If you want to die or NEVER get your meds, then CVS pharmacy is for you! I HATE HATE HATE that my husbands insurance decided to go with them and I’m no longer allowed to use Xpress scripts. They can never get my medication filled on time and I call it in a week before I’m out of it and I still miss dosages.I also take an injectable medication for my health and I am now currently going on two weeks behind on my medication because they can’t get it together when they finally got it. It’s supposed to be refrigerated and they left it out.

Pharmacist cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly - barely made any verbal or eye contact with me during the entire transaction. CVS has changed recently - and NOT for the better. CVS: Pay your employees and pharmacists better and hire more people!!!!!

I switched from CVS to another pharmacy after 20 years moved from Asheville NC to spindale the workers here are just out right rude and disrespectful I'd choose my pharmacy wisely if I were you I'll never go back

This CVS might be the best CVS my family has even been to. The people are so nice and the store manager took my purchase to the car for me, took time to talk time to me about baseball, and after I converted him from the Chicago Cubs to the Braves, he started doing the chop.

This is the best place I've ever had my prescriptions filled! They are easy to get in touch with if you have any questions, and they keep you updated with the status of your prescriptions with text messages.They will also help to make sure you get the best price on your prescription.They are super fast at filling prescriptions, and you usually don't have to wait long to pick them up.The store is always clean and organized. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.I will not take my prescriptions anywhere else!

In store Pharmacy is great! The robot calling is annoying. Now the self check out, Seriously? It takes far more time than necessary. Those not familiar with the system costs others precious time. Due to virus I do not want to be forced to stand at the counter while other customers fumble and fail using the system. Automation only works when users understand the process. Please have human clerks more available when the automated systems clogs.

Cvs is a good place to get your meds...but sometimes they do not have them but all drug stores are starting to get like that ..they have all kinds of great products to choose from check them out there med prices are cheap

My husband fell and hurt his back badly. His Dr. gave him a shot and called in a prescription for Oxycodone. When we called to see if it was ready we where told it was already picked up. We never gave the OK. for anyone to pick it up and he still has not gotten it. This should never have happened.When I called I was told this is how they handle it ( she said she was the Pharmacyst.) Unbelievable

Just had spinal surgery in Spartanburg, SC and was given a paper prescription. Pharmacy told me it was against the law. Looked up the law and it is allowed, the pharmacist just has to call to verify or email. Have to go to SC to get it filled. This CVS is worthless in their knowledge of the law and are not capable of actually following or even reading the whole thing. Will never shop at this place again and will be calling corporate offices to make a complaint.

I like coming to CVS. Their stores always clean and usually starts pretty well. If you can catch things on sale it's always great because since covid they have had some big price increases. They have self-checkouts as well and I love those.

I am so impressed with the Pharmacy Department in this CVS. I think it is one of the busiest pharmacies I have ever seen. As busy as they are, they have the staff to move like a well oiled machine. Oh yeah, they are soooo nice. Nothing like the CVS I used in New York State.

Every time I call a rx in it is never ready. Stupid text message from them says rx will be ready in a few days. Wait a few days call and rx not ready. Please define a few days. Totally stinks. If the rx was not saving me a couple bucks I would transfer. Spoke with an employee and they could not care less.

Beautiful cashier lady that was working there, I think she may be from Russia, from what I could tell from her accent, I didn't get her name but she told me that the vitamins I was buying was on a BOGO free deal which saved me money! I'll be coming back to this place, they care about the customer!

I went to get my covid booster shot. My experience while there was good. I also wanted some vitamin c packets. I could not locate them so an associate helped me locate them.

My pills have been short the last couple of months. Yesterday I picked up a prescription for suboxone and it was 4 short. 15 days ago I picked up my ambien and it was 5 short. My xanax was 10 short out of 120 a month. I am switching pharmacies. This is ridiculous. Do not go there!!!! A friend of mine said his father had the same issue there as well. He switched. I don't want to go to a place where I have to count out my pills when I pick them up. After you leave the counter without counting they will not make it good!!!! That place needs to be investigated by the authorities !!!!

Mr. Rahul Patel,A recommendation: have employee, Naomi in Rutherford, NC store repeat the customer service portion of her training and take away her green pen.I don't mind no greeting, no one really cares how your doing. I don't mind to wait for you to complete a task at hand. I work for a living too. I do, however, mind that you have me wait 8 minutes while you hide in your area until the manager tells you I'm standing there, then to approach me rude and speak with annoyance, what are you being sneaky about back there? You can watch the mirrors for your boss coming but they have cameras too, we see you Naomi.... I wanted to exchange a photo frame for earrings, that's all Naomi. No need to throw your pen, I have hands or you can lay it down on the return receipt like 99% of people do. She took me so off guard, I signed and left. I'll get earrings another day.

So glad the have this CVS here, excellent location! I love coming here during the holidays, they always have different stuff than the other stores. However they do run out of grocery items fast, but they also don't carry a big selection of grocery items either (they're not a grocery store).

After months of mistakes and poor service I walked away. I dreaded interactions here. For instance: I went thru the drive thru, and asked for a print out of my meds. The reply was "how long" what? how long will I wait? How long will I be insulted?

They have some very friendly cashiers! Their management team was willing to work with me on an issue I was having, which says a lot about their integrity. The store has an inviting/welcoming feel to it.

This place really needs an upgrade on its management they either dont have the stuff to fill my prescriptions and or when u refill them though the automated phone service they dont have it ready well lets see why do you have an automated phone line if your not gonna check it or use it and still trying to understand why I keep getting phone calls saying my prescriptions are ready for pickup when I haven't called them in or my doctor hasn't either 🤔 maybe just switch to a more reputable pharmacy

I continually have issues with this location. I receive texts stating my prescriptions are ready; however, when I arrive to pick up my prescription, they say they aren't ready. It wastes a lot of my time. This is the third time this has happened in the past 4 months.

So I needed nausea medication and didnt know what was best and wouldn't knock me out and so the pharmacist here came to my rescue, she conversed with me for a bit and made me feel very welcomed!!!🙂

Good place to buy household drugs, clean,good customer service...would shop at Flea town usa prior to this,but found the seals on drug bottles were tampered with and the incorrect drug was in the bottle..prices are low but not worth the risk
