You are so appreciated.I would ignore the 2 iffy reviews from the person who obviously posted their scenario twice complaining about the cost of towing their car to another STATE! You should be grateful that they did that for you. Most tow companies will not! These guys are TERRIFIC!

I got stuck tonight in freezing weather, after a holiday get together, with what was pretending to be a dead key fob, but turned out to just be a dead battery. While the Verizon roadside assistance agents... could've been better... THESE guys were AMAZING!I spoke to Scott on the phone, just to make sure the not-so-helpful Verizon rep had actually given him a clear picture of what was going on. He was super friendly, professional, courteous, and immensely helpful.Scott dispatched Josh to come out to my location, and Josh arrived much more quickly than I would've expected, given the season. Josh, too, was perfectly professional and friendly. Better yet, he had diagnosed and resolved the problem within just minutes!I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. If you should find yourself in Rutherford or McDowell counties (or any area they serve), and in the unfortunate circumstance of needing roadside assistance, up to and including a tow, I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to GreenHill. You'll be glad you did!

We used their tow truck service to get our family all the way back to Tennessee. We were charges 2100 dollars. Just to be clear we agreed to pay that but we were taken advantage of. There is now way they can constitute charging us that much.We were initially quoted 1700.We did make it home safe Josh and his truck was very nice. We just feel as if they could have been more reasonable with us especially a week before Christmas.

Josh and Scott were AMAZING AND LIFE SAVERS FOR US. We got stranded on our first day of vacation due to our vehicle breaking down. It was 10 degrees with a feel like temp of -2. These two gentlemen were fast, reliable and so friendly and came to help tow our vehicle to our cabin. 10/10 recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you guys sooooo much!

My family and I used their tow truck services to get from North Carolina to Tennessee.After calling a few tow Services we were given Josh's phone number. Initially he was very nice and said that he would charge us $1,700..After waiting and waiting for a response he finally got back with us and said that it would be $2,100 to take us to Tennessee. Reluctantly agreed due to us being stranded. I feel like they took advantage of the situation and charge us the most they possibly could they charged us $6.50 a mile of which I feel is absolutely ridiculous. I am grateful that they got his home I paid dearly for it. Especially being a week before Christmas I feel like they could have gave us a better price. The whole time the driver was bragging about all the material things he has. It is a dog-eat-dog world out here good luck if you're looking for compassion from this company.

Awesome little store. A one stop shop for anything you might need without having to drive the 20 extra mins into town. Ice cream is amazing! Staff is wonderful. Convenient store with grill and fresh milkshakes plus a gift store. Pretty much an amazing little shop!

My absolute favorite convenience store!! No matter the Time day or night, it's always a great experience! The owners treat you like family! It's always clean and stocked and those employees, the best of the best! Once I was looking for an item for my daughter's bday & it had been bought when I went to get it :( I asked the owner if she had another and explained how I'd been so looking forward to getting it for my daughter. Not Knowing Me personally but Knowing that I am a daily customer, She replied " no but I'll get you one, I promise". When I stopped for gas the next day, I glanced back to the "present store" as I call it over in the back area, There Sat That Doll in plain view of the register! I said "OH OH WAIT, IM NOT DONE!" For whatever reason, the owner lady had went far and beyond for Me! Now That's what you do for Family, Not just a Customer! To this day 5 yrs later, my 17 yr old daughter treasures that doll & the story behind it her receiving that special bday present! Whether you're getting gas,ice cream, cigarettes, jewelry, propane,pizza, baby blankets, or a mountain dew, Green Hill Store is the place to go!! Thanks for all you do Green Hill Store!

This is our "local general store", and has everything we need for convenience's sake at good prices. We get dog food here too, they have Joy Brand as well as others, and competitive pricing.Consistently one of the busiest stores on the highway between Rutherfordton and Lake Lure.Great biscuit variations in the morning too!

The store was nice, people are nice, but would highly advise not to eat the hotdogs or at least put the cole slaw they serve on it. It looks like they try to keep it cold by sitting it over ice, but the ice had melted I guess. My grandfather ate there Thursday of last week and an hour later he ended up with food poisoning, and yes it was food poisoning. We had to call 911 and it was confirmed by the doctor later that night. Hes having to take an antibiotic and 4 days later he is still getting over it.

They have fresh ice cream!!! Charleston salted caramel recommended by staff was delicious. My boyfriend was obsessed with the peach ice cream as well. No photos though .. We ate it to fast 😂

Really great quick place to get things instead of going to town 25 min away. Staff are always very nice and the food isn't bad either I stop every morning before work.
