I Loved loved loved!! How my dog was so calm & how great he looked when I picked him up from a groom. I was having a hard time finding a good place where I could groom my Shih tzu. I took him to other places & he would always come home very anxious & looked awful. But I kept looking for a place and finally came across these guys. They explained everything so well & calmly & actually listened to what I was looking for. I recommend 100 percent.

My puppies Khloe and Lucy love doggy daycare. They are so excited when they arrive, they can’t wait to get out of the car. The owners are amazing with both of them. They treat my babies like they are their babies. My babies consider them family and their second home. We have nothing but love and appreciation for Rosey Lane Boarding.

Never have had to board our dogs due to having family to watch them. We decided to take a “family” vacation so we needed to board them. Rosey Lane came highly recommended but after our experience the service was poor to terrible to say the least.(1)Our dogs had their foods pre measured and label for each individual dog and for each day. Simple enough to follow you would think….WRONG!!!!(2)Their meds were labeled and directions written out so that it would be easy to follow. Evidently not so easy as our animals came home with meds left over.(3)We were told our dogs could not use their own personal blankets because they didn’t want to get things mixed up and give our blankets to the wrong people…(that should have been my red flag to load my dogs up and take them home). Instead they laid on blankets provided by the kennel and all smelled dirty and like they had been locked up in an animal shelter(4) We got all our dogs the kennel cough shot before taking them to be boarded as it was required… not sure what good that did …they have been home a week and are all coughing and wheezing.Overall just a terrible experience for myself as a pet owner as well as my what my poor dogs had to endure

I’m sure for the most part, y’all do a good job for many people as I read in your reviews. But for us, we did not experience that. How do you pick and choose who to give the good care to. Last week for the 1st time in 9 years, I had to board my dogs and had a lot anxiety over this from nightmares that I heard about from friends with other kennels. Y’all managed to make all those fears reality.1) My son picked our dogs up on Saturday for us and was given some of their food back when they were given the exact amount for the week individually packaged with step by step instructions. They claim that they have licensed employees that determine what to feed them.What??? This isn’t your decision to make!!!!!! I didn't pay you to make decisions about my dog's care. I don’t care who you have feeding them. I give my dogs the recommended amount of food per my vet and listed on the bag.2) When we returned on Monday, I noticed that they didn’t return their meds so we had to go back up there to get them and only part of the meds were given as well.3) All 3 of my dogs came home smelling like they had been in an animal shelter for months and they were all bathed a day before we boarded them. I’m sure this had something to do with them having to sleep on their stuff because slobber doesn't cause dogs to smell the way they did.4) All of them have also been sneezing and coughing and was diagnosed with kennel cough.They had never had the bordetella vaccine before because they have never had to stay in a kennel. I consulted my vet and they recommended the appropriate time to get the bordetella vaccine and that is when we got it. When they started showing symptoms, I call our vet and they said that the vaccine doesn’t always prevent them from getting it. They had past the window for side effects. Considering they stayed there for 8 days and had been no where else, they definately got it from here!!!!!!!5) Also, they said you could call or message them to check on them. We were told that Facebook was the faster way of communication and it took them 2 days to get back to me after I message for a second time.Did they try to make this experience right? No. It’s easy to get a 5/5 rating on Facebook when you delete anything that isn’t to your liking. Now we have learn how to delete or hide reviews on google as well. I will figure a way on how to get the word out. I gave you my number and got no call. And the last time I checked, it isn't harassment to post a review to a business page!!! If you don't want people to know, maybe you should change the way you do things. I won’t be using them again and I hope it’s a lesson learn and you get better so no one else has to experience this!!!!!!I

Staff is very friendly and you can tell they really care about the pets and making them feel as comfortable as possible. My beagle absolutely hates having his nails trimmed and they did a really good job getting it done!

I took my four little yorkies in and got their nails trimmed and buffed for rough edges. They are super quick and friendly. Bonus, my dogs love them and their nails look great! I highly recommend them. My dogs nails haven't looked that good in a long time.

Do a great job. I have German Shepherds, and my dogs love them. Very reasonably priced, too. For a basic bath and brush out, they do a fantastic job! I really appreciate that they charge by the procedures done, too, instead of a flat rate. Example: my dogs don't always need their nails trimmed. If they do I'm charged for it, but not then I'm not. It's a small thing, but small things add up over time. Overall, I'd give them a very high rating, and my enthusiastic recommendation.

