They are completely incompetent when it comes to western union. They continuously tried until they eventually received a “too many attempts” notification!! The little Hispanic girl became very rude and frustrated with their own incompetence then walked off!!!!! This is one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life!!!!!

The ladies in the pharmacy have gone above and beyond to help their customers. I have to say it's the best service I have ever seen in any and all drug stores I have ever used. I will be loyal to this one store from now on.

this is the worst pharmacy that me and my wife have ever had the displeasure of "attempting" to use. They never have any prescriptions ready (even if you call ahead and they say that they are), they have given us other people's prescriptions, claimed that our prescriptions have not been submitted (causing us to have to call the doctor, who then has to walk them through finding it in the computer), and to top it off they are hardly ever open; This compounds all the other issues, because we have very limited windows of time, due to our work schedule, to try and obtain the medicine we have been prescribed. If you are someone in need of medicine to stay alive, i strongly recommend you have your doctor send the prescription somewhere else.

I have been going to this pharmacy a long time. I believe it use to be an Eckerd Drug before. I honestly have zero complaints about this Rite Aid. I love all the staff, they are like family. Asking how my children are doing, how I am and etc. That’s how you want your pharmacy to be, they are taking care of your families medications. Julie I have known the longest and she has been phenomenal in all aspects! I hope she never leaves!!! I would give this pharmacy 10 stars if I could. Ladies you do an amazing job!

I try to only go when Julie is working! What a great, friendly lady she is. The best pharmacist anywhere in the world! Unfortunately they also have another one which I won’t name who clearly hates her job, and is hateful! They have lost many customers over the years because of her. I wish they could clone Julie so we would have another just like her on her days off 😀

I purchased some wine that was on sale at this store only to find out the wine is spoiled, it tastes toxic!! I called the store to get a refund on the remaining bottles; Sorry, we cannot take the wine back!! They found it easy enough to sell the spoiled wine but it is not in their policy to take it back. I will not be visiting this store again!Update- I contacted the store via email after receiving a response from them, no additional contact. Such poor customer service!

I went in to get a vaccination and the person who gave me the shot pinched my arm so hard it was unnecessary. I have never gotten a shot so painful but the pain wasn't from the needle it was from the lady who administered the shot. I will never go back to get a vaccine from this Walgreens in Rural Hall.

Extremely rude on the phone. Didn’t even ask questions and the lady would just immediately “answer questions” that I wasn’t even about to ask. I was on the phone for 1 minute and I felt rushed when checking on a prescription. Understand that it could have been busy but phone manners could be handled better.

They Are Awesome Lady's In The Pharmacy, I Live Each Of Them. They Always Take Great Care Of Me And Are The Nicest Ladies I've Ever Had... Not helpful and so nonchalant about their failure in customer service. They’ll schedule your pharmacy appointment and then when you go to the store for some reason or another they are closed and “oh they are closed I’m sorry “ is all you get no other help. To put it plane it’s just ridiculous.

Have been with Rite Aid for a long time, since the time it was Eckerd Drugs. I used to live in Clemmons and have now started going to the Rural Hall NC location. To my surprise, Julie who used to be with Rite Aid in Clemmons but left in 2009 was the is Rite Aids Pharmacist. Has always been the nicest and most pleasant person and she hasn't changed.Rite Aid you have a very valuable Pharmacist in Julie.So happy she is there!

They do not know how to operate if you have multiple insurance policies, if you do I suggest to avoid all Walgreens due to the fact the control which is primary and secondary on non-benefit coordinating plans.
