.

Ive been standing in line for almost an hr now. One cashier, while loss prevention walks around n talks. Do I really need the $300+ worth of stuff thats in my buggy? Where is management? I did loss prevention for yrs, that included the bottom line of sales also. Epic fail at this store. Save time, and a headache, Don't go and just order from Amazon.
