Have shopped and spent a lot of money at this place over the years. My dad bought an expensive dog box from them and has also spent lots of money here. The store is about 45 minutes away for us and I made the drive last year before Christmas to buy my dad a gift certificate so he could shop there. It was put in an envelope when I bought it, so I didn't pay attention to the expiration date. Well when he went to go use it a few months later he noticed it expired in March. Only 3 months after being purchased. He knew the owner personally and called to see if they would still honor it. He was told they wouldn't. Unbelievable to me people can live with there selves doing people this way but enjoy that $100. You'll get no more

Our first visit was on 2/11/22 and my wife and I were very surprised at the in stock selection they had!! Hard to find items at very very good prices! Go and check them out and you will not be disappointed. Great selection of children's carhartt clothes and footwear. Great people to do business with. Super prices on ammunition also.

Wonderful store tucked away in a very picturesque country setting. They have the best selection of hunting clothing and dog hunting supplies I have ever seen. Got my dad a really nice pair of insulated coveralls. A very unique store and well worth visiting.

Very unfair and ILLEGAL treatment!! Don’t buy a gift certificate from Johnson’s Sporting Goods! My son spent $100 of his hard earned money to buy a gift certificate for his father for Christmas last year. When his Dad went to redeem it, it had already expired by March!!!!!! only 3 months later!!!! Under Federal Law, a gift card/certificate can not expire in less than five years after the date of purchase….it can however, diminish in value after 12 months!!!!

I always a good time at their events, great people, great products. Some knowledgeable houndsmen there to talk with. Hotdogs were cold but I was hungry and I ate them anyway but the coffee was hot.

Bought several items at this store. Always friendly when we go in. I called the Store and talked to Young lady about Dan's shirt brown with vented back. Acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Short and didn't help me because she didn't know her products.

I live an hour from this place of business. I enjoy making the trip up there. You will not find folks that treat you greater than the Johnsons. Always kind and willing to take care of your needs. The inventory is better than any big box store. I highly recommend you adding this place to your shopping list. What a nice kept secret.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff seems to be nice on some days and grumpy on other days. Clothing store is pricey but the selection is excellent. The brands of hunting supplies seems to be one sided it's this brand or your out of luck. I realize the store is small but a sporting goods store full of clothing isn't a sporting goods store Just my opinion.

Extremely rude. I came in 5 minutes before they closed just wanted to try on one pair of overalls. The lady said if I wasn't going to buy them right then it wasn't worth turning the lights back on and that i needed to come back another day. Even though I called 2 hours ahead of time to see when they closed because it takes me 30 minutes to get there. So the hours posted online are wrong. They are apparently "closed" if you aren't going to buy something from them. I will NEVER shop there again.

Just came from that store fully packed with Carhart ,better prices than you can get at Walmart or tractor supply bought waterproof briar proof bibs for $95 everywhere else (briar com )$135+ shipping ,they carry muck boots cheaper than I can buy them in the store .mom and pop and son run.Full outfitter for hunting . Could not believe how much stuff is in that store .It's the" Floyd's barbershop " for hunting and shooting supplies
