This location must be terribly understaffed. I've been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week. For 3 days, nobody answers the phone after being on hold for 45+ minutes. This happens every month so one can only assume the employees are terribly overworked. Management should forfeit their bonuses and hire more pharmacy staff, instead. Walgreens is not the only pharmacy available in Roxboro.

Absolute trash pharmacy. Got the automated call that my script was ready, get up there and they tell me another hour before it's ready. I'd been waiting since this morning when my doctor sent it over. But the staff at this pharmacy kept saying it was never sent over. Had to have my doc actually call them... absolutely trash service and organization.

1 star is too much, but I can't use 0. Everytime I call I'm on hold for the longest. 30 mins or more. They are not the friendliest staff. I went tonight. Pulled up at drive thru at 7:55. They had already covered the window! You close at 8:00?!?.What if someone needed some serious meds. They just don't gaf. Transferring my prescriptions. Just ridiculous...

On phone hold 3 times today for over 40 minutes... Roxboro walgreens because So BoVa is now closed on Sat. Thats 3 hours of my time. 3 callers ahead of me. The last time got to 45 mins and I was the next caller in line! Yay! Then I finally got to hear a real person speak.. when she said... 'Walgreens..hold please'. The dreadful music played on. After 15 more minutes..it started ringing. 'Yes, Finally'! Nope.. after the 20+ rings it cut us off. Called right back ..'more than 3 callers ahead of you' ... Nope and never again. No need to wonder why people are going elsewhere and they're having to shut down half their stores due to lack of business. And I just wasted another 2 mins texting this.

Please tell me how a Pharmacy can close for 2 days? Do they not have a plan in place for this situtation??? This is the second time this has happened. Am going to change pharmacies as soon as I can!!!! They get a minus 1 star and lost a customer

My family and I made an appointment for our COVID and Influenza vaccines at this pharmacy. We checked in at the counter and were told to have a seat as someone will take care of us soon. Fifty minutes past our appointment time, we inquired about when we might be seen. One of the pharmacy techs then handed us the consent form/questionnaire for the vaccines, and told us in a rush to sign them. My husband pointed out that they were blank. The technician told us not to worry as she would fill them out later. How was she going to fill out the forms for us when it asked personal health related questions? In a rush we signed them, thinking that they were going to administer our vaccines at that moment. Nope! We were then not so politely informed that they would get to us when they could. We then decided that this was not the place for us and left after informing the staff that we were leaving. I understand that they were busy, but I'm busy too. I am a healthcare provider, and I make every effort to see my patients at their allotted time. But things inevitably happen, and I run behind. I at least acknowledge my tardiness and apologize for it. The staff at this pharmacy is utterly unprofessional and without any empathy for the people it's suppose to serve. I will never return to this pharmacy.

It took 3 days to finally get the prescription I needed. I physically drove 20 miles RT for my prescription.the final visit it still wasn’t done and waited an additional 45 minutes.WORST PHARMACY EVER #19008 Roxboro NC

This Walgreens has the rudest Pharmacy employees I have ever seen! Trying to ask questions about my prescription and they act like you’re a big inconvenience to them. This will be the last time I use them. EVER!

As most conglomerate monster companies, Walgreens is more concerned about the $ than it is customer service. 34 minutes on hold. Hire help!