I’ve been taking my dog ( Chloe) there for a while now. That’s the ONLY place I trust, they treat my girl as if she were their own. That’s also the ONLY place I feel comfortable boarding her, it’s INSIDE and it’s the temperature is perfect. There is a very nice fenced in area where they can run and play, and there’s ALWAYS the sleeping quarters inside and if they want just inside where they sleep that’s fine to. My dog is older and likes her alone time. It’s great that she has the option. Karen & Chloe

I have an 18 year old dog who doesn't let me cut his nails. He isn't aggressive or anything, he just yanks his paw back and I'm too scared to try to cut them when he does this. I decided to have a professional help me with this and decided to try this place out for the first time. I went ahead and got him deshedded/washed too. My fiance took him there and brought him home. He came back in SUCH a good mood and his nails and coat look fantastic! The value was great and I'm ecstatic that my 18 year old dog was so happy when he came home as he's easily scared and he has aches and pains. He was in a better mood coming home than when he left this morning. I highly recommend Rosey Lane Boarding & Grooming! So happy with Connor's results. Thank you for taking good care of my baby

Absolutely wonderful 😍 They are so sweet and truly care about your furbabies. They don't judge how pitiful your pet looks when you have been giving him haircuts for the past year and he looks rough 🤣. My old boy is always so handsome ad happy when he comes from them. They are patient and caring even if sometimes your pet can get anxious and nippy. I will forever bring my babies here for haircuts

My first time I have been to Rosey Lane Grooming and Boarding. I had a wonderful experience. They have a five star rating and it’s well deserved. The owners were awesome. So friendly and chatty. Our pup LOVES Rosey Lane. She gets so excited when we pull in which I love to see because that means she is treated well. Rosey Lane is also the first groomer to actually trim her nails and deshed her the way we ask. She always looks great when we pick her up. Use Rosey Lane, you will not be disappointed!

These guys are amazing and treat our crazy 2yo dog Otto with such care. He has a bit of separation anxiety and can be difficult at times, but never has Josh and the crew made us feel bad. Top notch service and we highly recommend!

They are the best of both worlds when it comes to the care of the pets and their owners - small-town friendly AND very professional. My pup has some anxiety, is not used to being kenneled, and there was a little incident/injury after I left her there (pup's doing, NOT kennels!) and they called me immediately, told me what she had done, and managed it exactly as I would have, so that I didn't have to cancel my trip or worry myself sick about my pup the whole time. They took every measure to make sure she was properly cared for and helped her settle down and settle in. I couldn't be more pleased and grateful. 10/10, I would take my baby to Rosey Lane again.

Such a wonderful experience! I had never boarded our dogs before, so was a little nervous - especially about our 14 year old grumpy pup. But no worries! The owners were wonderful people who put both me and my dogs at ease. Even the grumpy one behaved himself and was calm and content when we picked him up!

My 5 year old German Shepherd was killed while in their boarding care in June 2017. I've commented before. They appear to get the rating removed. They said "Sorry. We won't charge you for the days your two dogs were here." Left my dead girl under a tarp in the blazing sun while we made a 10 hour drive back to get her. They said they'd put her in office in AC but obviously that didn't happen. Use at your own risk.

We were very happy with our experience using Rosey Lane Kennels to board our cats during our vacation. Because of the hurricanes this fall, our plans changed several times before we were able to finalize the dates at the last minute. Josh was very understanding and worked with us each time we had to change our reservations. Because one of our cats is “temperamental” we were a little concerned about leaving them in a new place, but the staff was great, and very good working with them. We will definitely leave them there again the next time we go on vacation.

Josh and Stephanie have treated me and my babies so nice! They have always been fair, done the best work and never lied to me like my vet has. I love them so much and my 2 shephards do too. I feel so safe leaving them here and don't have to worry about my babies picking up a disease like I do at the vet's. They don't treat or board sick animals so my dogs never get exposed to anything. I boarded at a vet in rutherfordton and they came home sick, boarded at a vet in spindale and the same thing happened, I've boarded at rosey lane 3 times now and never had a problem!!

Just moved to Rutherford County, and having phone service issues, I was unable to call and schedule an appointment. So I walked in with my dog Biscuit and the staff was more than willing to clip his nails. Very friendly and professional. Rosey Lane is now my dogs' grooming service.
